I placed my order on 2/11. I followed up on 2/24 and received the following canned response : "Thank you for reaching out to us and we apologize for not getting back to you sooner.

We are experiencing higher than normal processing times for orders to be shipped at this moment. We love the passion, energy, excitement and demand for our product from our loyal customers. That said, we refuse to cut corners just to pump out inventory. Our fresh seasonings are what got us here in the first place!

If you have placed an order and it still hasn't shipped, its because one or more of your SKU's is on backorder. Our current processing time is approximately 10-14 days from when your order was placed. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. We will also send an email with any new updates we can provide on your order.

If there is anything else we can further assist you with, please respond to this email with your inquiry and one of our team members will be able to assist you.

Thank you and we appreciate your patience and support!"

On 2/28 I requested a refund as my order is still showing "awaiting shipment". This company is a SCAM.

I placed an order with Flavor God Seasonings on 2/6/2020, in my order confirmation email it stated a standard of 2-3 days to ship and 3-4 for delivery. It is now 3/2/2020 and have yet to see my order ship or get an actual response from the company as to when my order will ship. Both times I did attempt to reach customer service, I received 2 form letter responses as to how busy they are and that average ship time is actually 10-14 days but here we are at 17 days and my order has not shipped yet.

I do not accept this companies response to my complaint...it is a standard form letter and I believe they do not care nor do they take these complaints about delivery times seriously. The resolution only began when I finally received my order a month after I placed it. I think this company can do better by advertising the true processing times. When an order is placed it says 1-3 days to process, never have I had an order ship in that amount of time. This order was the worst, a whole month for me to receive it (Ordered 2/6/2020 Received 3/6/2020)! Previous orders took 2 weeks or so to ship...much more acceptable, still outside their advertised processing times but at least that is a reasonable time frame.

I have placed my order weeks ago and payment was promptly given and since then, I have not received my order nor have I received a refund.

I placed an order with Flavor God on 1/31/2020. They immediately took my money but by 2/20/2020, when I still had not received the items I ordered, I requested a refund. On 2/20/2020, I received a response that a refund was being processed and I would receive it within 3-5 business days. I have not received a refund to date (3/2/20).

I placed an order on the 29th of January and got the confirmation email saying the product would ship within 3 days, after a week went by and I heard nothing I reached out asking what was up, after a few days I got an automated response saying there was a delay but it was now ready to be shipped. Another week went by and I reached out again saying if I didnt hear something soon I'd be requesting a refund and then I heard nothing. It's now march 2nd and I'm still waiting on a response, a lot of reviews I just looked up are saying they're having the same issue and are being blocked on social media when complaining there in order to cover up the businesses garbage practices. I'm not necessarily saying it's a scam but it's atleast highly disingenuous.

I ordered $100 worth of spices from them on Feb 2, 2020 and they still have not even shipped my items as of 3/1/20. They won’t answer any emails, *** messages and blocked me from commenting on their page. When purchasing, they said shipping was 5-7 days from purchase and that is obviously a lie. This is a shady company and I have asked for my money back to no avail.

I placed my order January 22nd. I received a message saying it would ship in 5 to 7 business days. After this time I messaged the support email address got a message back that it would be 10-13 days from confirmation email. I spent 90$ and still on March 1st have not received my order it has been 5 weeks...

I placed a order with FlavorGod.com on Feb 15th and have not received my product after the website stated it would take 3 to 4 days to receive my order. I have emailed them twice but my bored still have not came and is still say awaiting shipment. I can not talk to anyone due to them not having a phone number.

I started a subscription and it was suppose to be shipped out or at least processed by 2/5/2020. Everyday that I looked at the dates kept changing. So I decided to investigate and placed a regular order. And TADA !! MAGIC!! it was fulfilled and shipped, that was on 2/16/2020. When I look at the subscription on that same day my subscription was charged and said awaiting shipment. It is now 2/28/2020 and it still shows awaiting shipment!! So this tell me they put the orders with no discounts as a priority!! BEWARE!! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. I have did online chats numerous time and they are completely lazy and have horrible customer service all they kept saying was contact customer service.. Which I thought thats what I was doing.. I truly believe this is a small company based out of someone's kitchen. Which is not the problem my problem is that they are taking money and not delivering product. No emails, call, or texts nothing!! Oh and I have emailed them many time with no response. I forgot to say that. Oops.... But my biggest pet peeve is no communication!! It would be fine if there was backorder I would understand, if they at least communicated with their customers and keep us informed. I love their product but but not the creators of it... So sad !!!

Ordered alot of items from this company, only recieved automatic responses and was banned from facebook for showing pictues of my items in awaiting shipment after a month had gone by.

Company still has my money and is not responding to me or giving me my money back as requested.

Do not recommend doing buisness with, will just take your money then ignore you.

