Farmers insurance denied a homeowner claim I filed for damage caused by a leaking water heater The leak on the water heater could not be seen Buyer Beware! I have home owners insurance with Farmers and I had a hot water leak that COULD NOT BE SEEN and it causes a considerable amount of damage to the walls in my home and garage The problem was discovered when water puddles were found on the garage floor I had a plumber do maintenance on this water heater in the last six months and all was good From everyone that I interacted with at Farmers all I received was them repeating the verbiage of their policy stating they do not cover a leaking water heater I understand the policy and I'm sure it is the same with other insurance carriersMy issue with Farmers is they can't tell me what I could have done differently since this leak was underneath the water heater and COULD NOT BE SEEN The adjuster actual said "it's not your fault, it's just one of those things." Farmers Insurance Group Federal Credit Union is falsely charging interest to credit cards that have not been used in over a year I recently switched credit unions because FIGFCU did a system upgrade which left people without online access to their funds for weeks at a time due to gliches and bugs with the new systemMy credit cards had not been used since Nov 2015, I switched around Feb It is now 8/6/and I am being charged interest on both my credit cards monthly still in the amount of $on one and $on the other when both cards are at a $balanceWhen switching accounts I asked that all activity be blocked on all my accounts since they were at a $balance and no charges had been put on the card other than the interest they created out of no whereWhen I noticed these charges I contacted the credit union and they reversed them and said it would not happen againThe interest charges continue to happen and now they falsely reported to the credit agencies

Next day no show againI finally get a phone call from Bills girlfriend that they were coming after another job in OcoeeThis would put them at my house at about pmI spent this day calling another well service who was all too familiar with Bill Pentz jobs and had fixed about so far this year of people in similar situationsWe also had a water test performedIt was not consumable, pH was 5.5, it was eating our pipes from the inside outThe well couldn't be lower than ft and he said he went The only well was not abandoned correctlyArmed with this info, I demanded Bill to drill a new well to 100+ ft, which is equivalent to every other house in the neighborhoodHis girlfriend said she would let him knowAt pm I receive a text that they do not have any equipment to do the job properly and that is the last I heard from them Note: I am a renter and contact was made initially by our landlord who gave us permission to require a deeper wellNo money had exchanged handsThe landlord was not paying until the job was completed properly, this is the only good news in this situation
