Revdex.com:
This response is utter nonsense and pretty much thumbing their nose at the [redacted]. I called not once - THREE times, leaving explicit voicemails that I was willing to settle this debt once *I* determined it to be valid. I can call ** just as easily as they can, and [redacted] have misapplied my payments in the past.  My voicemails were ignored, and this collection action was escalated despite my challenging the validity of it. Additionally, despite any FAIR collection practice of giving me a chance to either provide my proof that it's settled - or payment if it weren't, this has been sent to [redacted] so that someone could close the file and get this 58 dollar retrieval off their desk.  Why should I have to fight with the credit bureau for a 50 point ding to my credit score that shouldn't be there in the first place? This collection agency needs to delete that off my credit history immediately with the simple explanation of "This was not ignored by the debtor, we send it to you too soon".Their own notice says if I challenge the validity of the debt, contact us. I did, three times.  They need to own their part of the shared responsibility in providing me the proof and THEN once we can't/don't close this to follow thru with the credit notification.  Their own Revdex.com file as well as Google and other have numerous complaints about their escalating debts well before any legitimate collections activity have taken place.  I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

Ms [redacted],The four accounts in question were turned over of collection in 2015. When they were all eventually paid they properly showed as paid in full accounts at the credit bureau. [redacted] called in and spoke to Mr Baxter in August 16 2017 and as a courtesy he agreed to mark them as completely...

removed and not just paid with the credit bureaus. This was sent on our September 5 credit bureau file. It can take the credit bureaus up to 60 days and we have no control over how long they can take.  Thank youBill E[redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. I have spoken with my insurance and they have not be properly notified.  Also, my complaint is not with the insurance, nor the bill, but with NANCY stating that, 'I need to just pay her now because it will ruin my credit'

[redacted],We did mark the account to be removed from the credit bureaus. The credit bureaus may take 30 to 60 days to remove in which we have no control over how fast they process things. Bill E[redacted]

Yes, that is correct! I sent you guys a copy of the 2015 letters stating you were to remove these accounts from my credit back then, however they were NEVER taken off! All I’m asking from First Federal Credit Control in order to finally close this complaint out officially is to send me either via my email ([redacted]) OR MAIL me: [redacted]
[redacted]   FOUR NEW updated letters just like the ones you sent me back in 2015. I need these letters from you guys (First Federal) so that I can personally now go after the 3 credit bureaus if they don’t update and remove these accounts from my credit report! All the letters have to state, is confirmation/receipt that you guys (First Federal) “electronically submitted to all 3 credit bureaus on the date you did to have all 4 accounts permanently removed,etc...” I feel like after being punished the last 2 years having these accounts on my credit when you stated they were being removed back in 2015, the least your company can do is provide me 4 updated letters stating the same (that these accounts are being removed)! So that I have something on my end to go after the credit bureaus!!

Without the name of the actual person involved, we are unable to locate any specific account information.  We are able to confirm that Rob P[redacted] is an employee who has been out ill this week.  If at anytime a representative doesn't answer the phone you can call our main line to be...

transferred to a different representative.  In general, if an automatic payment plan is set we may extend an additional courtesy by protecting the person's credit.  However, if a payment is missed, this courtesy is removed and the account is allowed to report.  Per this complaint, it sounds like that is what happened.  Please feel free to call us for additional assistance.

Mr T[redacted]The account for Ms D[redacted] was turned to collection 2/1/17 and has been disputed and marked as disputed with the credit bureaus. When the account was disputed we did our proper investigation and verified the debt as being valid per the creditor [redacted] Central Florida....

Ms D[redacted] called our office yesterday to again dispute the account and used very abusive and vulgar language with two of our collection representatives. We attempted to resolve the debt and Ms D[redacted] continued to swear without any interest in resolving the debt so our representative was forced to terminate the phone call. The account is properly marked as disputed with the the credit bureaus. Thank you[redacted]

Ms [redacted],I am responding to this complaint again. I am again stating when we call someone we must by law find out if we are indeed talking to correct person to be able to give account information. If Ms [redacted] call back in to our company they answer telling what company we are and what we do. I am uncercaint what we can do to stop Ms [redacted] from writing. If Ms [redacted] identifies herself and she is in fact a person who has an account turned to us for collection we can then provide all of the information we have about the account. If she will not we cannot divulge information.  Thank youBill E[redacted]

Consumer's response taken over phone by Revdex.com representative (ba)Consumer called to report that the issue has been resolved. There is no 'negative mark' on his credit report.

Ms [redacted],The account in question is from date of service in 2012. The amount of the debt is $919.55. We contacted our client while on the phone with Mr [redacted] per his offer to settle the entire debt for $460.00. Our client, the creditor, did not accept the offer and stated the entire amount is...

owed. A payment schedule was not discussed. However, now that we have written request, we requested the itemization of charges and are sending them to Mr [redacted].Mr [redacted] can contact us to set up acceptable payment arrangements which have to be approved by the creditor. The account is properly marked as disputed.Thank youBill E[redacted]

Under HIPAA I have to request that the physician directly provide me with debt validation information and per HIPAA's Privacy Rule they must respond to me and not a collection agency.  I have contacted the original creditor to make a payment arrangement for the debt. Therefore, First Federal Credit Control needs to delete this account off of my credit report.

We sent the required itemizations. Thank youBill E[redacted]

Ms [redacted],The account that Ms [redacted] is disputing is currently listed with us for $350.00. The creditor who is Dr T[redacted]'s practice states the account is valid and owing. They told us the balance is $350.00 but they offered Ms T[redacted] a discounted balance of $167 if she pays it in full. They told...

us this offers still stands. We have properly marked the account as disputed per Ms [redacted]. She can contact us Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm at 800-486-5500.  Thank you,Bill E[redacted]

Once again, First Federal is getting information wrong!1.) I never talked with Kyle B[redacted] on August 16, 2017, that’s when you guys signed for the certified I sent you!2.) As a “courteously” really?? I have letters from Kyle b[redacted] himself from November 15, 2015 stating these accounts were to be removed!! It’s been way more than 60 days! I just want these accounts off my credit report for good! They were obviously supposed to be deleted back in 2015 and 2 years later they aren’t! This company LIES! I can send you copies AGAIN of these letters stating those accounts were to be removed in 2015! I’m sick of waiting, and I’m sick of being lied too! Once these accounts finally do get taken off my report I can finally move on with my life until then I’m constantly calling you guys!

Ms. R[redacted] is aware of her dental balance of $100.00 that is currently reporting to credit.  She wrote a letter requesting to settle the debt at $50.00, however we are unable to accept a settlement on this balance.  Validation documents are being sent directly to her.  She can...
