The rates as quoted did not match the premium charged at times
The cancellation process is an Unfair Trade Practice in that when they are notified in writing and through customer service of a cancellation of insurance coverage, they do not follow instructions and seek to further delay the cancellation causing additional charges to consumers

Bristol West Ins/Foremost Ins Group has been an ABSOLUTE nightmare of a company to deal with I am struggling to believe this company is in existence with how poorly operated this outfit is This includes responsiveness, competence, issue resolution, financial compensation to the injured parties, etc I have been trying to get resolution for over months from an accident where I was rear ended by a client of this company At this point in time they did not pay the rental car company after days and my credit card was charged That was weeks ago and it has been accruing interest since NO ONE can seem to figure out how to resolve my issue in a timely manner My agent is busy 'finger pointing' rather than resolving my issue I have never seen such a terribly run organization (This small paragraph does include the entire months of issues I have put up with)

I purchased an auto insurance policy April 5, I cancelled policy April 7, 2016, and requested a full refund of $1822.00, from Farmers Insurance

Since March, 2018, I have been dealing with Farmers in regards to a check they cashed for $ I never received credit for this payment

Thank You for informing me of this situation.  Please understand we train all of our employees to be polite and courteous, as well to be aware of the customers needs and desires regarding the information we share.  Many times customers are under the impression we are coming out...

to give a quick estimate only.  Unfortunately when we do just that we are doing the homeowner a disservice.  There are many companies out there that claim to sell "top quality replacement windows"  some claim to have "unbeatable warranties".  Unfortunately, replacement windows are similar to gold and gold plated jewelry.  On the surface they look alike but once the surface wears off (time) you are left with either a piece of worthless tin or real gold jewelry.    The window business is similar in the fact there are many types of vinyl that when new look alike.  But when time and weather wear away on them you end up getting just what you've paid for.  We see everyday, customers replacing windows they just spent hard earned money replacing within the last few years.  In the jewelry business many people know the difference between real gold and gold plated, and it definitely reflects in the price.  In the window industry most homeowners are not educated on these facts and learn through making mistakes but buy based on price alone.  Many times they repeat these buying mistakes.  White Oak Construction tries to give the homeowner a free education on this industry so they know what questions to ask.  Everything from who can I trust,  what a good window is made of and how is it made, what do I need to know about warranties, etc.    Even if we are not the company for them, we feel a responsibility to help homeowners from making costly mistakes.  To provide this information takes time, more time than just measuring and giving a price.  I will see that we do a better job of communicating this to our appointments ahead of time.I have reached out to this Customer and left a message.  I would be willing to have my manager visit with them and give them the information on price they need.  Also due to the inconvenience, I will see that a special pricing structure is given to make up for the time we've taken from them.  Again I apologize for my staff and will see that it is corrected.Sincerely,Sam L[redacted]CO-OwnerWhite Oak Construction

Horrible professionaliam! Ran us around for 9 days before admitting they do not have the equipment to drill a well 100+ feet which is what is needed at our home. They were called here and we were told they would be here the next morning. Next day comes, time flies by. At about noon, I start calling to find out when. Receive information that their truck is broke down and it would be soon. 5 pm arrives, no one yet. Finally at 7 pm, they show up. Sat and ran the water out of the bladder for an hour. Determined after another hour a new well was needed. Only way I find this out is by going to the truck where Bills girlfriend jumps out and tells me he is on the phone. She then informs me their broken down Truck was just an ac issue and that they had to wait for her to get out of work. They leave at almost 8 pm, no good water yet. Next day, same thing. Was told they would be there in the morning, they don't show at all this time. Friday comes (4 days no water) the arrive with a small machine finally at 5 pm to "jet out" a new well. It took 3 hours and when they were finished, the water now smells like sulfur. Bill promises it will go away after a few hours. Saturday passes, Sunday passes and water still smells. Monday comes and he arrives after 4 pm this time and installs a chlorine feeder after the pump and before the bladder tank. (I Googled proper set up and this is not correct). Sets the chlorine and leaves without saying a word! I run water, it's so chlorinated it is burning my eyes! It takes another 4 days before he answers our phone calls (total days without use able water at 9 now). Bills says they will come out after their last job and fix it again. I do not hear from them until 12:30 AM when I receive a text message that they were stuck in the mud and would be right over. At midnight?? I said no, come in the morning, daylight hours! Next day no show again. I finally get a phone call from Bills girlfriend that they were coming after another job in Ocoee. This would put them at my house at about 7 pm. I spent this day calling another well service who was all too familiar with Bill Pentz jobs and had fixed about 10 so far this year of people in similar situations. We also had a water test performed. It was not consumable, pH was 5.5, it was eating our pipes from the inside out. The well couldn't be lower than 50 ft and he said he went 85. The only well was not abandoned correctly. Armed with this info, I demanded Bill to drill a new well to 100+ ft, which is equivalent to every other house in the neighborhood. His girlfriend said she would let him know. At 8 pm I receive a text that they do not have any equipment to do the job properly and that is the last I heard from them.
Note: I am a renter and contact was made initially by our landlord who gave us permission to require a deeper well. No money had exchanged hands. The landlord was not paying until the job was completed properly, this is the only good news in this situation.
