This company continually adds charges to my bill with no reasonEvery month it goes up by ten or more dollarsI call to complain and ask why And the customer service either tells me I e read my contract wrong or that their computers are down and they can not look up my contract Absolutely worthless

If you scroll down this page you [redacted] see that I left a complaint on Aug 30th, It looks as though all other complaints have at least had a response from Foremost/Farmer's Ins Group regarding their complaints They have not responded to my complaint here and are still refusing to pay a legitimate claim Since Aug 30th, I've had contractors look at my home The first one was familiar with the property(mobile home park) and said, "I have no doubt in my mind that there was a wind sheer/straight line wind event coming down that hill(ft) that caused the damage to the home." Unfortunately, he could not take on the job, since there was a definite, urgent need to get it repaired before more/worse damage could occur with or without a storm The second contractor is still working on a quote and has asked that when he is finished with it, that I sign off on any damage that could happen during the repair work Does the Revdex.com do anything other than provide a forum for complaints? Looking at other people's complaints, I ***'t understand why Foremost/Farmer's get an A+ rating from the Revdex.com I have also asked AARP's member [redacted] to help, since they promote Foremost/Farmer's Insurance The last response I got from them was that they would contact me when they heard from Foremost/Farmer's That was Oct 11th, It also took many, many phone calls to even get that response from AARP Foremost/Farmer's get a -star rating from me That's -stars X 2!

Premium Invoiced to me after notification of cancellation I was informed in January of that our homeowners policy was being cancelled by Farmers due to the home bring to high risk to insure by farmersThis cancellation notification was done via phone and at the time the agent listed (and e-mailed) a list of items that would have to be repaired in order for farmers to continue our insuranceI informed the agent that there was no way I would be able to make all the repairs in the to day window that Farmers was forced to give us by LAWHe then notified me that they are required to give us this by law and we would have this timeframe to make the repairsHe never said anything to me about us (the homeowner) having to pay the premiums for that timeframe or that we could just cancel the policy that day in which no further premiums would be dueUpon this notification my wife and I began to shop other insurance companies but did not settle on one until [redacted] of Our homeo

On May 8th of last year my wife and I had a burglary The home was insured through Farmer's Insurance and they have not paid one dime at all They have been side stepping and won't even fix the door that was damaged from the break-in We have hired an attorney and he said he is about ready to file suit on them My wife has had only one insurance claim on her home in her whole life, but they are investigating the claim saying that it is an inside job From my understanding they are changing the policy and trying to do what they can to not pay or pay as little as possible This has gone on way to long and this claim needs to be settled I am also going to file a complain with the State of [redacted] Department of Insurance if this claim is not settled this week Product_Or_Service: Insurance Coverage

I spoke with someone at the Evangeline Taylor Agency ( an agent for Farmers Insurance) regarding a homeowners insurance policy on 11/07/I was quoted [redacted] for an annual policy under quote [redacted] I also made a down payment of $( receipt [redacted] ) in order to bind the policy for an effective date of 12/1/at 09:amApproximately weeks later I received an e-mail saying that the policy had jumped in price to [redacted] I immediately called the agency to get an explanationThere was no answer so I left a voice mailI waited days with no responseSo I sent an e-mail and patiently waited another days with no responseI then called the Farmers customer service number to cancel the policyThey sent me an email to respond to so that the policy would be cancelled, to which I responded I called them days later and was told the policy would be canceled and my money refunded within to business daysAs of the date of this complaint neither has happened
