I am rejecting this response because:I received a letter that basically says, "thanks for voicing your concernsWe heard all of them, but care about none of them." Derogatory marks will remain on my report, even though I have EIGHTEEN of them instead of the three it should beAll they say is, "consolidate to avoid this in the future." It won't happen in the future because it was a lack of a bill that caused it to happen in the past!

I am rejecting this response because:This is the second complaint I've filed with the Revdex.comMy first complaint number is ***.I'm experiencing the same issue that I had with FEDLOAN SREVICING CREDITThey have added a student loan bill that is not mineI spoke with a service rep at Fedloan servicing and he agreed to send me copies of payment receipts and signed enrollment applicationsAfter repeated calls to them I have yet to receive any information I requestedAll of the info they had on me was incorrectWhen I filed my complaint with them I provided my current and correct informationSince then FEDLOAN SERVICING CREDIT has updated their incorrect file information with the correct info that I provided to themI provided my correct info in hopes to have this matter settled.The partial account number for the that is on my credit report is *** *** I want this account removed from my credit report and to have FEDLOAN SERVICING CREDIT held accountable for compiling misinformation on me.I want this account fully investigated and removed from my recordI have requested this action before with no positive resultsif this is not resolved fully and to my satisfaction this second time I will seek litigation and will not stop until all of my requests are met

I received a financial activity summary on one of the loans I have with fed loansI pay these loans together, so this summary shows nothing except that 44% of the payment is being applied to interestI have paid $in the past years on this loan alone but my principal has only gone down less than $I will never have this loan paid off in years at this rateThere is no explanation.
