We have removed the consumer's postdates that she had setup on her account.  We have also notated her request for a cease communication. We will notify our client of both of these facts.

Our client has asked us to close this account in our office.  We have closed the account and sent it back to our client.  We are in the process of removing our trade line from the consumer's credit report.

didn’t receive the original complaint that was filed on 12/09/2014.  The first complaint notice that was received
in our office was received on 12/22/2014 which FBCS, Inc. sent a response on
12/22/2014. FBCS, Inc. did send a Letter
of Representation to the consumer on 12/10/2014 with account details. FBCS,
Inc. hasn’t received a mail return for the correspondence that was issued. We have also requested for
documentation from our client to be sent to the consumer on 12/29/2014, the
account has been placed on a hold status and no contact will be made to the
consumer during this time. We are sorry for any

I am in the process of a buying a home so naturally I am making sure my credit report looks okay for when the loan processes. Unfortunately when checked today, shockingly I had 9 collection accounts that affected my credit score tremendously. I had no idea where the debts came from so after calling the debt agency it was was from when I was seen in the ER at a local hospital back in 2010 and 2009. I have never received a bill and have never been contacted by telephone from this company regarding these unpaid accounts or I would have definately taken care of it before buying a home. do I have any options?
