I placed an order on 2/9/2020 for spices that Flavor God sells. They promised the product to be delivered within 10 days. I have sent several emails to them asking for an update. They did not provide an order number on my order - just listed what my order was. I have seen many report now on FB about their customer service and the fact they some have never received their order. When I call the phone number on their site - you get a recording that no one is available. I’m not sure if this is a scam but I spent $53.41 which included FREE shipping. The gentleman that owns the company is Chris W.

We have been able to get a huge chunk of our orders out with crews working day and night everyday of the week. I placed an order on 2/2/20. I paid $11 for shipping which I think is very high and still have not relieved my order. I have reached out on *** and through email and even tried to call but the voicemail was full. I would just like to know if I will ever get my order or how to go about getting a refund. Please advise.

I placed an order with this company on Feb 5th 2020. I placed a large enough order to recieve expedited shipping. I was charged for my order. approx 3 days later I received an email stating that the order would take 10 - 14 days to be shipped and delivered. I have attempted to email their support dept and have not received any type of communication except random emails and promotions about sales.

I placed an order on January.7, 2020 for in stock items expecting them to take about 2 weeks to get to me in Canada. I received an email 10 days later on the 17th stating my items have been shipped. When checking the shipping info, the numbers never worked. I contacted them via the website when I got back from a trip on the 25th, no response. I contacted them via *** a week later and they said it looks like my order was received. When checking the shipping info, it says delivered to California. I live in Nova Scotia Canada. She said she'd look into it and get me new info. This was Feb.1 and when clicking on the new shipping info it says shipping on Feb.7 (an entire month after my original order) and ever since then it says the order is sitting in Vancourver since Feb.7. It is now Feb.24th. I emailed them again this weekend and I received a generic "we are so busy and your items may be backordered" email as an automation. I want my money back, I don't even care about the product at this point. They had no issue charging my card immediately but not delivering the product. I've reached out 5 times since the 17th of January with little to no response. Customer service level is ridiculous with no phone number to talk to a real person.

Charged my card, never sent the product. Sent multiple emails without any response.

Beware of this company. Ordered product in middle of January and on 22 Feb I still have not received it. Got 1 message returned telling me they were behind because of overwhelming volume and it would be a little delayed. Received a notice on 13 Feb that it would be 1-2 days and shipped. Now, 2 more emails to them have gone unanswered. Will be disputing on my credit card.

I placed an order on Feb 10th. After three attempts, I am still unable to get a response on my order. My card has been charged, and I would like a refund. Reviewing your site and Facebook, this company is doing this to many customers. Fraudulent activity to take money and not deliver items ordered.

When I placed my order online on February 2nd, it clearly stated that the order would be RECEIVED in 5-7 business days. I followed up on February 11th because I still hadn’t received a shipping notification. I received a generic response on the 13th that said orders would be shipping out early the next week. Well we are now at the end of the week, and I got another generic email that says 8-10 more business days!! This is insane. I have made multiple attempts to communicate with the company through email and their Facebook page, and no one addresses my refund request. This company should be shut down.

I placed an order on January 27th and sent payment. I was told
10-14 days for my product to be shipped. Never was shipped. I contacted the company on the 17th day and finally got a response after several emails again stating that it would take 10-14 days from the order to be shipped. Today is day 25 and still have not received my product. I’ve asked for a refund, for the product. Anything. The company will no longer respond to messages. Basically my money was stolen.

Company has dodged my request for a refund but was quick to respond when I asked why my items haven't been shipped in a week, stating "any day now". I've requested a refund as my items are still not shipped and it's been over a week and they have no formal refund route or policy posted. They span advertisements on social media and complain they cant fulfill the orders.

1/30/20 - order placed
2/6/20 - email to support to request update, received reply that orders were running 10-14 days to ship but most were shipping sooner.
2/13/20 - email to support to request update, received reply that the flavors that were unavailable were due to arrive in 1-2 business days and would ship in order they were received.
2/17/20 - email to support to request yet another update
2/18/20 - I received a *** message in response to my comment on your post... "shipping out any day now"
2/20/20 - received another email NOW telling me that products will be replenished within the next 7-8 business days and will ship in order they were received.

You can see from the timeline above as well as the dates stated would be available and the inconsistencies in the responses how frustrating this is. All while keeping in mind they already charged me for the products, $60 It has now been 20 days since I placed my order.

