I do apologize I have been working long hours so was unable to respond but I don't feel my issue was resolved I dont see where they are trying to work with meThe representative I orginally spoke to said I didn't qualify due to me buying a house didnt sound like a hardship so I still feel I was treated unfair

The creditor under the law does not need permission under HIPAA to send their delinquent accounts to a third party collection agencyWe have a Business associates agreement between our company and the creditor which we do not need to provideThe law states that if we receive written request from the debtor for verification we must send itWhich we have now sent to Ms R***We would only need to remove it if we could not provide the verification as provided by law. The account is properly marked as disputed with the credit bureaus

Ms ***,The collector in question Jackie L*** indeed is a supervisorShe is very profesional in her approachMr ***'s wife was the person who talked to her and our notes show that each time Ms L*** tried to explain the details of the situation Ms *** would talk over herMs L*** went as far as asking our client who is owed the money if they would settle for a lesser amount than was owed and they rejected it and wants the full amount owedMs L*** stated that Ms *** was so rude that she told her she needed to terminate the call The account in question is an amount that has been outstanding since and we sent full itemization to Mr *** as requested.
