Still haven’t received my order placed on Nov. 22nd. Won’t respond to emails. Horrible customer service. First Christmas gift I ordered and the only one I didn’t receive. Will never order from them again.

Same issues as other have reported. I love the spices, but my recent order was over a month ago, and it still shows as ‘awaiting shipment’. I can’t get anyone to response to my emails or attempts to contact. Super disappointed. Especially since my order was in part for a Holiday present.

Big scam to steal your money and not ship anything out. No response from social media or customer service. Do not buy from them at all.

Put in a order almost 2 months ago and still haven’t received any products. Was promised on 3 occasions I would have it but still nothing. Asked for a refund twice and was promised that would happen. That was 3 weeks ago and still nothing.

I ordered product from Flavor God on 10/8. As of 11/20 my product had not been shipped and customer service had no estimated shipping date. On that day I asked for my order to be cancelled and my money refunded. "Kim" with customer service canceled the order and said it would be 10-15 business days before my refund. Today is December 17th and still no refund! I just want my money back and they refuse to respond. I have never experienced such poor communication and customer service. Give me my money back. Order #***. I have documented all of the communication and will take this a step further if they dont refund from this complaint.

Their product is phenomenal, but I'm extremely disappointed with their delayed delivery. Ordered products over 8 weeks ago and still have yet to receive.

They deserve a 0 star but that is not an option so they get a 1 Star. This business has horrible customer service and have not delivered the products I ordered back on October 4th. It is now December 16th. When I placed my order they did not communicate that they were transitioning to a new facility. I have received 1 email in November telling me they were now transitioned and my products would be shipped soon. Still haven’t received anything. They don’t have a phone number that you can call and they don’t return emails. I wasted $54.00 on low salt spices that I hoped would help me in my health journey. Do not, I repeat do not buy anything from them!!!!!

I placed an order from the Flavor God website on October 5, 2018. The website states that shipping should take about 1-2 weeks (even if orders are back ordered). I received an update on October 17, 2018 stating that they were in the final stages of setting up their new fulfillment center and orders should start shipping out the following week. I emailed them on October 27, 2018 regarding the shipment of my order and they emailed back stating that there was a delay and orders should ship by the end of that week or the following week. I emailed once again on November 09, 2018 and they emailed back apologizing for the delay and saying my order will ship in 7-10 business days. I emailed them on November 25, 2018 and they sent an email the following day stating that they have fully transitioned to their new facility and orders have started to ship out. The latest email I sent to them regarding my shipment was on December 06, 2018 and they emailed me back they did not talk about shipping my order anytime soon, but did offer a free seasoning of my choice. I received another email on December 07, 2018 saying one of the seasonings in my order was not available and they would replace it with another one. After that, I have not received a follow up email and I have not received an email confirmation to notify me if my order has shipped. I have also emailed them regarding the issue of my current shipping address (I notified them I will be moving on December 14, 2018 and they did not email me back on what I should do - if I should update my address or if my order will ship to me in time). I have also emailed them to see if they can cancel my order and refund me if it does not ship and get delivered to me by the day I move, but they did not resolve that issue. To this day, I still have not received my seasoning order and it has been over two months.

I ordered spices on 10/4 and paid $42.44. It is now 12/10 and I have not recieved my order. I have contacted customer service on several occasions and have been told my order will be shipping “next week”. I have requested a refund and have not heard back.

I placed my order on Sept 29. I have inquired 4 times about my order. The company keeps telling me it will ship the following week (or early the next week after). I am fed up with waiting. I want a full refund.

I ordered spices from them on 10/2/18 for approximately $112 and they have yet to be delivered. They have cited warehouse issues and unforeseen delays. When asked for an explanation, the same “cookie-cutter” response is always sent which states the items will ship soon. Since ordering they’ve had multiple sales on *** enticing others to purchase their products and those individuals have stated they’ve received their products. What about the customers that have been waiting since as far back as September? Shouldn’t the back orders have been sent. Clearly this company has structural issues that are not being dealt with. I would like a refund for all items purchased.

