I am rejecting this response because:
As they have done previously, all I received was an email stating that if I needed assistance in paying the loan, there were options available for meHowever, that was never the issueThe issue is that whenever I attempt to defer the loan, I am told I am not the borrower and neither is my motherIf the business will defer my loan, that is all I askI am tired of wasting my time on the phone on hold for periods of time to be hung up on the moment I get in touch with staffIt is exhaustingTherefore I apologize, but I cannot accept this as resolution to the problem because nothing has been resolved.
