We are only able to locate one account in our system under the consumer's name.  That account was closed and returned to our client back in November 2016.  We did not report to the credit bureau for this client and therefore never reported this account.

First off I want to say that the reason for having to deal with this company is 100% my fault I got into some financial problems and one of my accounts ended up in this office. That being said I sent up a payment arrangement with this company and from the beginning I told them I wanted a contract sent to me with all of the payments listed on it so that I knew how many payments I had. I never received the letter I requested so after my payment that came out on august third I contacted them asking how many payments I had left and I was assured that that payment was my final payment well here we are in September and they take out another payment and I contact them and now they say that this was my final payment. I was warned about working with these companies without legal help and for the most part I have had no problems but with FBCS they will steal from you obviously I am trying my hardest to get my finances in order and companies like this make it very difficult.