I placed an order with Flavor God on Fabruary 2nd, they said orders ship out in 10-14 days (not BUSINESS days) OR SOONER. After my order passed the 14 days I contacted them to see what the issue was, they sent me an email stating my flavords were on back order and would be there in 1-2 business days. Fast forward to 3 weeks later and the same email being sent to me repeatedly that said orders ship in 10-14 days (when mine had clearly gone 23 days) they issued a refund (that I'm still waiting for) and did nothing to resolve the issue such as still offering to send me products as an apology for poor customer service, inconsistent promises and advertising. When I brought that issue up on their social media because they stopped returning my emails, they chose to BLOCK me from their social media. Unbelievable and unprofessional.

Ordered over two weeks ago. Website says 8-10 business days it will ship. After not reviving it, attempted to locate a phone number for them, but they only have an email address. Sent an email and received a generic, computer generated message back advising that “if it hasn’t shipped, it’s because one of my items is on back order” and it could take longer to receive. I WANT MY MONEY BACK AT THIS POINT!!

I ordered 21 items totaling $150, on 2/2/2020 and have not gotten my order. I have sent three emails, multiple messages onInstagram and the owner deletes all messages that question him and why so many people haven’t gotten their orders and then blocks you so you can’t warn others of this scam. They continue to market and sell items that they cannot obviously supply. Even if some of my items are on back order why hasn’t the rest of my order been shipped? Why is there no communication?

I made an order on 02/06/20 with the total of $62.28, I got a confirmation email but that’s it. It’s now 02/27/20 and I haven’t even got a confirmation number or anything else indicating that it even got shipped. I’ve been emailing and messaging them through social media since they don’t even provide a number on their website. I feel like I just got robbed.

I ordered from this company and Never received my order even after several communications and a request for a refund. They kept saying to be patient and they needed to have tome to make the product.I want to make sure no one orders from here they are fraudulent. I told them they should not sell a product they do not have in stock with the assumption that they do have it.

Charged $91.09 for products and they have not shipped one month later.

I placed an order with Flavor God on January 30, 2020. I received an order confirmation e-mail stating that "it is currently taking 1 to 3 days to prepare orders and 1 to 3 days for shipping, totaling 5-7 business days for you to receive your seasonings." It was to have received another e-mail upon shipment of my spices. As of February 6, I still had not received confirmation of shipping, and e-mailed the customer service e-mail listed on the Flavor God website to ask for an update. I was told that the turnaround time had increased to 10-14 days, but "most orders are shipping out sooner." They once again reiterated that I would receive an e-mail upon shipment including my tracking number. On February 17, I still had not received notification of shipment, and e-mail again. I received the exact same automated e-mail that I received on February 6th. I immediately responded again asking for a refund on the same day. I requested it again on February 19th, and was informed that they had cancelled my order and submitted a refund request. They said that I would receive an "e-mail confirmation shortly" once the refund was processed and to allow 3-5 business days. As of February 20, there was no refund confirmation e-mail, so I inquired again. I was told that someone was going to follow up with the Finance Department personally to ensure that the refund was processed immediately. I have never received anymore communication from them. I reached out to the Flavor God Instagram account and was told that my order of seasonings had not even been made yet. I have continued to e-mail asking for an update on my refund status, and they will not respond. I filed a dispute through my bank on February 21, to which they have not responded. I have no products, they have admitted they haven't even been made, and they will not refund my money.

I had two separate orders. My first order was January 29th, And my second order was on February 7th. My first order is finally going to be getting to me after email and talking with someone on messenger. I had sent an email asking for my orders to both be canceled due to the delay in shipping. They completely have been ignoring my emails and I have reached out several times on social media. I looked at my account yesterday and they canceled my second order without sending an email. I want my refund. This company should not ignore the customer. I want to know what is going on!

I placed an order and order has never been shipped. When trying to contact company there is no response. I would like my money back as this company is listed as a scam

I ordered on January 31,2020. No where on the spices that I ordered, which was taco tuesday, honey bbq seasoning, cheese seasoning, and garlic lovers seasoning. When I ordered, NO WHERE did it say "low inventory", "back ordered" or "unavailable" when I ordered. I then emailed them on February 6, 2020 to see when my order will be shipping. Since they state in their email that it is about a 5-7 day turn around. I then got an email response back on February 7th stating "We know your mouth is watering just thinking about receiving your order. We started our journey of making these spices in my own kitchen and with the help of our small customer base we exploded on social media. We are greatly humble for this experience. With the New Year we turned another chapter in our journey with an increase in the number of orders but we refuse to cut corners because our fresh seasonings are what got us here in the first place. The current turnaround time for our freshly made seasonings is approximately 10-14 days, but most orders are shipping out sooner. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Thank you and we appreciate your support - we hope you think our flavors are worth the wait!" I then got an email on February 13th stating "Great news! The unavailable flavors included in your order are due to arrive into our warehouse within the next 1-2 Business Days in which all orders will begin to get shipped out in the order they were received! We will have teams working around the clock to get all orders out as fast as possible. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Thank you, Flavor God Team" I had then sent them ANOTHER email asking where my order is on February 21st. I got an email back today saying "Thank you for your recent purchase with Flavor God and we truly appreciate your patience during this time getting your order out. (additional text in "desired outcome".)
