Farmers Texas County Mutual Insurance Company Insurance is using unfair practices and I am being strong armed by this insurance company to accept their settlement offer that is beyond unreasonableI submitted my claim to them in writing which also included comparablesSince this is not my area of expertise, I hired an independent appraisal company that specializes in automotive diminished value loses, AutoLoss, to protect myself from an unfair settlement
In Texas, we understand that there is no set formula on calculating diminished value This is why I have hired an appraiser to provide Farmers Texas County Mutual Insurance Company with proof that my vehicle has in fact sustained a loss in value as a result of the accide

I was only weeks with this company then canseled my auto insurance they did not return my money at all then when I call them they start to argue with me that I still have to pay $more becouse they have a cancellation feesIt's reficulos I'm not recommend this company becaruful read first evrything then sign paper This company it's just taking advantage from people Stay a way far from this company I'm from Arizona.when I call here the agency than pay for auto insurance but the statement shows diferant address one in Mesa.Az other at Pasadena.CA and the tird address shows at Hollywood.FL Foremost insurance.coast national insurance .bristol west insurance .stay Farr from this company's ..I'm not recommend

I recieved letter dated 10/13/saying I was getting refund for over payment on insurance account since I went and got insurance elsewhere.refund I was told was $335.42.I have called this company numerous times and was told that check was in mail.I as of current date have never received my refund check.I was told check was being issued on 10/19/15.I was told by roxanne that my check would arrive in 7-business days.after check never showed I called back and asked them if check was ever cashed and I was told no.They then said they would reissue me another check.so I waited longer than 7-days before I called back again on 12/3/then I was told by tuneshia they would reissue a check so I waited for it again but it never showed.so I called back again on 12/28/15and talked to Rhonda she told me it was being reissued again.It is now 2/17/and im still wondering where is my money?

Grayson Thompson will not cancel my insurance policyI have attempted to cancel three times before it went into effect/

Upon discussing the issue with the homeowner, there was a lack of communication between our installers and the customer. We have since been out to see the homeowner and the window in question. The window DOES need to be replaced. Due to the confusion and lack of communication,

Insured Driver of Farmers Insurance destroyed my personal property and they are not trying to pay for it
On 06/14/an insured driver of Farmers Insurance was driving for Uber and ran through my entire front lawn taking out my kids swing set, water fountain and landscapingWhen I reported this claim never once was I lead to believe this was not going to be handled by his insurance
The adjuster never called me the next day when they were suppose to and I had to call in three times before anyone respondedOnce an adjuster did respond she stated she is not the right adjuster and that it had to be forwarded to someone else so I had to tell her the same story all over again
I had uploaded all the photos they requested and gave them the estimated amount of replacementThen the assigned adjuster responds and tells me they have to see if they will cover it as there are issues with his coverageI was never advised of this as I was told when the initial intake took place there

My insurance premium when up from $a year to $from the year to 2016.I was never notified about my increases and there is no signature that I agreed to any increase I just found out since I'm refinancing that this was going on.At this time I would like a refund of $that's the amount I have over paid for the illegal increases the past years.I asked the owner for copies of my contract and also the letters she says she mailed stating the increase but she is not providing that information
