I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.They do not even have the date of service and Jackie ( the so called manager ) told me that the bill was due to me not meeting my deductible. My insurance deductible what have been met at that time. Jackie was not truthful and she became hostile and very unprofessional as if we were in a street brawl. They bought a bad collection account and want me to pay in full for something I may not even owe. Jackie claimed that she was the manager and would not allow me to speak with anyone over her and hung the phone up on me. Now Bill is saying that he now have a written request, I don't  see how my complaint to the Revdex.com serves as his formal written request to get information about a bill from his client which he should have already. The debt amount is not correct from what is being reported on my credit file compare to what he just mention. The original creditor which is a medical facility was not able to even confirm that they contract with this company. I believe I may at this time be a victim of fraud.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.FFCC would not have any knowledge of the insurance claim that is currently open through [redacted] because the representative I spoke with would not allow me to provide it. Also, it is of significance to note that I never stated that I wanted FFCC to cease contact. I specifically requested that all further communication be respectful and collaborative. My request was that the verbally aggressive tactics stop. With that being said, FFCC is welcome to contact me by phone to resolve the issue, as previously stated, so long as their communication with me is respectful and non-combative.  I am willing to provide claim information to the individual(s) handling my account in an effort to resolve the claim. I would prefer to discuss the possibility of the account being placed on temporary hold directly with the  original creditor if at all possible, because I cannot say that I fully trust FFCC to advocate on my behalf. I was treated rudely when I attempted to resolve the issue on 3/30/16, and due to this, I do not believe FFCC will communicate the facts or my requests accurately.  If it is not possible for me to discuss the account being placed on hold with no negative reporting to my credit, I am requesting that all correspondence between FFCC and the original creditor/account holder be detailed in writing and sent to my mailing address for my records. Regards,

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11084920, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.It is interesting that the physician's office did not have details of the auto accident because I filled out a form with the accident details including date of accident and what happened.  Also they would not have my auto insurance information if this was not an auto accident.  Nor would they have billed my auto insurance if they didn't know that this was linked to an auto accident.  It is common practice for an attorney to handle auto accident cases in Florida and the physician's office if definitely familiar with this process.   My attorney has been handling this case from the beginning and the physician was made aware of this.  I never received any phone calls from the physician's office regarding my balance.  I was only notified about this when I received a phone call from the collection agency employee named Michelle.  At that time I explained the situation to her letting her know my case was still pending and this should have never went to collections.Until this is retracted from my credit report and taken out of collections so that my attorney can deal directly with the physician's office I will not be satisfied with any proposed offers.  This should have never went to collections nor should it have been reported on my credit.  This balance will be paid when the case settles if and only if it is removed from my credit as it should have never been on there.  I will only authorize my attorney to pay the physician's office once the collections are completely removed from any reporting bureau.This company is abusing the system and if they will not retract the credit remark on my report I will accept any of their offers.  I will leave out the details of their agent Michelle who was extremely rude and told me that my case should have settled by now, I am glad she is an expert on personal injury cases.

[redacted] disputed the account and asked for validation. Validation in our industry is making sure the creditor believes the balance is still owed...

and obtaining an itemization of charges, which we sent to [redacted] on 10/14/15. We also properly marked the account as disputed. The client also provided the last four digits of the social security number for [redacted] as 0758. The address given also matches [redacted] Roy's in this complaint. If this person was a victom of crime or believes there is some informational error please let us know. Becasuse of the highly disputed nature of this account, as a courtesy I will temporarily mark this account to be removed so Mr [redacted] can resolve this account.  Thank you!Bill E[redacted]

[redacted]I found the accounts in question and have put a request in to obtain the itemization of charges from the creditors as required by law under the FDCPA and FCRA.
