I recently placed a large order online to Flavor God. I did not recieve a conformation email containing a recipet or conformation number, however I did get a charge on my acount for $85.33 two times. I sent an email to the reguarding my concern. "Steven" said my email was not on file and I must provide a conformation number to recieve a refund, he also said its a temporary hold not a charge. I have email them back several times and have not recieved any response for further instructions or resolutions. They do not have a phone number online and I cant not get a hold of any customer service reps.

Please allow 3-5 Business Days if a debit card was used. If a credit card was used, the refunds may not reflect until the current billing cycle is closed.

I had an auto-ship option activated on my account for a group of seasonings. I moved on 9/20/18 to a new address. Shortly afterwards I received a notification that an order who be shipping out soon, so I contacted the company on 9/23/18 to make a few changes and to change the shipping address. Kim from Flavor God responded on 9/24/18 asking for me to write back with the changes that I would like to make. When Flavor God was contacting me, I was out of the country on vacation. When I came back home, I had forgotten about the order with Flavor God.

On 2/5/19, Kim from Flavor God resent the same e-mail from 9/24/18, asking me which changes I would like to make. On 2/10/19, I responded to Kim asking about how many seasonings I have purchased and whether I was charged for the previous order in September 2018. Kim responded on 2/11/19 and I responded to her on 2/15/19 with my order. On 2/19/19 at 0716, Kim responded with the confirmation that the order would be shipped shortly. I responded to her e-mail on 2/19/19 at 1704 after realizing that the entire reason I cancelled the order in the first place was because I had moved. Kim did not ask me to confirm the address even though this order was placed almost five months ago.

Kim responded on 2/20/19, stating that once an order is shipped there is nothing they can do. The package was received at the old address on 2/22/19. This building is locked, so I cannot contact the new tenant. I responded to Kim on 2/20/19, explaining politely that my address was never asked before the order was shipped and that I really love their company, but will not use it or recommend it if this issue isn't resolved. I received no response.

I contacted the general support e-mail address with my issue on 2/24/19. Kim responded to that e-mail on 2/15/19 stating that the package was delivered to Long Beach, CA (previous address that is gated and locked) with the tracking information.

*** (shipping company) will not assist.

I am filing a complaint about your company to the Revdex.com and any other entity that is appropriate.

I entered an order in the middle of November 2018. It was to be delivered in 5-7 business days. When it did not arrive after two weeks, we learned it could be two or more weeks delayed, the order was cancelled.

We cancelled the order before Christmas in December 2018 . You shipped product in January 2019 any way. There was only a product list in the box – no invoice. I requested a UPS return label via your *** email – you refused to send one and have rebilled my *** – Shame on you!

You will not be getting “rave” reviews anytime soon.

Very disappointed with the entire experience!

I made an online order on September 29, 2018. I contacted the company multiple times to check on status of order, which I have never received. Mid December 2018 I sent them an email cancelling my order and requesting a refund, which they replied they would do, but they haven't Then the end if January they asked if I had a paypal to refund my money to because they couldn't refund the credit card , I gave them my paypal info the same day and now still no refund and no replies. Do I have any recourse? It was over $80.00 of my hard earned money. Thank you for your help

I ordered the Chef Spice Rack on Thursday January 3, 2019. Shortly after, I received an email from their team stating the following:
“Thank you for your continued patience with your order and we apologize for any inconvenience that has been caused during this time. Your order is currently awaiting shipment and will be shipped out within the next 24-72 Business Hours. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please let us know if there is anything else we can further assist you with.”
I then received an email from their team on January 19, 2019 saying my order FINALLY shipped, with tracking information. It’s incredibly agitating for a company to tell me they will ship my order 1-3 days after being purchased, only for them not to ship it for over 2 weeks.
It is now January 29, 2019 and I STILL have yet to receive my order. It has been almost a whole month. This is beyond unacceptable and I am incredibly frustrated to have spent the amount of money I did for their mediocre product to still have not receive it. I emailed them requesting a refund but who knows if that will even happen. Bunch of thieves.

I placed an order with the company and I never received my product. I thought my order never went through so I place another order. When I checked my bank account I was charged for both orders. I then contacted them and the owner of the company, Steve, emailed me and apologized and gave me the option of waiting just a bit longer or a refund. I asked for a refund of one order and said I would wait for the other order. He gave me the refund. I waited weeks more before I followed up regarding the other order. No response. I emailed 2 times, no response.

As I stated in my complaint to you, I made 2 orders, and only 1 was refunded. Please see attached screen shots of my emails communications with Steve from Flavor God.

