I called because I was billed after I canceled and felt the amount was relatively excessive for days of coverage then threatened by collections It all started with the cost of my vehicle (1) coverage increasing by $without any notification that there would be a price increaseAfter going to a broker, I found that my home insurance was more than two time higher than it should beAfter campaigning about my cost my auto insurance was brought back downHowever, I did change my home coverageAgain, Farmers change the price of my auto insurance because I lost the multi coverage discount, understandableSo, I canceled all policies thinking that we were done after the last billingBecause they played around with the price so much I got a bill in the mail for $I called and was told it was for days of coverageWhen talking to the billing [redacted] on Friday December XX XXXX I told them that I felt that $was a little excessive for days of coverageWhat made me angry was

Hail Claim Denied - due to misinformation received by calis adjuster This complaint is related to a 'claim' from 2008, which I did not authorize to be a claim and a recent claim that was denied (loss date 04/11/2016) I have been paying into my farmers insurance since 2004, when I bought the house on Riverwalk Trail, McKinney, TY XXXXX In 2008, hail hit the McKinney area and I asked Farmers to send out someone to inspect my roof if there were leaksMrsKaty Cade came to my house, walked the roof and told me that the roof was fine and it was still 75% good She stated that Farmers will still send me a check based on her reportShe stated it would only cover a partial roof replacement, which I told her was not necessary, as the roof was still in good shape as the house was built in and as she stated, the roof was still goodShe stated that I do not have to cash the check if I did not want to, as the damage was minor and does not warrant a full replacement In g

Harassment, raised rates, disclosure of private information, failure to answer questions, bogus citations, Policy Number: XXXXXXXXX Dear Farmers: As a year [redacted] ; I recently have become a very displeasedSince recently moving from Hawai'i; transferring my Farmers insurance to New Mexico has been nothing but agony Here are my main issues: 1.) Same policy but raised rates - Everything in Hawai'i is more expensive; so, moving to stateside it should either be cheaper or have stayed the same 2.) You put my private information in that Insurance / credit database and all your competitors sent me junk mail when no one was suppose to even know this address 3.) The agent you assigned me continues to evade my questionsShe hasn't been any help 4.) Your company needs better communication with its subsidiariesHours of phone calls and my policy is still a messEverything from misspelled names, cancellation and reinstatement of my policy, and a random citation t

The rates as quoted did not match the premium charged at times The cancellation process is an Unfair Trade Practice in that when they are notified in writing and through customer service of a cancellation of insurance coverage, they do not follow instructions and seek to further delay the cancellation causing additional charges to consumers

I would give a zero star rating if I could My home sustained substantial losses during a storm with heavy wind gusts that rendered it uninhabitable PVC sewer pipes were ripped apart 10-inches and much more physical damage than I can list occurred during the overnight storm of May 4-5th, There were extensive, statewide power outages due to fallen trees/power lines This area is prone to straight-line winds, downbursts, microbursts, wind shear, and due to downslope winds off the mountain behind my home, have been known to shatter windows, sandblast paint from cars, and lift all shingles off a home as they progress through the area Foremost/Farmer's are denying my first and only claim in the years I have owned this property They are claiming the damage was due to 'settling over time' They have acknowledged the skirting was damaged, but, my deductible is much higher than their pay-out, so, 'they owe me nothing' Today, I [redacted] be placing a porta-potti on the lot, where EVERYONE can see it I [redacted] make a sign and place it on the porta-potti stating why I have to resort to this type of response to the injustice they have dealt to me All this time, I thought I was insured, made all payments on time and in full, on a yearly basis Foremost/Farmer's took my money with no intentions of covering any loss that may occur They use wording to their advantage and interpret everything to their liking and benefit I [redacted] take them to court I [redacted] not loose my home because of their bad business practices It is obvious there are hundreds/thousands of complaints, just like mine

My Wife and I have been customers for over years and that ended today [redacted] has destroyed any hope of a lasting relationship with our family due to his arrogance and unwillingness to assist in my account closureI took a few minutes one day to see if our auto rates were completive, keep in mind we have been customers for over twenty years so you can imagine my surprise when I noticed he was charging me well over my other quotesHe also failed to reduce my auto rates after my wife and I reached fifty years of ageI Never received ONE phone call when our account was handed over to him by our former insurance agent [redacted] WhitenackWith [redacted] we were happy because he actually reached out to us and truly cared how we were doingI worked as a Farmers agent for several years and I would never have treated any [redacted] the way we have been treatedThe second issue we have is we Sold our home and called to cancel our insurance policy and that is where the issues beganAfter putt

