The seasoning taste great!

Shipping takes a while. I received an email saying it may take up to 14 days before my order will be shipped. On the 15th day I still did not receive a tracking number so I emailed the company directly from their contact page form on their website. I did receive a response.

Nothing was missing from my order, so that’s always good.

I would order again. Hopefully they can work on their shipping and get the orders out a little faster. I order clothes from overseas and it takes about the same amount time. I think Amazon has spoiled us. ??

Still do not have my order placed on Feb. 19th (one month). They certainly charged my card on that date and no products. I have emailed them and messaged them on facebook as they have no phone number for contacts. How can they not tell you when you order it will be more than a month for delivery???????????????????

I placed an order on 17 Feb for 12 seasonings in the amount of $82.09. On 19 Feb, I received an email that stated "With the New Year we turned another chapter in our journey with an increase in the number of orders but we refuse to cut corners because our fresh seasonings are what got us here in the first place. The current turnaround time for our freshly made seasonings is approximately 10-14 days, but most orders are shipping out sooner. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number." I sent 2 emails requesting a status since they do not have a phone number to call. On 9 Mar, I received 2 separate emails with the same generic response "We wanted to let you know about our progress in getting all of our pending orders out. We have been able to get a huge chunk of our orders out with crews working day and night everyday of the week. However, there are still some orders that need to be shipped out in which we hope we will be fully caught up in the upcoming week. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. If there is anything else other than an order update that we can further assist you with, please reply back to this email with your inquiry and a staff member will answer you as soon as possible." I had signed up for autoship every 3 months. instead I received a "reminder" at 1 month with them about to charge me for the next order! All items were in stock when the order was placed.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered from flavor gods February 27, couple days later I got a email stating your shipment should be sent out 10-14 days. I'm still waiting, as the looks of it I'm going to be waiting for a while. If I dont get any response back from them within a week. I'm contacting my back and getting my money back. Were they'll refund me my money the same day, with no problem.

My wife and I were stoked to get some of the Flavor God spices. We placed an order on Feb 2, 2020. The website kept saying the order was awaiting on shipment. I reached out to find out why it hadnt shipped. Received a generic reply about they were overwhelmed and the orders were waiting on some items to arrive then they would need time to grind them, then process it...etc..... This went on for about a month. I finally had enough of the BS from them, and requested my money back and cancel the order. They cancelled the order real fast.......but I'm still waiting on my money back from them......Nothing but crooks!!!

Like others have reported, they have TERRIBLE customer support and just automated answers. I ordered my spices based on their well crafted Instagram ads with thousands of likes (which are probably fake) and they literally took my money immediately but gave me absolutely no indication that they may be out of the product. I got a notice weeks later that it may take 10-14 days to get even a tracking number for my order. I'm here because it's past day 14 and they havent even answered my email inquiring about my order. They will not admit when they are out of products or something internal is going on with their company. If thet can't handle the orders then they need to let people know. It seems like they need the money from new customers to catch up with whatever financial situation is going on internally and hoping they don't piss people off too much. Too late. I will dispute this charge and if I can, rally as many people as possible to warn others against this company. People are spending hundreds on a product that promises to be there within 2 weeks. This is theft. I hope lawyers get involved pronto.

Ordered over $50 worth of seasonings, never received order almost 3 weeks later and are ignoring my messages and even blocked me from ***.

I placed an order with Flavor God on 2-17-2020 for a total of $13.74 and my debit card was charged on 2-19-2020. I received a confirmation email on 2-17-2020 saying it would be shipped in 1-3 days and shipping for a total of 5-7 business days to receive my order. Then on 2-27-2020 I emailed asking about my order and this was their response: Thank you for reaching out to us and for your patience with your order processing time.

We are experiencing higher than normal processing times for orders to be shipped at this moment. We love the passion, energy, excitement and demand for our product from our loyal customers. That said, we refuse to cut corners just to pump out inventory. Our fresh seasonings are what got us here in the first place!

If you have placed an order and it still hasn't shipped, its because one or more of your SKU's is on backorder. Our current processing time is approximately 10-14 days from when your order was placed. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. We will also send an email with any new updates we can provide on your order.

If there is anything else we can further assist you with, please respond to this email with your inquiry and one of our team members will be able to assist you.

Then on March 2nd, I received another email saying everything was in stock and was shipping soon.

It was in stock when I ordered.

I keep getting advertisement e-mails but have never received my product.

