I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***I finally received a letter in the mail yesterday with information regarding my account and complaintsUnfortunately the letter continues to give me the same rhetoric as I have gotten all along"According to their records, I have been able to access my account", which is completely incorrectEverytime I try to log on, I am immediately logged outThat probably shows as a successful log-on, but it is quite the oppositeHad the company taken the time to review how I have paid my account the last two months, they would see that it is by phone, which is currently my only option outside of mailing in a checkIn my opinion, that would suggest that I possibly cannot access my account.The bank account issue was addressed, but again is nothing that I have not already tried or discussedEssentially this letter only provided one useful thing and that is a phone number to the person that sent itI plan on calling tomorrow, but in my experience, I shouldn't set my hopes or expectations very highly with FedLoansFor now, I will work with this person on correcting the issue, but to date, no one has been able to resolve this and FedLoans essentially is treating me as a liar when I inform them I cannot access me accountInstead of getting more information, they just look at a computer log and tell me all is wellIn my opinion, at this time, this complaint is anything but resolvedI do not wish for this to be closed and I will continue pursuing as long as it takesTomorrow's phone call should be interesting

I strongly disagree I was informed by one of your representatives that the payment twice was credited to one of the accounts which were already paid off by me and I have a credit balance on two different accounts rather than you applying the payment toward the accounts with a balance