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2017/06/27) */ [redacted] brought his vehicle to the O'Regan's Toyota [redacted] service department on May 18th, due to a leaking sunroofAs [redacted] only purchased his vehicle from O'Regan's Toyota [redacted] in April of 2017, the sales department agreed to replace the sunroof at no charge to him The replacement sunroof was installed on May 25th, On June 7th, [redacted] returned to the O'Regan's Toyota [redacted] service department as he believed his replacement sunroof was again leakingThe sunroof in the [redacted] Toyota [redacted] has a "drip tray" component wherein water drips from the sunroof into the drip tray where it is collected and expelled through drainsIt was deemed at this time that there was more water entering on one side of the sunroof seal and that, although no water was entering the vehicle, an adjustment should be made [redacted] returned on June 20th, and the adjustment was performedThe sunroof was then tested thoroughly and it was deemed to be working properly as no more than a few drops of water dripped through the seal and were collected in the drip tray and where subsequently expelled through the drains It was explained to [redacted] that the sunroof was operating normally as per the design and that as such it does not need to be repaired or replaced [redacted] was also provided with documentation from Toyota Canada explaining that this was the design and operation of the sunroofIf [redacted] is unhappy with Toyota's design of the sunroof, that is a matter separate from whether or not it is operating properly Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 7, 2017/06/28) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Although there's a drip tray to catch the water that does seep through but unfortunately in my opinion, a sunroof should not leak or seep water threw a seal if installed properly I can assure that the work was preformed as the company statedUnfortunately there is still water seeping in the drip tray to which in accordance with Toyota is properly working ? If a drip tray is installed, to me that means a flaw with the product to which a drip tray was their solution to the problem with their product It's unfortunate that the problem is still there but according to their specs it's the way it is ??? Final Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 17, 2017/07/05) */ Any vehicle equipped with a sunroof requires a way for water to evacuateIn most cases, manufacturers use a drip tray, located between the headliner of the vehicle, and the sunroof seal to collect the water, and allow it to escape through the four channels that follow the A and C pillars of the bodyUnder circumstances, any horizontal sunroof seal would require a provision for water intrusionWater breaking the horizontal seal of a sunroof is operation and are designed in similar fashion by all automobile manufacturers O'Regan's Toyota [redacted] maintains that the sunroof is now working in accordance with the manufacturer's design and is therefore not willing to exchange the vehicle Final Consumer Response / [redacted] (3000, 19, 2017/07/06) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I understand what the company is saying and to me it's just a cover up I can understand a little water coming in from time to time but not a steady drip in the rain !Unfortunately iving in the maritime don't help with the amount of rain and over time it's only going to get worst ! In any case , I'm stuck with the leak according to the dealership

not authorizing proper repairs to our vehicle On May 30, 2018, our car was hit by a client of Farmers insurance. After contacting Farmers Insurance company about repairs on my car, their representative recommended that we take our car to Abra Auto Body and Glass of Carrollton, Ga. Everything seemed to be going well until I went to pick up the car after the repairs had supposedly been done. A part of the car that was replaced did not line up properly. The body shop said that there was a part of the frame that was bent back in the exact area where the car was hit. They assumed that it was from a previous accident, because there were some rust spots on the frame( the rust was all over the frame, not just in the spot that was bent). They sent pictures to the claims department representative, [redacted] When I spoke to Ms [redacted] she said that the damage to the frame would not be covered under the assumption that the damage was done previously. Again, the damage was exactly where the c

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 8, 2016/10/03) */ Contact Name and Title: [redacted] Contact Phone: [redacted] Contact Email: [redacted] October 3, 2016 Customer satisfaction is of great importance to us at O'Regan's and we review each customer concern carefully in an... effort to provide a reasonable and just solution. [redacted] 's vehicle had 17,000km when he took delivery. We feel it is reasonable to expect some wear on the brakes and other vehicle components as a result of the 17,000 kilometers already driven. As a result, we discounted the vehicle for [redacted] by $ [redacted] . This discount was in lieu the kilometers and associated wear and tear on the vehicle at delivery. At that time, we completed an inspection on the vehicle. The brake pads measured 9mm in the front and 7mm in the rear. These measurements far exceeded our minimum levels of tolerance when selling demonstrator vehicles. New brake pads generally measure 12mm in thickness. When [redacted] was in last week, his service indicator was for an oil change due as well as rear brakes, which were close to needing replacement with 3mm remaining. The estimate to replace the rear brakes was $***. As they were approximately half worn when [redacted] took delivery, O'Regan's [redacted] offered to pay for half of the rear brake replacement, in addition to the $ [redacted] discount given to him off the selling price at the time of sale to account for this wear and tear. His total cost for the rear brake replacement was therefore be $ [redacted] tax included. After reviewing all of the information, we believe that this goodwill gesture of $ [redacted] is very fair. I would be pleased to speak with [redacted] if he has any further questions or concerns. I can be reached directly at [redacted] Sincerely, [redacted] O'Regan's Automotive Group
