Worst Company Ever!!
I ordered $80 worth of product when they were having a sale on 9/5/2017 and after a few weeks of patiently waiting. I had contacted Flavor Gods via e-mail asking when I can expect my shipment. They said they were having troubles with production and that they would have my order shipped out by 10/16/2017!!! Its now 10/26/2017 and on there website my order still stays awaiting shipment. So I decided to e-mail them again asking why my order hasn't shipped and its now been close to 2 months. They continue to give you excuses and the run around.
The worst part is that I've read from multiple customers that they were having the same issues.
If you can't manage orders properly... you shouldn't be having sales and wasting peoples times and money.
Please, Don't waste your money on this company.

I have placed 2 orders that I was happy with, including a large order last Nov. to use as Christmas presents. Sept. 3, 2017 I placed an order knowing it was going to be 2 weeks until they shipped. It has now been 7 weeks and no product. First they said there was a production problem. Then they were almost ready to ship and now they have stopped responding to me. What bothers me most of all is that they charged my credit card the moment my order was placed. Based on these reviews, I'll never see my products nor a refund. Very unhappy

I placed my order via the flavor god website for a classic combo set of seasonings on September 9, 2017. On September 14, 2017 I contacted the company via their support email ([email protected]) and inquired about my shipment tracking information. I was informed that the processing time was 2 weeks from date of purchase. After the two week time frame had passed and I had not received my shipment tracking information I contacted the company via their email again on September 25, 2017. At that time I was informed due to an unforeseen occurrence the products did not ship and the products I ordered were completing their new production cycle and I had to wait an additional two weeks from September 22, 2017. The email also stated that an email was sent out to all customers affect. However, that is a lie as I never received an email informing in a delay in may order. Therefore, I requested that they cancel my order and provide a refund, to which they agreed. My order was cancelled on their website and I was told that my refund should post within 7 to 10 business days. My refund has not posted. Once again I contacted Flavor God again on October 11, 2017, 11 business days since my order was cancelled. They stated they would look into the matter and it would be 7 to 10 days for the payment to be refunded. I let them know I have an issue with that and my money need to be refunded to me immediately as they were already passed the 7 to 10 day period for a refund. I believe this company is fraudulent and has no intention of providing me a refund. This company needs to be shut down as they are nothing more than con-artist.

I ordered a product from them over a month ago, spices to be more specific and have been getting the run around about my product still not even being shipped out. I would like a full refund because at this point the consumer is purposely ignoring me and doing nothing about my concerns.

I have had an issue with a recent online order with FlavorGod LLC. in which my order has been delayed by 35 days. I placed an order on 9/5/17 during an online promotion, and later on the site they posted a message that they were delayed by 14 days. My issue with the company is that I have reached out multiple times to check status of this order and have not been able to get a direct answer about where my product is, the charge cleared my bank account for $79.54 on 9/6/17. I have grown suspicious of the company because despite their "back order issues" they continue to post online promotions adverting the product they have not been able to supply. I am not sure if this is some type of fraud or scam because when I requested a refund for my purchase the company they blocked me from their instagram page, where they advertise their product and have failed to return any communications. At this point I no longer want the product and I am just looking to receive my refund for the total amount of $79.54.

I placed an order, never received an order confirmation and 3 weeks later I reached out to them and was then notified that items/supplies were on back order. At that time I asked for a refund and was notified my order was cancelled and that I would be refunded within 7-10 business days. I have now waited for an additional 3 weeks and still have not received my refund.

This company lied about production time then after waiting 3 weeks for my order u cancelled and 2 weeks later have not received my money back.

I placed an order on 9/9/17. Money was taken from my account on 9/11/17. It said it would ship within a week. I contacted them on 9/18 and got a generic robotic response. I finally reached a human via email that stated it was delayed and would ship 7-10 business days from my order date and they were delayed. I expressed my dissatisfaction with this response & again received a generic robotic response. I received an email on 9/22 that said it will now ship in two weeks from 9/22! I reached out on *** and got zero responses. I wrote today on 9/26 & asked for a full refund & to cancel my order immediately. I also posted on their ***. I am now blocked on ***. And they emailed saying I won't get my funds until 7-10 business days even though they took mine in 2 non business days. I feel this business is a scam and a fraud. They skate around the truth and hold onto customers funds. Their customer service is a joke. They need to be held accountable for their corrupt ways.

I placed an order with this company in July. They have not yet shipped my product. I contacted them in August and they assured me my product would ship September 1,2017. When that didn't happen, I contacted the company again. Now they don't give me an anticipated shipment date, they just keep offering me free product. When I looked at their website, I noticed that they are running a but one get one free sale. If they can't ship orders from July,why on earth would they run this sale to disappoint more people? They need to stop taking orders until they get their production process perfected, or so it would seem to anyone with an ounce of common sense.

I placed and paid for an order from the website on 8/31/2017. I received a confirmation of my order via email as well as a UPS shipping confirmation email. On 9/7 I received an additional UPS email update indicating my shipment was at my local UPS location but had been recalled(return to sender) by the company. I emailed the company to ask what was going on and why my order was not being delivered. The following day I received an email from Flavor God customer service indicating there was an error on the price they displayed online and if I wanted the order they would have to charge me the difference of their error, or they would refund me. I told them that was not acceptable as I had already paid for and received confirmation from them regarding my completed order. I advised they needed to honor the price they listed on their website and that I did not want a refund, I wanted the order that they had already accepted my money for. I had several exchanges with a customer service representative who refused to honor the price I had already paid for the order and would not deliver my items. I asked to speak to a manager and was told no manager would not call me. I then asked for the owner of the company to honor my order if the customer service person didn't have the authority to and received no response back at all. They held my money for a total of 13 days; they are dishonest and do not stand by their advertised prices. Since I received no communicating back from customer service, I commented about the situation on their social media page to which I was immediately blocked.

I placed an order with flavorgod.com on July 30th. I never received a confirmation email that my purchase went through. But I noticed that they already got money when I checked my bank statement. So I waited until August 9th to send an email and ask about the status of my order since I noticed my bank statement and no verification. No reply. So I went to check their social media to see if anyone else was complaining about the same thing. I did see a few comments so I left a comment stating the above situation. I wasn't bitter or rude about it. I went to check later in the day to see if there is any response but they blocked me.

Ordered product online. Tried a small amount of product. Was not satisfied. Contacted company. They kept saying they stand by thier product 100%. But offered no solution to my issue because I had already opened the product.
