I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Please note, we have not received any bills from this collection agency at all and they have been unable to even provide us with any proof that they have sent any bills to us. We still have not received any bills. I absolutely will not send money to some random company without proper documentation that money is owed. When I offered to make payment arrangements with this collection agency over the phone if they would send us a monthly bill in the mail, they have refused. If and when we receive a bill showing any amount owed, we will pay it, so long as we owe the asking amount.

I do not feel as though a list of itemization of charges is adequate enough proof that the debt is mine. I asked for any documentation with my signature and they were unable to provide anything. I have no knowledge of this debt and they haven't provided me with anything other than the itemization of charges.
Mr [redacted]The account in question for Ms [redacted] was turned over to our company for collections on 3/6/17. We do not have a contract with Ms [redacted] as we are not the creditor but a third party collection agency collecting on behalf of the creditor. The account was disputed by Ms...
[redacted] on 9/22/17 and we sent the required itemization of charges to the address in this complaint. The account was also properly marked as disputed. There is another account that was just turned over to our agency for the same creditor this month in which we just sent notice to Ms [redacted]. Ms [redacted] can contact us Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm eastern time. Thank youBill E[redacted]
