Ms [redacted]The account for Ms [redacted] was turned over in June 2016 at which time we sent a letter notifying her of the account. Revdex.com or Google type review and not her own experience when dealing with an important matter such as this. We are a reputable company which has been in business for 46 years with thousands of clients. Ms [redacted] can contact us Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm at 866-423-2996 and talk to our rep Rita G[redacted] who is handling her account. The account number is [redacted]. I have also properly marked the account as disputed with the credit bureaus. Thank youBill Evans

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. I did not receive the documents that show that I am legally responsible for the alleged debt they claim I owe. All this company sent was a bill printout. Regards,
Mr [redacted]The FDCPA, FCRA, and FCPA all require the information we provided as being the requirement for debt verification. We have properly marked the accounts as disputed on the credit bureaus. Thank youBill E[redacted]
Ms [redacted],Do to the highly disputed nature of the account we are removing this from her credit records. Thank youBill E[redacted]

[redacted]The account in question was from an online pharmacy and is considered by the creditor to be valid. However do to the highly disputed nature we have marked the account to be removed from the credit bureaus. Thank You[redacted]
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11148557, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
Ms [redacted], This complaint is very convoluted and hard to follow. We always need to make sure we are talking to the correct person before divulging any information about the account. Ms [redacted] would have to know we are First Federal Credit Control to be able to file this complaint. We have an...
account for Carmen [redacted] and have sent correspondance and she has made a few payments on the account balance owed. The notes show that someone called in posing as a neighbor of Ms [redacted] which now sounds like it was Ms [redacted]. We will not contact her anymore. Thank youBill E[redacted]
[redacted],We received these accounts in question on 2/19/14 and the notice that is required by law went out to [redacted] to the address listed on her complaint on 2/20/14. [redacted] can contact us at 800-[redacted]. The internal account number fo these accounts is [redacted]. She can also right...
us requesting in writing which we need by law if she would like an itemization of charges. Or she can request it in writing through you at the Revdex.com. I have properly marked the account as disputed for the time being. Thank youBill E[redacted]
This is something that would need to be disputed directly with the credit bureaus. We are unable to look up any account information based upon this complaint. We would need more identifying information to be able to locate the correct account, such as the account number listed on his...
credit report for this line item. With that unique account number, we would be able to locate the account and pinpoint the problem, without it, we are limited. It isn't uncommon for their to be credit issues between Jr. and Sr. family members. As this individual states that they have contacted our office, and was told that his social security number is not on file, and that we are unable to locate an account for him without the associated account number which he seems unable or unwilling to provide, the appropriate next step would be to contact the credit bureaus to dispute the amount listed as we have no information in our system linking the account to him and can't research it any further.
[redacted]I marked the account not to be reported to credit while this dispute is being investigated. Much of what [redacted] spoke about today has nothing to do with us as the collection agency. We did mark the account not to report and will check with our client to inquire if the billing was done...
properly and verify all information they gave us they say is correct and owing. Thank you!Bill E[redacted]
[redacted],[redacted]'s original address was given to us by the creditor [redacted]. The address was since changed to [redacted] in [redacted]. We have the last four digits of the social security as being [redacted]. We also have a date of birth if [redacted] would like to confirm. If...
this social matches and we now have written confirmation that [redacted] is requesting itemization of charges, we could send the itemization to [redacted]'s Indiana address. Please have [redacted] confirm through the Revdex.com or call us back or write us. Thank youBill E[redacted]
Just wanted to let you know, the account was closed and removed. i'm happy with the results. thanks for all your help.Regards,
[redacted],The account in question is a dental bill not covered by medicaid. This account was disputed and verification was sent to [redacted] in December 2014. The client is still stating the account is valid and owing. However we do have it properly marked as disputed. [redacted] can also call us at...
800-[redacted] Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm with any questions. Thank youBill E[redacted]
Ms [redacted],The account turned over by our client shows no information provided to them for an insurance claim. If there is a billable claim we could get the information to our client. It is not our decision to make to be able to put a hold on an account, it must be our client's. If Ms [redacted]...
can provide us with billable information we can pass it on to our client to submit. If this is not billable the account is indeed owing. I transferred this account Ms [redacted]'s acount to Connie B[redacted], one of our senior supervisors. However, because Ms [redacted] stated to cease calling her we cannot call her for this information. If Ms [redacted] want to contact Connie B[redacted] in our office, her direct phone is 866-418-5433. If Ms [redacted] would like any return calls she must expressly let us know she is retracting her cease calls request. Thank youBill E[redacted]
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I have also viewed my credit report with [redacted]. The “collections” account is still on there. It shows that I had a bill go to collections. (As explained before Of no fault of mine) it says I have no accounts in collections NOW but it shows now that In the past I had one account go to collections and is still giving my account a negative. This needs to be completely wiped out. Since this is still effecting my credit report. I’d like the collections company who initiated this to look into this further so it shows I never had a bill in collections! This is effecting my ability to get a loan. Had the providers office billed me from the get go instead of sending the bill to an address I never lived at due to their typo error , we wouldn’t have this mess to begin with.
Ms [redacted], We did recieve a request from Ms [redacted] for an itemization of charges that was sent to the address in this complaint. We will send it again today. However, as a courtesy I am marking the account to remove from credit. Though this does not relieve the obligation to the...
