I spoke with someone at the Evangeline Taylor Agency ( an agent for Farmers Insurance) regarding a homeowners insurance policy on 11/07/I was quoted *** for an annual policy under quote ***I also made a down payment of $( receipt ***) in order to bind the policy for an effective date of 12/1/at 09:amApproximately weeks later I received an e-mail saying that the policy had jumped in price to ***I immediately called the agency to get an explanationThere was no answer so I left a voice mailI waited days with no responseSo I sent an e-mail and patiently waited another days with no responseI then called the Farmers customer service number to cancel the policyThey sent me an email to respond to so that the policy would be cancelled, to which I responded I called them days later and was told the policy would be canceled and my money refunded within to business daysAs of the date of this complaint neither has happened

Rates Shot up to an astronomical amount without any explanation as to why
We have carried Farmers Insurance for years, in early I added my teenage daughter and her car to our policy and as expected our rate went up - no problem The problem came when later in the year I removed her from the policy because she secured her own insurance My policy went up higher than it already was I inquired as to why and Farmers told me it was cheaper to keep my teenage daughter than to remover her This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard So my Nissan Versa Policy shot up to a month for a total of *** a year on a car that is only worth *** The rate on this vehicle always was around a month I contacted another insurance carrier and low and behold $a month is my new rate for the exact same coverage I had before Not one person has explained to me the justification for this astronomical amount they have charged and I feel that I have overpaid and

I've looked at pictures of the work and watched video of the water leaking behind the gutter. It is our professional opinion the problem is caused by the metal roof above the gutter with water wicking in joints. The gutters are installed properly and functioning as they
should. However, the sales representative wrongfully told this customer the gutters would solve the problem of the water leaking over the entry door. Due to this error White Oak Construction is refunding the customer the full purchase price for the contract in the amount of $2900.00. It is not the intention of White Oak Construction to make promises as to the performance of our products if we can not stand behind it.
