I canceled a car insurance policy through the agent at this companyThe next day a payment was deducted for the next month even though online the policy reflected it was cancelledI reached out to the agent on the Monday after the payment was taken out about when the money will be put back in my accountI was assured it would be " re-deposited into your account shortly." It is now a full week since the money has been removed and I still do not have the money

My parked vehicle was involved in a hit & run by one of their insuredThey don't want to pay for it
On February 18th my vehicle which was legally parked in front of my house was struck by another vehicle Head onThe owner of the vehicle is insured by Bristol West Insurance companyThey are claiming that they will not pay for my vehicle to be repaired or replaced due to the owner of the vehicle has not responded or filed a claimThe owner of the vehicle allowed her boyfriend to drive the vehicle and was pursued by the police for drugs and during the pursuit hit my vehicleI feel as though Bristol West is responsible for either fixing or replacing my vehicleI see that there are numerous complaints for hit & run against Bristol West because they did not want to pay for them as wellI want either my vehicle fixed or replacedI have a police report of the incident as well as numerous pictures documenting the incident

I have been a customer with farmers for auto and home for years Overall thought it was pretty good until I filed my very first auto claim Van in shopping area during a very windy day while I was indoor shopping Upon returning noticed mild damages on bumper and both van doors I am not sure as to cause possible carts, possible vandalism, don't know and of course no witnessesClaims agent came to look at the car and stated these are separate claims and deductibles Even if same time can't be on same claim I was in shock and still am Will pay for it cash and switch to another insurer who doesn't play these games to save money Heed the Warning!

We were talked into a new policy due to lower monthly payments They screwed up credits and payments

After Farmers cancelled my home insurance because they wanted more repairs done, even tho I had had a new steel roof put on, they then proceeded to keep the money I had paid several months ahead, (and still have in their possesion, to this date) ***, the agent, would not take any of my calls, and they then proceeded to bill me for the next months ahead billing cycle, and even turned me over to collection for auto insurance I did not even have! (I had signed up for Home and Auto) My new agent was finally able to get thru,*** actually took his call, and they finally stopped the billingBut,not the collections for many more months! All the while, they kept the extra money I had paid ahead, that I really needed, for themselves!!

Dear Farmers:
As a year ***; I recently have become a very displeasedSince recently moving from Hawai'i; transferring my Farmers insurance to New Mexico has been nothing but agony
Here are my main issues:
1.) Same policy but raised rates
- Everything in Hawai'i is more expensive; so, moving to stateside it should either be cheaper or have stayed the same
2.) You put my private information in that Insurance / credit database and all your competitors sent me junk mail when no one was suppose to even know this address
3.) The agent you assigned me continues to evade my questionsShe hasn't been any help
4.) Your company needs better communication with its subsidiariesHours of phone calls and my policy is still a messEverything from misspelled names, cancellation and reinstatement of my policy, and a random citation t

We canceled our home owners insurance (account PXXXX XXXXX) effective April 30, Since our mortgage company escrows our insurance they had already sent Farmers a check for the renewal policy that would have began May 1, We got and e mail from Farmers confirming the cancelation and that they were issuing a refund check which we did receive.Now almost three months later they are trying to bill us for $and some change stating that they earned some of that premium for the policy that was canceled I disagreed since we have confirmation from Farmers of an April 30, cancelation that means the renewal policy never went in to effect and as such there is no way they earned any premiums.I returned the bill unpaid with a note that we did not owe and would not pay and that they needed to write it off After which we got a collection call from Farmers saying they needed to speak with us about our account Since the number the call came from was unknown to us we let it go to
