I got a notice recently that my student loan payment is due. How can this be? I am on an income based repayment plan and was told my payments are suspended. I spoke with Robert #[redacted] on 1/5/16 and he my first payment would be deferred.
Correct the account so that it reflects that I do not owe any money.

If a guy by the name of Nate states that he has been calling me lets start with what number he claims he has been trying to reach me from/at as I stated before no one has been trying to reach me nor got in contract with me about this issues I am very good at returning calls if left on my voicemail maybe Nate needs to check If he has a correct number first.
