I submitted an order January 15th. My debit card was charged for the order but it has never shipped. It said it would ship within 1-2 days. I have emailed and messaged them on Facebook and have received no response. I

I placed my oder over 10 days ago. My card was charged immediately and I still have no confirmation or shipping information. I called multiple times only to be directly sent to a voicemail box that's full. I've emailed 3 times, emailed on ***, ***, found their Amazon profile and even emailed them through ***, then publicly shamed them on all social media platforms. I finally just filed the charges as fraudulent on my credit card and let *** bully them. Also, flavor god's "business address" is an apartment.

I Placed an order on 1/15/20 and my credit card had been charged, shipping said 1-3 days. It's now been 6 days. I logged on to my account and it still says order awaiting shipment. I have attempted to contact Flavor God twice to inquire when my order will be ship, to NO RESPONSE. I just want my product, Please help!

I ordered through flavor god on the 20th of November 2019 and I am yet to recieve my order. Like the MANY other unhappy customers I have recieved poor communication through customer service. I just today had a tracking update telling me my order is still in the US. this has been 60 days since placing the order and I am yet to see it. This is a joke of a company that offered before Christmas delivery, I ordered 40 days before christmas and still could not ship until December 13. Waste of time and money

Ordered my products and was told it be shipped in3-5 business days. check my order no tracking no email communication nothing has arrived.

emailed the business and no return response. I just want to cancel my order but there is no cancel on their website.

Sadly, my complainants are similar to everyone else’s. When I ordered expedited shipping was my only option (1-3 day shipping) and I’ve yet to receive my order (that was a week ago). I have sent several emails, reached out via social media and even made a comment asking for service. The comment was deleted and nobody has responded to my messages. I’m filing a complaint with the Revdex.com and my credit card company.

I placed an order on 1/8/2020. Claims to ship 24-72 hours after order. Received an order confirmation email. It is 1/13/2020 and I dont have my products or tracking information. I have reached out a couple times with zero response from Falvor God. I am starting to think this place is a scam. I want what I ordered or my money back.

I placed an order on 11/29/2019. It is now 1/6/2019 and I have yet to receive even an email stating that my items have shipped. The company has replies to 2 of my 3 emails regarding me wanting to just get a refund as most of the order was to be a Christmas gift. The blatantly ignore the fact I want to cancel the order and keep telling me they will ship it out eventually. As of now I cannot get a response from the company and I am out close to 100$

Ordered early December, 2019 for Christmas gifts and still haven’t received product. I tried contacting several times with no response. Ironically Flavor God keeps sending specials via email and I constantly see him on Instagram advertising. I will take this up with my CC company for a refund and will never order from them again. Too bad, it is a good product but terrible follow through.

Ordered seasonings from flavor god on December 21, as of January 3 the order has still not shipped and the money was removed the day I ordered the seasonings. I have reached out to the company three different times with no response.

The worst customer support ever. It is actually non-existent because I have emailed them 3 times, tried contacting them through social media, and am still waiting for a response. Paid $10 for priority shipping and still haven't received my product after 2 weeks. It still says "awaiting shipment" when I checked the status of my order.

Placed an order on dec 26th , never got an order number.... it's been over a week and I still don't have any updates whether my order shipped or not. Have reached out to them via email & even submitted a form & *** message. No on has replied to me at all. There is no other way to contact them. Pathetic company. great products but service is terrible. Million dollar business but can't have a better service team.