This company has been accepting orders from people since September (myself included) that they have yet to fulfill. I placed a large order and was charged immediately. Still in late January have not received anything. Hundreds of others complaining on their social media have their comments deleted immediately. The company will not respond to any email or inquiry. They're outright robbing people as they continue to advertise a product daily they have no intention of shipping.

I was excited about hearing of their products for my weight loss journey and they have failed to deliver my product. I have emailed them several times over the past few months and just say oh we're sorry we are working as hard as we can to fulfill your order, should have it shipped out soon. I ordered it on November 6th and still no product and the same replies to the email. Hoping to finally have this canceled and refunded but I can see from all the other complaints that nobody has received their product or refund either. Do not buy their products!!!!

Ordered in November, received my package late January ONLY after I threatened to contact Revdex.com to file a complaint. I sent several emails to their staff and the only one that received a response was the the final one where I mentioned the complaint to Revdex.com. When I finally did receive the package, it looked as if someone just tossed a bunch of spice containers in a box, slapped a label on it and called it good. Many of them have different amounts of spices in them and ALL of their labels were half peeled off. I tried on several occasions before it shipped to get a refund and they ignored the emails. When they finally had responded at the threat to contact Revdex.com, they said it was too late (which obviously was their fault since they waited so long to answer) and refused to cancel the order and refund. Do NOT order from this company, it's a complete scam and not worth the headache OR your money.

Ordered a set of spices in late November. Never got a shipping notice so sent an email asking for refund because I had to find another Christmas present. No response. Made a claim with PayPal them all of a sudden they sent PayPal a tracking number so *** couldn’t refund the transaction. Finally received the spices today but can’t get ahold of the company for a return. I don’t trust I’d ever get my money back even if I did return it. HORRIBLE company. This business is a scam. Don’t order from them.

Allows you to place orders but the company is unable to fulfill the request. They took my payment but didn't send merchandise that was ordered October 2017. Have sent several emails to no avail. Do not buy from this company!

I placed an order on December 11th 2018. I still have no received my order and when I have contacted the seller (SEVERAL times) I receive either no response or a generic automated message saying my order is being processed. When I have asked for a refund I was sent an email stating they could not do that. I have received a total of 3 emails in response to the dozen I have sent. I was sent an email stating it would be shipped in 2-3 business days and that was almost two weeks ago. All I want is my money back but I can’t even call the business or get a proper response back.

Your website indicated a1-2 week shipping delay. I placed my order on December 12th, an entire month before any emails were sent about my order being shipped out. During that time I sent several emails requesting my money back and expressing my frustration and dissatisfaction with the excessively long processing time to which I never received replies. I STILL want a refund like I asked several times for before my order was ever shipped. Yes I received the items I no longer wished to have today. All I want is my money back.

My review/experience is the same as others. I placed an order over a month ago and have yet to receive my items. I have e-mailed them multiple times with delayed responses promising my order is being shipped or will ship within 72 hours. But nothing! Their website doesn't have a business number to contact. I have filed a dispute with my credit card and hope to get my refund back.

Ordered gift card & then ordered spice set with their gift card for xmas gift to family - they did not apply gift card - charged me again plus shipping - no spices 1 month later - they do not respond to web site inquiries - response after 1 month after my daughter posted on social media was to send us fake *** shipping info! Started order Dec 3rd! I hace advised *** to dispute charges - that is double billing, charging before product is shipped, still advertising on line for “sales & deals” when they tell customers they are out of stock... I have found many similar complaints on social media. I have noted that they delete any any negative & order questions from their site very quickly - they don’t answer order inquiries at all!

Thank you for reaching out to us. Your gift cards numbers are electronically sent to the email address that was used when placing the order. They are not physical gift cards that are shipped. The gift card number gets applied on the website when checking out, and that is when the amount of the gift card is subtracted. We have resent you that email. Your tracking link has updates populated on January 7, 2019 and January 8, 2019 and will have updates populate each step of the way when available.

The electronic gift cards applied during the order process were NOT applied & was charged an additional $54.83 verified by ***! You have sent fake tracking numbers for the past 5 days & the fake order has nit left Comton, CA! I want a full refund - I have no desire to use your conpany or prodduct! I have sent another gift to my relatives who were supposed to receive your spices. I want full restitution of the $104.83 you took from me at the beginning of December.

