I ordered 2 spices on 09/24/18. Two weeks later they never came, and I was told they were “lost in the mail.” They said they would resend them. Never received them 2 weeks after that. Decided to cancel my order for a refund. I still have not received my refund and it is now 11/16/18.

I spent a fairly large amount of money for an order of their specialty spices. This order was put in on October 6, 2018. Shipping was to take 1 week per my selected option. It is now November 14, 2018 (today) with no change in shipping status. I have reached out to their customer service team multiple times and they assure me that it will ship in a couple days. They keep repeating their-selves and nothing is being done about the issue. I have asked to speak to a manager and they ignore my emails and say that it will ship soon. I have waited too long for these items and they are not working to resolve the issue or reach out to me. At this point I am convinced I will never receive these items and they took my money.

I purchased multiple seasonings from Flavor God in the amount of $225.78 on 8/6/2018. There was a delay in my package as one of the spices were Out of stock . when the seasonings arrived, I kept one and returned a total of 21 spices. I was not able to use them for my event as they were extremely late with the arrival which was a disappointment. I followed the correct procedures that Flavor God requested for refund processses. On 9/14/2018 , I recieved a refund of $10.07 for one of the spices . I emailed Flavor God on the remaining balance and they said they would have to get in contact with their Finance Department . I have sent them multiple emails on this matter with no further action on my refund .The amount that is owed to me is $215.71 .

I made an order to Flavor God on 10/5/18 and when I checked the status of my order on 10/15/18 it was still "awaiting shipment" so I emailed customer support asking why it had been taking so long since on the website they claim that orders are shipped out within 7-8 days. They emailed me back saying it would be shipped out by the end of the week. It wasn't so I emailed them again. They have repeatedly given me the run around telling me my order will be out within a few days. It is now 11/10/18, over a month later, and my order has yet to be shipped. I've emailed them multiple times and every week they tell me it will be out by the end of the week. They stopped replying to my emails on 11/1/18 and have neither given me a refund nor shipped my order. I work hard for my money and I expect to receive a product in a timely manner when I order something especially when their website says orders are shipped out within 7-8 days. They're customer service about the issue has been the absolute worst that I have ever received and I've never been treated so poorly by a company especially one that has already taken my money and almost seems to REFUSE to give me my product that has already been paid for. To me this is nothing short of theft and since they have taken my money without giving me my purchase this should be seen as nothing less than such.

It should not take 7 weeks to move to a different warehouse and ship my order. You have told me 4 weeks in a row that my order will be shipped by the end of said week. You have not kept to your word and have practiced horrific business techniques. I want my order immediately as well as the “everything” spices I was promised for the delay. Stop trying to disregard my complaint and own up to your mistakes and get me my product. I will continue to give bad reviews and file as many complaints as well as share how bad your business is over all social media platforms until you make this right.

Very disappointed with their shipping challenges. I placed an order during the first week of October 2018 and it is now November 7th 2018 and my order still says “Awaiting Shipment”. I emailed to complain and their only way of making right was to add an extra seasoning to the already existing order. They said that they were changing warehouse locations or something to help make shipping better and to be honest, I don’t care as a consumer. I have waited over a month now for some seasoning...a month and a few days. No excuse, absolutely no excuse. The owner sent an email out the second week apologizing and then everything went quiet. I love the product and brand but this...not good at all. I hope my product arrives before Thanksgiving 2018!

I ordered and paid a month ago, I contacted them 2 weeks after my order and they told me it had already shipped but yet they wanted to add a free seasoning to my order to make up for the late shipment, how is that possible if its already shipped? I didnt want an extra seasoning, I asked for the shipping charge be refunded considering it is over $10, they refused to do that. I checked today, which is 2 weeks after their customer service told me for 2 days in a row that it had already shipped, todays status (a month after order) shows that it is still waiting to be shipped, so now theyre also lying to customers.

I ordered this product in September, it is now November. They promise shipping within a few weeks. They claim they are changing facilities and that is why there is a delay. Shouldn’t they have mentioned this when I ordered? I’d like my money back but they are impossible to get in contact with!

