I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, I chose not to accept or reject that resolution until the letter from "Borrower Experience Advocate Ted" arrivedThat formal letter has still not been receivedHowever, I did receive a call from a man named Brian who gave me steps that will ultimately satisfy all the requests I made in my desired outcome, and that is the resolution that is satisfactory to meWhile the timeframes and errors I have experienced are still unacceptable to me, there is nothing left to be done by the business in regards to my personal situation at this time.

I am rejecting this response because: I am not sure what calling a rep, which will recite what's in the letter The fault is with you (Fedloan) and giving bad advice Not sure why this is hard to understand I have been a direct debit payer with Fedloan for years, now I get penalized for advice given by Fedloan to not make payments while the IBR was in process?

I am not happy because they lied to my district office when they called to verify my employment and told them that they had talked to me and everything was fine. This is NOT true. I am rejecting this response because:FedLoan sent me another generic response letter not addressing the matter at handOnly sending me a "credit reference letter"Fedloan, as a furnisher, is required by the FCRA to update any information reporting to the CRA'sAccording to their own records my loan was in forbearance from July 2014- Feb however it is reporting late on my credit reportI have previously attached an FTC advisory opinion stating their responsibility in this matter and they have continued to ignore itI expect my credit report to be updated immediately reflecting the forbearance I was grantedFedloan is ignoring FCRA regulations and is not responding to this Revdex.com complaint or the matters addressed in it.