Revdex.com Complaint ***I entered two $25 Flavor God gifts cards to be applied to & charge my *** only the amount over $50... Also, this was ordered beginning of December for xmas gift. I had to send recipient another gift! I have now spent $150 and tons of aggravation on this order! I want full credit/refund $104.83 to my ***. Also submitting info to California authorities as suggested by Revdex.com since you are NOT resolving the MANY complaints listed there! I placed an order with flavorgod 6 weeks ago and still do not have it. I have sent them 3 separate emails stating that I want to cancel my order and receive a full refund. They are lying to customers saying that now it has been shipped but the tracking number they have given is still not available.
I do not want their product, I want my money back!!

After making this complaint, I received a tracking number for the shipment. Because of the 6 week delivery time that should have been here well before Christmas, I DO NOT want their product. I want a full refund! I dont see how this place stays in business.

The Flavor God company has failed to deliver my product as promised and has failed to respond to my email inquiries. I placed an order to the Flavor God website in the amount of $43.26 on November 17, 2018. The website says that orders may take 1-2 weeks before they are shipped out. Today is December 31, 2018, so it has been more than 6 weeks since I placed my order. My order online still says “Awaiting Shipment.” I have not received a shipment confirmation email, nor have I received my order in the mail. I have emailed the Flavor God support/contact email 3 times, with no response. The Flavor God website says “Please allow 24 - 72 hours for a response from our Flavorgod Support Staff when sending in an email inquiry.” I sent my first email on December 21, 2018 which was 9 days ago. I have not received a response for any of my emails. There is no phone number listed on their website. At this point, I am no longer interested in receiving these products and want a full refund. This company has demonstrated to me that they do not place a high priority on customer service and will not make the effort to deliver on their promises.

I ordered their products on December 4th, 2018 for Christmas gift.

Dec. 8th: I got my ups tracking number.

Dec. 11th: The tracking number still said only "Label Created", not shipped yet. I emailed and asked them about the shipping schedule and told them that I'd like to cancel the order if the items won't be delivered before Xmas. No response from them at all.

Dec. 17th: I emailed again and told them that I'd like to cancel the order since they never responded my email. Still yet no response from them at all.

Dec. 26th: They emailed me and said my order had been shipped. However, no response about my previous emails or request.

Dec. 28th: As I'm writing this, my tracking number still says "Label Created", not shipped yet.

Now, it's too late for Christmas gift and I don't want the items.

The way they're handling the online business like this, not responding customers emails at all and just ship orders whenever they want is totally not acceptable.

You're not responding to what I'm complaining about. You never responded to my emails. ***On December 17th, 2018, I emailed you and clearly mentioned that I'd like to cancel my order since it's for Christmas gift but was not going to be delivered before Christmas.According to the tracking number, you shipped my order on January 3rd, 2019. You had enough time to cancel my order but ignored my multiple emails and just shipped way too late. I don't want to pay for the items that I don't need or want. I want my money back.

I purchased my products on 11/20/2018 and still have not received them. The customer service rep "Steven" claimed that my order would be shipped in 2-5 business days on two separate occasions, he even added in a free spice for the delay. The order still hadn't changed. The initial claim was that all products were to be moved from their old warehouse into a new one. I majored Business in college, but it doesn't take a genius to get that temporary employees would help a better transition into a new facility. Hire some so your products can arrive to your client base on time.

Normally, they are great with shipping, but this time around it was a nightmare. Do not purchase their products from the website. I suggest anyone purchase them from third party sites or stores. I requested a refund, but I do not think it will ever return to my account. It feels like a scam at this point, horrible customer service. It's shame to say that they have lost a willing loyal customer to a simple fix.

I placed an order through the Flavor God's website in the first week of September and have not received my order as of 12/27/2018. I have repeatedly followed up with the company each month via email to get an update on my order and received the same response that my order will be delivered in 5-10 business days. In my third email, I requested that my order be fully refunded as I have not received the purchased products after 3 months! They fully ignored my request for a refund and responded with the same answer that my order will be delivered in 5-10 business days.

It is completely and utterly irresponsible to keep stringing customers along.

I placed an order back on 10/13/18 (***) and I have not received the order or the refund I requested. The last time I contacted them was on 12/5/18 and was told the order was cancelled and a refund request was put in and I should be receiving it soon. It's now 22 days later and I have yet to receive the refund. I didn't even get a response back after several tries (over a month) until I threatened to contact the AG in CA. They have zero intention of giving my money back. Several people have complained on their Facebook and Instagram page only to have them delete the complaints. How hard is it to give me back my $75? Just refund my money and stop scamming me. I was a loyal customer for a long time. I've made several attempts to get a resolution and have gotten the runaround. This business is a scam.
