Ms S***, We inquired again with the creditor and below is their response:Good Morning ***, I have done some more research and look even further if need be. I do have a scanned copy of his insurance card on this date of service. Also it is stated in his medical record that he had moved to *** but to follow up with a provider on a yearly basis. I also, have a prescription request from a local pharmacy that the patient was having filled and requesting a change on his prescription dated 7.6.12, which was the day after his visit to our clinic. We billed his insurance back then and this was never disputed with the insurance company nor did he dispute this with me about him moving when I spoke to him regarding this balance. Mr T***There are three accounts in question for Ms L***We called the number Ms L*** provided to the creditors as a contact and we left a message for her to call backMs L*** did not want to discuss paying the balancesWhen the conversation got out of hand we discontinued the
callMs L*** proceeded to call back and leave two messagesFrom those messages we have now marked the accounts as disputed and investigated with our client to make sure the accounts are valid and outstandingThis was confirmed by the creditorsMs L*** also spoke to a supervisor and stated she did not have the money to pay and she will call back when she doesShe also stated we should not call her per Ms L***'s request. The issue of the correct or wrong address was resolved and we also marked the accounts to be removed from the credit bureaus on 11/22/The report ** *** attached is from *** *** who is a third party supplier of credit information and not the credit bureaus*** *** information is many times incorrect and not up to dateI have seen many court cases where *** *** supplied inaccurate information** *** should go straight to the credit bureaus to obtain correct information. The issue is it should have never hit my credit report to begin with had their clinic, the *** *** *** actually billed me at my correct addressDue to the billing department making an error in typing my address in, I never received a bill for the charge that FFC took over collecting from meFFC said they would remove it from my credit report once paid. The charge is still showing unpaid which is untrueI have a letter at home stating it’s been paid which I can provide laterI also have a screen shot showing my credit report attached to this emailAnd I have attached emails showing that FFC disclosed the incorrect address *** *** was billing instead of billing me.