Merchandise ordered in October 2018 has not been delivered despite multiple emails requesting for shipping tracking number to the company. They do not have a customer service phone number to call. They send out a standard email saying that they have fulfillment center issues and that the spices will be delivered within 3-5 days. It is now December and there is nothing. At this point, I've already lost my money. I hope that others who have the same experience file a complaint so that the company can no longer steal from unsuspected consumers

I ordered 83$ worth of spices on October 21st and was charged but still have not received my spices and keep getting bogus emails from them how it will take another week

I placed an order September 28,2018. I was told it would be a 1-2 week time frame until my items shipped. I received a notice stating they had to substitute one of my flavors without my permission and had given me a credit with their company for a future order. I have gotten 2 emails stating my order will be shipped and I will receive a tracking number, but I never do receive anything. It is now November 25th and I have yet to receive my order.

I placed an order on October 9th 2018 for Flavor God spices. On October 29th my order still was not received. I sent an e-mail to the company to find out what happened to my order and I received a response from Steven stating their was a shortage of ingredients and was advised that the order would ship by the end of the week (November 2). When I did not receive my products I followed up on November 11, 2018 and asked about receiving a full refund, I received a response the next day November 12, 2018 from Steve stating once again about the ingredient shortage and the back orders. The message also stated once again that the shipment would go out within 7-8 business days and will provide me with a tracking number. I responded to the November 12, 2018 e-mail received from Steve advising the refund process. As of today November 26, 2018 I have not received the products that I paid for or a response from Flavor God's.

I placed an order with company on October 16th. At the time the website stated a turnaround time of about 4 or so business days on shipping. After a couple of weeks with no update I went to the company’s Instagram and noticed comments regarding delayed shipping and was told the turnaround time was now up to 4 weeks. There was never a formal announcement on their website instead the website continued and still continues to advertise an ongoing sale -with no mention of increased waits! I sent an email and and was told they were having issues with their new fulfillment center and still had no update on shipping time. I asked for a refund if they could not even tell me a date . They never said anything about NOT having a fulfilling center or having issues with fulfilling orders yet they continually take peoples orders and money with no communication regarding such. There was never any communication with me regarding a delay due to this and I still have yet to receive the refund I have asked for now twice not any word on orders fulfilling. It’s been over thirty days and still nothing for two items. This is highly suspect that they are still taking orders and advertising sales with apparently no
Fulfillment center or not a working one anyway.

I ordered my product on 10/7/2018. It has been nearly two months and still no product has arrived. I’ve sent three emails and only the first one was responded to, telling me to give them 2-3 weeks. Again, nothing came and further emails have gone unanswered. They have taken the money for my purchase and never sent me a thing. My order has said awaiting shipment for a few weeks now. I am extremely annoyed and the company does not get back to you. I feel like this is a huge scam.

I ordered $125 worth of products from flavorgod over 5 weeks ago and nothing has been shipped. I keep getting the same answer of they will be done in a couple weeks. I havd asked for a refund and they said they will grant one but it takes 10 to 15 days just to start the refund. This company has gone to absolute crap, it used to be ran well and had great customer service. Now it seems to be more of a scam then anything. They still will not provide a breakdown for the refund and just say it will take time. Completely unprofessional business

Placed a large order on 10/8/18 (6 weeks ago), and another large order on 10/25/18. Reference order ***. Neither of these orders have shipped. Customer service ignores half of my emails about the status of the order, and when they do respond they keep telling me it's shipping that week, it never ships. They refuse to expedite the shipping, and they refuse to cancel the order.

Ordered it on Oct 12 2018 and paid for 3-5day shipping.After a week I emailed them, they said there were processing delays and it would get shipped by next week. After 1 more week, I emailed them asking for tracking info once more and they said it would get emailed the following week.Its been over a month and now they wont reply with tracking info or provide a refund.They easily took the money same day I ordered it, and continue to promote there products even when they are behind in processing, but are not shipping my product and are not responding to my claims for refund. Very shady that after a whole month is when they stop responding
