Refusal to print and send insurance claims check On Feb 4, 2015, I was involved in an accident with one of their clients For over a year, they harassed me to close the claim After taking attorney suggestion, I did sign the paperwork and returned it on about 6- I then made contact about a week later to verify the check is on its way [redacted] then informs me that she is waiting for the other parties to finish their end WHAT!?!?!? They harassed me for almost a year, and they do not have everything from the other parties involved (doctors)

I purchased a condo-coop property insurance sometime between December & January in the total amount of dollars more or less from Farmers Insurance through its agent, Mr [redacted] Colon.I intended to pay by installment but they charged me five dollars every month for paying through credit card, so I ended up paying the whole amount of dollars more or lessI was not happy with these extra charges that they charged on my account, so I was not really planning to renew my condo-coop property insurance with Farmers Insurance thru Agent [redacted] ***, days more or less before my condo-coop insurance contract ended, I called the Office of Farmers Insurance through [redacted] a male staff answered the phone, so I told the male staff that I am cancelling my property insurance and I do not have any intention of renewing itThe Farmers Insurance Male staff understood thisSo I asked is there anything I need to do to confirm the cancellation and non-renewal of my propert

Worst [redacted] service I do admit I forgot to pay one monthI called when I realize to pay and get my insurance back up and going, they proceed to tell me that I owe over dollars and I will not be insured even when I pay that off and I will have to fill out and pay for a new application for insuranceCome to find out they also added my little brother who already has insurance through another company and that's why I owe so much more than anticipatedI never gave them permission to add my brother and they replied to me saying since I didn't answer the email they added him to it anywaysHe is and a new driver so automatically it made the price jump sky highI currently do not have a computer and email is the worst form of communication for meNow I have to pay this absurd amount of money and not have insurance stillI will be finding a new company to insure my car through and will tell everyone how awful Bristol West has been

This is the WORST company ever!!! Do NOT do business with them!!! Our policy was NEVER put into place correctly and once it finally was correct, the premium was so unbelievably high - we couldn't afford it, so we canceledDuring this time, we changed banks and I updated everything correctly [redacted] , or so I thought Not ONE time was I told to update everything on the automatic payments page, so the billings were never being made correctlyOur agent never said anything and we never received ONE error However, during the telephone call this past Friday with a supposed supervisor about the collections notice I now have, she admitted that the system is not designed to generate an error in this situation, so I wouldn't have known I know and am willing to pay the last premium we owe, but feel the added fees should NOT be my issue since I was not aware the billings were an issue And we had billings coming out of our checking account correctly, so I am not sure what is going on behind the scenes At any rate, I now have an account in collections all be cause I refused to pay the $premium - which mind you, is what our premium went up to when we canceledyet I know we had to pay $when we canceled due to the premium still to be paid PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I am writing a formal complaint in regards of the early settlement that took place with claim adjuster [redacted] on April, 2nd 2018. I received a check for the amount of [redacted] USD. this company practices what is called price optimization - they slowly raise rates hoping you wont notice ok so I payed my bill without doing due diligence in terms of my premiums - lets this be a warning to ALL insurance customers - I have no excuse - their own web site gave me a cheaper quote than my bill was the problem is the customer service here - in years of having farmers insurance I never have been able to contact my agent most of the time I would get frustrated and just call the number - but this time I was told [ two times in fact because I tried again] that I had to talk to my agent - you cannot cancel from the number well I never could and still never have been able to contact my agent they called me when they thought I was overdue on my payment and wanted their money a collection agency im not quite sure who it was [wasnt the agency] but farmers billed me for the time - dollars in fact - for days over that I could not get a hold of them so ok farmers you got a few extra bucks outta me - and in return gave me lousy customer service -- im at least gonna let everyone know I can about my farmers experience - was it worth it ?

Their claims office threatened to pursue damage claims for an accident I was not involved in I received a letter from their claims [redacted] for a claim that they say they may result in damages being pursued When I called their office, the could not give me which of vehicles was supposedly in the accident, neither model, license plate nor color They told me it happened in a city I hadn't been in for years They couldn't even explain how they got my address or why they had my name wrong on the letter And they tell me I need to contact them or else their assume I may be liable How can I respond to such a fraudulent claim! On November 2, 2017, I called my Farmers insurance agent's office to report a leak I noticed in the back room of our house along with a leak on our front porch. Claim check for repairs is made out to insured and Lender creating major delay's or inability to do business Claim checks are not distributed to the insured party due to "being burned too many times", instead the claim checks are held by the lender and distributed as they see fit, when the see fit My general contractor can absorb the house repairs and fight for months to be reimbursed but when it comes to my hail damaged car repairs my repair shop can not do business with me in this manner My lender is holding the cashed claim check in a fund?
