For the last months, I have called in to ask what needs to be paid? Hail Claim Denied - due to misinformation received by calis adjuster
This complaint is related to a 'claim' from 2008, which I did not authorize to be a claim and a recent claim that was denied (loss date 04/11/2016)

In 2008, hail hit the McKinney area and I asked Farmers to send out someone to inspect my roof if there were leaksMrsKaty Cade came to my house, walked the roof and told me that the roof was fine and it was still 75% good
She stated that Farmers will still send me a check based on her reportShe stated it would only cover a partial roof replacement, which I told her was not necessary, as the roof was still in good shape as the house was built in and as she stated, the roof was still goodShe stated that I do not have to cash the check if I did not want to, as the damage was minor and does not warrant a full replacement

I had been a *** for over years and was aware there was a 'discount' if the insured had multiple cars, houses, and other insurable policies through Farmers
What I did not realize was if a policy was canceled, Farmers Insurance expected to have the policy holder return the portion of the discount back to them At least this is what I think they are trying to collect
In good faith I had paid my six month car premiums through June 10th, At that time I went with another insurance company The problem became apparent when I canceled my home policy with Farmers Insurance that I had paid in full through August 6, They canceled me on August although I had told them I wanted it canceled on August 6th
