I followed an *** link for an AD&D insurance policy from Farmers and when it was Emailed to me it was totally different from what I read in the adI responded to their email telling them to cancel and was told that it had to be done in writingI then went looking at consumer affairs, Revdex.com and other review sites and found out how horrible this company really isI wouldn't buy a used car from them now let alone an insurance policy that I depend on for future security and service

This agent sent me to collections after I repeatedly contacting the agent telling him he wasn't authorized to use the card he was as I was closing that accountI gave him new card information over times and it was never updatedI disputed the charges with my bank so that I was closing as farmers is still laying claims to those funds and canceled my policyI have been dealing with this issue for almost a yr now and would like a resolutionI have received the collection notice in the mail this week and disputing the matter with them as well

I have been overbilled for my car insurance since April
Approximately December I received a letter from Farmers Insurance stating since my child lived with me they were going to start charging me extra since in is assumed he would be driving my car I called right away and explained that he had his own car and insuranceIn April Farmers Insurance began charging me extra money each month Due to autopay/ebills (which I was forced to do by Farmers to get the rate I received I did not discover this until July On 7/12/I spoke with my agent *** *** He said he would check into it and get back to me I have never heard from him and I am still being overcharged

We had hail damage to our house this yearand now find out that what we thought was replacement coverage on the homeowners policy did not include all the house The exclusions were on a page document that was not provided to us and not disclosed in plain language on the copy of the policy that we obtained at the time we signed up and paid for the policy

this company practices what is called price optimization - they slowly raise rates hoping you wont notice ok so I payed my bill without doing due diligence in terms of my premiums - lets this be a warning to ALL insurance customers - I have no excuse - their own web site gave me a cheaper quote than my bill was the problem is the customer service here - in years of having farmers insurance I never have been able to contact my agent most of the time I would get frustrated and just call the number - but this time I was told [ two times in fact because I tried again] that I had to talk to my agent - you cannot cancel from the number well I never could and still never have been able to contact my agent they called me when they thought I was overdue on my payment and wanted their money a collection agency im not quite sure who it was [wasnt the agency] but farmers billed me for the time - dollars in fact - for days over that I could not get a hold of them

employees to be polite and courteous at all times, even if a prospect becomes rude or discourteous with them for any reason. All employees sign and agree to adhere to our "Ethics of Advertising" policy (copy enclosed). Due to the nature of our business, unfortunately we can not monitor ever employee all of the time. We have identified the employee that spoke to the customer that filed this complaint and corrective action has been taken.White Oak Construction does follow all local laws and ordnances regarding door to door advertising and soliciting. The law does state that a particular neighborhood association can not ban canvassing from any particular neighborhood or sub division. The association can not tell a homeowner who can or can't knock on their door. We do try to honor homeowners that post a "no soliciting" sign on their individual property. However occasionally these signs are not in clear view and are missed. In that case we train our employees to apologize and leave the premises. Again the individual filing this complaint only spoke to one employee. Unfortunately, the complaint is very vague as to what was actually said that was considered to be rude.
