I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  I have been contacting Fed Loan servicing and they have been helpful/trying to work with me. I even realized that I made a miscalculation regarding the amount I owed; as a result, I had a certain amount that had carried over to the next bill, which was why my account was past due. I just made a payment today so hopefully my account will be current now. Thank you both for your help.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:I was sent a message that my complaint was closed but I never was able to reply to the message I received on the 10th because it did not have the box to send a reply it never showed up on my phone and that's the only internet source I have available to me.  I have attached a picture of what I am able to see and that's the only thing I have ever been able to see I had no way to be able to reply to any messages because I never had a message box to reply with.  There never has been a box below the message that I could reply on or even a box to allow me to change the language of the message like the help video showed. And the emails that you sent to me to have me log into the website they say that they are on monitored so I had no way of being able to reply to any message I was sent. And in the video it showed that there was two options to accept the response or to not accept it and I do not accept that response because just this past week they charged the wrong bank account that I had deleted from their website in september even though I had updated my banking information through their website and that was the only banking information that they could use they still charge the old bank account so I would like to attend my complaint to be $87 instead of just the $58.[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:
I asked Fed Loan Servicing to send me "my application," so I can see what I did step by step to be locked into their loan. And they sent me a blank application as if I were a new applicant. I did read the terms and conditions that Fed Loan Servicing claims all they need me to check off to be a customer...and I did not see anywhere in the written language that states that upon completing this application that I would be automatically signed up. Their application process is deceiving because you are under the impression that you are just applying..but even with an application you still need to actually "accept" something....especially when its something as large as an 87000 dollar loan.. I did not want to go forward with this loan therefore I did not send in any of the additional paperwork, I did not sign anything, and there is no verbiage indicating that the next steps would be an automatic refinance... I don't see how this is legal or how I am responsible for the new terms of my loan... I need further information that shows I agreed to this, or else im going to have to take legal action.

In addition I have received 2 more letters after re-submitting my info that is notifying me that I owe 2 different amounts, none of which was the original monthly payment I was quoted from the beginning of the year.  At this time, I do not feel that my problem has been resolved.
