I am trying to not renew my flood insurance and my agent is telling me I am unable to

A Claims *** Service told me information on a comprehensive claim
On Monday, 9/26/2016, I filed a comprehensive claim for my vehicle (Claim #XXXXXXXXXX)Shortly after, a claims *** service representative contacted me at approximately 10:AM and informed me that my coverage includes a rental car, $a daySo, they went ahead and put in an order for that to EnterpriseThey also provided me with a contact number for my adjuster (*** Carter (XXX)XXX-XXXX)I called my adjuster and she informed me that someone would be out to look at my vehicle the following day, 9/27/2016, to make an estimate on the damageI picked up a rental car and awaited an update

On 12/31/I was driving back from Midway Airport in Chicago after picking up members of my family I ran over an object that punctured my tire & by the time I was able to safely pull over on I-294, the tire was shredded I was able to remove the lugs, but not the tire I called the 800# on my insurance card & was connected to Roadside Assistance They asked if we were in a safe location & called for a tow truck It did take about minutes, but the person at Farmers called back at least times to make sure we were OK & to give us an update on the tow driver's ETA The tow operator was able to change the tire & after signing the papers, we were on our way at no charge Thank you Farmers for your help My family, including my year old granddaughter really appreciated your assistance

Their claims office threatened to pursue damage claims for an accident I was not involved in
I received a letter from their claims *** for a claim that they say they may result in damages being pursued When I called their office, the could not give me which of vehicles was supposedly in the accident, neither model, license plate nor color They told me it happened in a city I hadn't been in for years They couldn't even explain how they got my address or why they had my name wrong on the letter And they tell me I need to contact them or else their assume I may be liable How can I respond to such a fraudulent claim! I cancelled before start covering and still sending me to collection
I was requesting quotes on Sep/Oct-when I was refinancing, Farmers gave me a quote which I signed, day later my Financial Loan Officer advised me that my house insurance was paid from 03/to 03/to another insurance companySo, I gave a call to their agent leaving a voice message saying that I was already cover from another company that I was not needing their services
I never hear back from them until March I got contacted from a collection company saying that Farmers requested from me from coverage from October to October I was surprise since I called them weeks before they policy started coveringIn addition, they told me that they were sending somebody to take pics of the house and I never got any Farmers representative taking pictures of the house so how they cover me if they don't know how is my house on the inside? Also, I want to point this fact, don't you suppose