I placed 2 orders on 2 separate dates and I have not received any order or any helpful email back. My first order was placed 2/3/2020 and here we are going on 2/21/2020. I got a email on the 14th that it would ship in a day or 2 but here we are another week later and still nothing. Now seeing all these complaints on here I’m not sure it’s smart I’d continue to wait for my orders. Over 150 dollars and can’t get a decent or helpful answer

Placed 2 orders with Flavor god on 2/3. It is now 2/19 and we have not received either order - one shipped on Monday but the other says “awaiting shipment” still. I asked the company several times on social media where our order was as it says it would ship in 1-2 business days, but they kept lying and saying it would ship “soon” and “any day now” or “1-2 days”. They then blocked me on social media because I asked too many times where my order was that I had already paid for. Then my husband reached out to them and they told him that it was out of their hands that their manufacturer hadn’t shipped the supplies to make the spices yet. So they haven’t even made them yet, and they lied to me by saying they were “about to ship” over the past few weeks. My husband requested a refund for the one order that hasn’t shipped yet. They said they’re “working on it”. Haven’t heard anything since.

I have placed an order with Flavorgod on Jan 31st. It has been 19 days 3 email contacts, 2 twitter posts, 1 Instagram direct message in order to get a response. They sent an email 6 days ago saying that my order will arrive at their warehouse and shipping will start shortly. There has been no update to this and they refuse to provide any accurate information on my purchase. They collect funds upfront without shipment, there is no way to cancel orders with them like on any site in this modern era. Based on the evaluation of others this seems to continue to be an issue with this company. They need to be shut down and not allowed to hold their customers money hostage without way of canceling orders.

I placed an order with Flavorgod on 01/27/2020. I emailed them on 01/29/2020 and asked how long it will be when I receive my order. Kim emailed me back on 02/04/2020 and stated Thank you for reaching out to us!

We were waiting for one of the items in your order to be replenished; now that it is back in stock your order is being processed. After taking a look at your order you will be happy to hear that it is currently processing and awaiting shipment. When your tracking number becomes available, you will receive an email from us with that information. We apologize for the delay and appreciate your patience.

They never had told me anything about a back order in the first place. On 02/10/2020 I reached back out and asked about my shipment again and recieved the following from kim Thank you for your recent purchase with Flavor God and we truly appreciate your patience during this time getting your order out.

We were informed that all products will be replenished by the end of the day today and orders will begin to ship out in the order they were received. We will have crews working around the clock to make sure all of the pending orders are shipped out as soon as possible. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

I emailed again on 02/14/2020 to ask about my order again and recieved this from Kim Thank you for reaching out to us!

We sincerely apologize for the extensive delay with your order. Now they wont even return my emails to this day.

I ordered spices from this company roughly 4 weeks ago. I was told I’d have my order by Feb 10th. Then I was told a few days later, then told the same thing. I attempted to contact them again to get a refund to no availability. They have blocked hundreds of people from posting negative reviews from their *** page. They will no longer reply to me and charged me for items never received or shipped. After reading multiple reviews on Revdex.com, I now know I am not the only one who was scammed

I placed an order with Flavor God they will not send my product I ordered which I was originally supposed to have in 3-5 business days. It was then posted back to 14 days after 2/3 attempts to reach them then after 14 days I received an email saying they did not have what I ordered in stock. I then asked for a refund and was told that they would email me shortly after they processed my refund request and then the money would be back on my card in 3-5 business days. It’s been 3 days and they haven’t even processed my request for a refund let alone issue it. I just want my money back at this point and I don’t receive more than a generic response from the company when I reach out to them.

I placed on order on February 1st, 2020. Never received a conformation of shipping so I emailed them and they said they were running behind in production. It's now Feb 18, 2020 and still no product and no email saying it was shipped. But if you go on social media this company is advertising like crazy taking people's money and NOT shipping product that supposedly don't have! This is just a BIG SCAM! ANY company that DOESN'T have a PHONE NUMBER you should NEVER trust!

I ordered from your website on 02/02/2020 and my debit card was charged on 02/03/2020. The website stated delivery would take up to 7 business days. I contacted the company on day 8 as their website stated that my order is still “awaiting shipment”. No response has been issued by the company at this point (24+ hours later) and the shipping status has not changed. I feel this is a scam.