February 18th I put an order in for spices in the amount of $54.65. I received an email days later (after my payment went through) that they were on back order because they make them fresh and had more orders than expected. I received another email confirming my order being processed and that I would receive another email with my tracking information. I have sent 2 emails questioning when my order will be shipped and zero response at all. Awaiting shipment is the status online and has been for a couple weeks now. There is no number to call and no one answering my emails. I feel scammed and was so excited to be able to use some flavor while on my current diet.

I ordered from Flavorgod and have been waiting for weeks for my order. Instead I get emails that they hope to mail my order in 8 to 10 days. I wrote and cancelled my order and told them I wanted a refund and their reply was that my order would be ready to ship in 8 to 10 days. They just send that same email out every few days, but no shipment and no refund.

Hindsight is often 20/20 and in this case, I wish I checked Trustpilot and the Revdex.com before making a purchase. If you look at the contrast between the reviews here and their site/social media, it's clear they remove anything negative. I ordered almost one full month ago and my package still has not shipped. Have followed up four times to their support email with no response. Any comment on social media has been removed, not answered. Any direct message on IG or FB has been replied with a canned response. The automated emails are even worse, the last one I received said it's in stock and ready to ship. That was five business days ago. All this but they have time to post every hour on Instagram. Stay away from this joke of a company, they are clearly over their head.

I have not received my order, have not received responses to multiple emails and messages left through Flavor God’s website. And, there is no phone number available to call to reach a representative from this business.
I’d like to have a refund issued, as I paid for the products I ordered and have not received them.
Very poor customer service.

I ordered from them February 18,2020 and they emailed saying the product would be to me in 5-7 days. They emailed again a few days later saying 10-14 days. I still haven’t received my product and my order was over 50$. I emailed them a week ago asking for an update and they ignored me. I emailed them again, messaged them on ***, *** and called them and I’ve been ignored. I saw reviews online now that show so many people saying the same things. I asked for a refund and I’ve been ignored.

I placed an order on 2/15/20 with no updates yet. I have contacted the support e-mail multiple times with no response. I was blocked after commenting on the *** page that I was hoping for some help with my order.

I placed an order on 2/14/2020 and I have not received my order. I reached out to customer support and they advised my order would be shipped 10-14 days from order date. Never received it so I reached out again and was told they would send it in the next 5-7 business days. They failed to inform me of any back order issues prior to placing my order. Had I known they didn’t have everything in stock I would have never placed an order. They didn’t even offer to give me a credit for my next order or any type of courtesy for the inconvenience.

I placed an order 02/17/2020 received only an order confirmation with no order #. I was told I would receive my order within 5-7 business days, I received no follow up email with a tracking # or any further communication. It has now been 17 days since my original order was placed. I have made 6 attempts at contacting their customer service department with not ONE response. FLAVORGOD's customer service is absolutely disgraceful, they do not follow up with issues or provide any information. It is absolutely disgusting the way they do not care about their customers. I paid $70 for my seasonings and received nothing but frustration in return.I would like my items delivered and soon, or a full refund issued. They stolen my money at this point, complete thief's.

Really bad shipping out products. I ordered $50 + of seasonings and the website says orders will be processed and shipped out in 1-2 days. I get another email after a week saying that they’re experiencing delays with some of the items and that shipping time will be about 10-12 days. I emailed the company multiple times and wasn’t getting timely responses so I went to their Instagram account and sent them messages and finally they told me that my items will ship out soon and that some of the flavors in my order were not available at the time and that’s why I haven’t gotten any items yet. I told them why not just ship the items that are available and ship the rest when it’s ready. I get another email saying “good news! your items are shipping out soon” anyways, I get the shipping confirmation finally and my order will arrive in 2 days. Originally placed my order 2/9/20 and it’s supposed to arrive 3/4/20. So expect a month to get your shipment people.

Placed order on 2/11/20 and paid for expedited shipping (1-2 days) after more than 20 days have yet to even receive a tracking # despite numerous attempts to contact this business all I have received a form email stating they are experiencing high volumes of orders, yet they still market 1-2 order delivery and charge for this service.

I ordered on February 11th 2020, and was told that the delivery would take 5-7 business days to receive. A week goes by and I emailed them asking where my order was and no response. I then emailed another time asking the same question and they got back to me with a mass produced email saying that I would get an email with tracking information when my order shipped. Two weeks later and no tracking information so I asked for a refund. They said the refund would take 3-5 business days to be received. It has now been a week and I still have no refund.

It’s been three weeks and still no Flavor God Seasonings received. I’ve sent emails (since there is no phone number) to contact Flavor God but things have fallen on deaf ears. I’m getting a refund and will never buy another Flavor God seasoning(s).
