This 14$ charge is not worth the time and effort for your company to ruin my credit for 4 straight years. Like I said, just let me pay it and remove it.  How come I get the number of someone who can help after I have made several phone calls to you and several hours of run around with the credit bureaus . Why wasn't this offered up front, furthermore why was I told in June that it showed paid off? If so why wasn't it removed.  Seriously ruining credit for 14$?

Ms Suire The account for [redacted] was turned over to us on 3/14/14. We had communications with [redacted] at that time but the account was never paid. [redacted] called our company on 5/31/17 and stated she would call back on 6/15/17 to pay in full so the account would be removed from her credit....

She never called back and we did call her on 6/22 but [redacted] did not want to pay the full balance. The client did accept the payment of $300 but there is still a balance of $246.41 per the creditor. I properly marked the account per [redacted] to not call her. Thank youBill E[redacted]

We had three different people who were contacted by the [redacted]. They did not dispute the fact that the bill was in fact owed but were very confrontational. I am marking the account not to be contacted by our company due to the fact that in this complaint she does not wish to be contacted. Thank youBill E[redacted]

[redacted]I reject their response due to the fact that I looked up their local number & called it & an automated voice stated that I could leave a message in their "general mailbox" as they were "closed" for the day. The time I called was 4:45pm & they are supposed to be open until 5pm! The $100 payment is STILL not showing being taken out of our account! This is NOT a resolution of ANYTHING!

The only actual proof could be in the file itself that we sent which we do not have and we cannot reproduce one from the past. I am not responsible for that child’s medical. I do not have custody of him never gave that practice my information. Not been to that practice. If any bills were paid they were not paid for by me because I have no knowledge of them. Nor have I ever given this practice my information as I have never been there. If they are going to try to throw it on my credit card show me a consent for treatment form signed by myself! They will not be able to because I never gave one.

The call escalated to [redacted] swearing at Ms W[redacted] after [redacted]'s threats of her attorney contacting us did not produce a reduction in the amount owed. There were multiple calls to follow by [redacted] in which she had angry comments directed at multiple employees because we did not give a reduction. I have explicitly stated my terrible experience with the representative of First Federal Credit Control. The details explain how I have tried contacting the company, after being abruptly hung up on, just for asking the direct reason of their call. I found their contact information through my caller I.D to the number they had previously contacted me on. I failed to understand through your response on how the company assume that I was an imposter posing as “Carmen [redacted]” or her neighbor. How did your Representative come to that conclusion? I do not appreciate being the subject of false documentation, which is based on your representative’s notes. What I also found unnerving is when I returned the phone call, unlike most credible companies, there is no greeting message nor does voice prompt. There is just a direct line to a representative, who directly asks for my name and SSN. During my phone call your company stated that I was mistaken for another client going by the same identity. However, to the contrary and according to the email response, Bill E[redacted] claims that I have an account and I have made previous payments to the correspondence sent to me. In addition, I am not aware of any login credentials. What was written to me in conclusion, was a simple dismissive statement that states that I will not be contacted again. That response from Bill E[redacted] is completely convoluted. The point that I am trying to deliver follows: It is extremely rude to contact someone or some families, without introducing yourself, while explicitly stating "I do not have to tell you who is calling". If possible, if calls are being monitored for quality assurance, I would recommend that you strongly listen to that phone call that was made on April 11th, 2016 at 8:13am.Thank You.