Multiple times I have ordered product from this company it takes over a month to recieve my order. His website clearly states that all orders ship within 5 days, so he is violating his own policy. When trying to contact the customer service most times there is no response, and when there is they just state things are on back order. Yet he continues to advertise and offer sales to get new orders. He is also constantly posting on his Instagram channel showing the lavish lifestyle his customers are affording him yet refuses to fix his shipping problems, tone down advertising, or even offer an explanation. My most recent order was made three weeks ago and still show "awaiting shipment" on the website. I've asked for a refund, as the only way to do so is through the customer service email, and I have yet to recieve a response. This sentiment has been shared by many of his customers via the comments section on his Facebook and Instagram.

I placed almost a 200 dollar order with this company on October 3. It has been approximately one month now and my delivery status still says “Awaiting Shipment”. I have written 3 different emails to this company directly asking for either a response or a refund and nothing has been communicated back to me. Please help either get my order or get my money back. The order has already charged my account and now I am left with no product to show for it.

was charged for this order on 9/29/18, but the order has never shipped. I have emailed the company multiple times and the response is always the same. "You will receive tracking info next week" I been told "next week" the past 3 weeks and recieved NO response from my last email. I do not believe they have any intention of shipping this and would just like my money back.

I ordered $120.00 worth of spices on or about September 9, 2018. I cancelled the order on September 28, 2018 due to the company’s failure to deliver the product. I have emails dated Sept 28 and October 3 confirming cancellation and that a refund would be issued. It is October 30 and I am still waiting for a refund. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company as well.

I originally placed my order 07/29/2018 and have yet to receive my order or updated tracking information. I have followed up with the company directly a number of times. Finally on 09/12/2018 Kate, replied saying they would process the refund and I should receive it in 7-10 business days. I have yet to receive the refunds. Since that date I have followed up with them over 5 times and each query I send is now ignored.

States handling time on their website is 2-3 days. I have placed my order on October 1st, now 15 days later and still not shipped. I have reached out to their support email three times, no acknowledgment of their failure to follow their stated handling time and no indication of when this will ship. Absolutely abysmal customer service, in fact non-existent. This is basically a scam

First let me say that Flavor God seasonings are absolutely amazing and the best out there. I have made multiple orders from this company and well worth it. My most recent purchase was terrible and I was disappointed. However, after reaching out via social media to Flavor God. Not only did I receive customer support but Flavor God received a life long customer. Great customer service if you give them a chance. I will recommend this product to any and everyone. It’s outstanding and I am very pleased

Of communication and I’ve seen on their social media accounts, others making the same complaint. They simply delete the bad comments and nobody is aware they are not delivering their product or refunding the money.

3-8 day free shipping for orders over $50. 3-8 days. My order is now on day 13 and according to tracking is heading to PA when it was right over in IL. I want a refund. The last spices I ordered were just so-so and I was giving them a chance to be better. Well that’s a big FAIL. Never again FG.

I placed an order of 10 items on 5/28, where their website said they had increased demand and "it can take up to 1-2 weeks" for shipment (screenshot available). It has now been 3 weeks and they will not give a specific time frame when my order will be shipped. I asked them via email on 6/13 and they said "Although I do see that your order has just past our 1-2 weeks processing time we are still waiting for your fresh order to be completed" but will not give a time frame how much longer it will be. I reached out via *** that they haven't answered my last email and they looped me back to use their Contact page. I sent them a message via *** that they never responded.

I have been purchasing Flavor God spices for over 2 years and yes the delivery time is longer than usual but one has to remember that these are made fresh. I have never had a bad flavor yet and my family and I Love them and will continue to order. If you are willing to wait for something that is delightfully delicious I suggest you go for it.. you won’t be disappointed

My credit card was charged and the products purchased were never delivered.

Horrible customer service, My package was shipped from 6 hours from me, it is now 8 days later, no package and all the do is give generic responses and refuse to call DHL or do anything. I will never buy from them again.