I ORDERED 91$ WORTH OF SEASONINGS. I PAID FOR 1-3 DAY SHIPPING. I RECEIVED A EMAIL SAYING THEY CONFIRMED MY ORDER BUT GAVE ME NO ORDER NUMBER. THE EMAIL SAID THEY WILL SEND OUT AND EMAIL WHEN SHIPPED. I NEVER GOT THAT EMAIL. I SNET 6 EMAILS TO THE COMPANY AND OWNER OF THE COMPANY AND DID NOT GET ONE RESPONSE BACK. I WENT ON THE *** PAGE OF THE BUSINESS AND MESSAGED THEM DIRECTLY, STILL NO ANSWER, EVEN THO THEY WERE POSTING PICTURES TO BUY THEIR PRODUCTS EVERY HOUR. I MESSAGED THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY DIRECTLY ON ***. I THEN STARTED TO READ ALL THE COMMENTS ON HIS PERSONAL PAGE AND I SAW ALOT OF PEOPLE COMPLAING ABOUT THE SAME ISSUE, YET STILL HE JUST DELETED ALL COMMENTS AND POSTS WITH NEGATIVE COMMENTS ON THEM. HE CHARGED MY ACCOUNT MONEY AND NEVER SENT ME MY PRODUCT. THIS WAS A GIFT FOR CHRISTMAS. 2 WEEKS AFTER ISNT GONNA CUT IT AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK. I'VE SAID THAT IN MANY EMAILS. FINALLY THEY RESPOND TO SAY THEY ARE GOING TO SHIP IT OUT. I IN NO WAY SHAPE OR FORM WOULD EVER WANT OR USE THEIR PRODUCTS EVER. ITS A SCAM OF A COMPANY AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK. BEING BLOCKED FROM HIS PAGE WHEN I WAS JUST ASKING FOR MY MONEY BACK SHOWS ME THE CEO IS A COMPLETE SCAM ARTIST.

Website claims that orders ship in “1 to 2 days” we are at a week, still no info of shipping. I tried to chat with customer service and they asked me for order number, email I got after purchase gives no order number so customer service told me I had to email, I have done that 3 times and still have heard nothing back. And no phone number at all, just very unprofessional and obviously a scam.

I ordered spices from flavor God on 12/3. As ofn12/21 I had not received them so I reached out to them via email.... no response . I reached out again via website " contact us" on 12/24 ..... no response. I reached out through their instagram page on 12/27 ..... no response. I am freaking annoyed and disgusted by their lack of communication and failing to ship product. They are a TOTAL SCAM. I have sent another email today demanding a refund and order cancelled....they probably wont be a response either. I will file a complaint with my credit card too. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM.

I ordered December 13, 2019. I have emailed three times and Facebook messaged once. I have not received any response. My order still says awaiting shipment. At this point I’m pretty disturbed by their lack of customer service and am wavering between still receiving or getting a refund of my order. These were supposed to be a birthday present for my deployed husband

My order was placed on December 11th with the intentions of receiving the items by Christmas. After a full week with no shipping notification I sent and email inquiry asking if my order will arrive on time. After waiting 72 hours for a response to my inquiry as stated in the companies FAQs I sent a second email. I then sent both *** and *** messages. To date none of my inquiries have been responded to despite the constant activity on the companies *** page. To add the that point, my comments were blatantly ignored while other comments were responded to by the company. My complaint is less about the late shipping of my order and more about the poor customer service and disregard for customer inquiries. I sent a total of 5 correspondence to the company and none of them were answered. They furthered the issue by responding to other social media comments while ignoring my comments regarding my order. Very poor business practices.

I placed two orders with flavor god the first order on 12/12 and the second on 12/13. My small order placed on the 13th arrived on the 23rd of December but my bigger order placed on 12/12 has still yet to ship. I’ve emailed and messaged them on *** and have given them days to answer and I haven’t heard anything back from them about when my order will ship. It’s been 2 weeks today and still the order is saying awaiting shipment I don’t mind waiting but they could at least give me a response on when it will ship.

On 12/16 I placed on order on the Flavorgod website. I have sent three emails, tried to contact the merchant through their social media platforms (*** and ***) and there has been no response. On their website it states orders ship within 1 to 2 business days. My order status has been "awaiting shipment" for 11 days. My credit card has been charged therefore I should have received my order by now or at least a customer service response providing a status update.

I’ve never had a more terrible experience than with Flavor God. I placed an order weeks ago and they have not shipped. When I try to contact them, they do not respond. There is no phone number, only an email. I understand if shipments are delayed this time of year, but they should at least be responsive and provide me with updates or at least respond to my inquiries. At this point I don’t know if my orders will ever ship. Buyer beware!
