Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

I do not accept the addition of dispute remarks being added to the other two accounts when my initial "Complaint" with the Revdex.com with this collection agency is regarding dipute remarks being removed. It seems as if this agency is acting spitefully by purposely adding the additional remarks because I have filed a Revdex.com complaint about the business which is not equal to a dispute. It is a form of bullying. I still maintain that the bill for $31 has been separated into two bills of 26 (I believe I mispoke on the initial complaint and said 25, which was a different bill) and 5. However, I am NOT disputing and want all dispute remarks removed from all accounts immediately. I should not be punished for filing a complaint with the Revdex.com, which is not a dispute, it is exactly that, a complaint with the Revdex.com. When there was a dispute this company would not remove the remarks so hopefully now, due to this complaint with the Revdex.com, as the company stated in their response as the reason they will be removing the first remarks, the same applies and they should remove these additional remark as well. Bills are not disputed!! I repeat, I am making a formal statement, that bills are not disputed. Remove all remarks from all bureaus and provide confirmation of doing so. P.S. I haven't had that p.o. box in over 5-6 years so unfortunately, I have not received that mail.

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]I have proof and can print out from verizon that they never left me a voicemail to get in contact with them, I also have proof from verizon they they were in contact with my fiance, who is not legally a spouse, which is considered contact with a thrid part, which is strictly against fdcpa laws put forth by ohio regulations. Therefore the information they have responded with reguarding contact is false. If you would like further documentation I can prvide such.

Ms [redacted] Ms. [redacted] stated in the conversation that her identity was stolen years ago. Ms [redacted] put her husband, [redacted], on the phone immediately. He confirmed that identity theft was reported "a few years ago". Mr [redacted] also made a very lewd comment at the end of the call. We are...

obligated to investigate identity theft so we contacted our client. The date of service was as recent as 4/20/17. They have Ms [redacted] new drivers license at her new address as of 2017. This was given at her April visit. The creditor also recognizes Ms [redacted] photo on her driver's license as the patient who came in for these services. The insurance that Ms [redacted] presented was also new as of January of 2017. We have now marked the account properly as disputed. Thank youBill E[redacted]

Ms S[redacted],The creditor our client, [redacted] maintained this was valid and owing. However, the date of last service our client originally gave us was in 2012 and we have now updated this and it should be removed from credit do to it being past seven years old. We updated this with...

the credit bureaus via [redacted] their online service.  The credit bureaus tell us it may take 5 to 7 days to remove. We also sending Ms [redacted] a letter telling her it has been marked to remove. Thank youBill E[redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. [redacted],
I would first like to thank the business for their timely response to my inquiry.  The response does state my name and my actions with the Credit Rating Agencies accurately.  However, in the business response I am confused by the fact that it is stated a [redacted] is disputing through the Revdex.com and an itemization will be sent to him.  Was this statement meant for another Revdex.com complaint?  In my complaint I am seeking First Federal Credit Control businesses response to their method of validating a dispute I have filed with [redacted] Credit Rating Agency that was, in conclusion verified.   I believe there is an error in the reporting of this account and would like to receive the verification used by the business to conduct their investigation into this negative account reflecting on my consumer credit report.  I understand mistakes do happen as the one made in the businesses response to this complaint, although the inaccuracies on my consumer file is far more impacting.   If the business does not wish to accept my request, based on the date provided in their response, I will ask [redacted] for a early exclusion of this account as it is nearing the 7yr 6mo mark of delinquency and consider the matter closed.  Thank you.
 Regards,[redacted]

[redacted]The account for Ms Lloyd shows that she is covered by Medicaire and our collector checked and found no coverage for Medicaid. Our client is separate from the Hospital so the care assistance program does not apply. However, as a courtesy we will remove this balance from the credit...

bureaus. Thank youBill E[redacted]

[redacted], [redacted] is a private practice that does not participate in any financial assistance program. Per our conversation with them today, this account is valid and owing.  Thank youBill E[redacted]

Ms S[redacted],The account for Mr [redacted] is for $49.64 (the credit bureaus round up or down). The account is not from 2011 but has been confirmed by our client who is the creditor that the date of service was 7/5/2012. Our client also has documented that on 11/25/15 she spoke to Mr [redacted] and told him he...

did owe the $49.64. The account was turned over to collections at our company on 6/14/16 at which time we sent two notices were sent. We have now marked the account to be reported to the credit bureaus as disputed as we are required by law due to this dispute notification.  Thank youBill E[redacted]

[redacted],   We have an account for [redacted] for [redacted] for $902.70. This account was turned over in 2014 and was paid in 2015. Our records that are reporting the credit bureau as a "paid" account. This paid status is correct. However, as a...

courtesy we have marked it to be removed completely.   Thank you   Bill E[redacted]

Ms SuireThe account for Ms [redacted] was handled properly and the itemization of charges were sent. The account should be marked as disputed but we marked to remove so we do not receive more contact from Ms [redacted]. We are not sending any kind of letter stating the account is removed as we are not obligated to remove the account. If Ms [redacted] would like us to send her the itemization of charges to provide verification one more time and mark the account as disputed we can do that.Thank youBill E[redacted]First Federal Credit Control, Inc.24700 Chagrin Blvd. #205Beachwood, OH 44122[redacted]
