I had been trying to speak to the agent in charge of my auto policy to resolve a billing issue or to possibly cancel my policy since June and my agent said she was able to cancel the auto payment and would call me back to resolve the issue but never called me and when I would call her she would txt me saying she was with another client and would return my call later but never would and I went to the office multiple times and it was always closed and every time I tried calling the number I was told I needed to call my agent and they would hang up on meFinally after getting through to someone on 7-6-at the number I was told my agent was no longer employed with the company but that I had a credit for the month of July and would not be charged and that no more payments would be auto withdrawn from my accountOn August 2nd farmers withdrew $from my account anyways and caused me to get an NSF of $and when I reached out to the number I was told I needed to con

Hi my name is *** we been with Farmers for months when I first heard about Farmers insurance I wanted to know about everything what covers what and how much was what we have cars under this insurance everything was going good until now we received a letter saying we had to put how many miles we used in every car I thought it was wowed because when I spoke to our insurance *** *** (XXX)XXX-XXXX she had told us she would file that out for us and I called her and told her what was going on and she tells me we had to do it again because it was time to renew and we only had months She NEVER told us we had to do this and had to pay so much dollars!! So then she tells me she will fill out the form for us and send it off to see if it would be cheaper which she did so I tried contacting her because today 12/27/it expires if we didn't pay 900$ but we were waiting for *** to see if it would be cheaper I tried calling her and no answer so now we are stuck with no insura

Refusal to remove wrong name from my PO box
I have received numerous junk mails at my PO box starting about months ago(I have owned it for a good 6+ years now)I called the number listed within the mail times asking to have the name removedI was told it would beI have received more in the last couple monthsI called the number to ask them to remove itI was told they could not because the person who's name was on my PO box had to call and ask personally'I' own the mail box....and have no idea who *** *** isI explained that to them several timesHow do I get some stranger who randomly showed up on my PO box to call them?? Basically...they are refusing to remove him

VERY UNPROFESSIONALSwitched to a different insurance purely for rate reasons, high deductibles and I'm not made of moneyNever had a problem with Farmers insurance's servicesExcept now that we hit a semi tire in the road, the new insurance needs to verify the switch datesOn a conference call with me, they contacted the Farmers rep, told him the situation, and he said, "No thanks" and HUNG UP ON USSo they called several more times, and HE PICKED UP THE PHONE AND HUNG IT UP WITHOUT SAYING ANYTHINGFarmers, I understand that you do not have to help, but your reps are a REPRESENTING your company, and them throwing a fit like a child because I switched does NOT represent your company well! Had been thinking of switching back too, but not anymore
