The consumer paid his bill that was in our office on 06/07/ We reported the account as a settled in full to our client on 06/13/ We also closed the account as a settlement in our office on 06/13/ The letter that was sent to the consumer is our standard settled in full receipt letter This is the only letter we have to send in regards to matters like this We were servicing the account for our client and have no knowledge of any judgment

FBCS recently started reporting on an account on both Experian and Equifax, that is nearly years oldIt is showing the account open date at 12/30/Considering the account is a medical bill from when I lived in Florida years ago and now I am active duty military, there is absolutely no way that the account is from this dateThe last time it would be from would be early I've disputed this through the credit bureau with zero luckI've also called the company and left multiple voicemail's and not a single one has been returnedFBCS has made zero attempt to contact meNo letters, no calls, just random updated reporting on my credit reportI am getting ready to move overseas because of the military and this has greatly hurt my credit score which is very important for renting homes and buying a car once I get overseas

I am in the process of a buying a home so naturally I am making sure my credit report looks okay for when the loan processesUnfortunately when checked today, shockingly I had collection accounts that affected my credit score tremendouslyI had no idea where the debts came from so after calling the debt agency it was was from when I was seen in the ER at a local hospital back in and I have never received a bill and have never been contacted by telephone from this company regarding these unpaid accounts or I would have definately taken care of it before buying a homedo I have any options?
