I am rejecting this response because:My complaints were not answeredSince the initiation of this complaint, my monthly payment due has inexplicably increased from $to $The most egregious complaint, that of continual encouragement to apply for forbearance, was unansweredBy encouraging borrowers to apply for forbearance, Fedloan Servicing is ensuring that they receive the total amount of payments from borrowers, which is no problem, but also freely increasing their reimbursement when PSLF takes effectThis is not only scamming borrowers, but the governmentThis must be answered, and frankly it must be answered in a public manner.
