Positive experience. The order came within a few weeks which id expect since these are made fresh and have a 24 month shelf life. The seasonings I ordered were amazing. Full of flavor! Will for sure order again.

I ordered one of Flavor God's basic spice kits back in November of 2017 thinking that it'd make a good Christmas gift. It is now January 8th of 2018 and I still have not received my order. I think what really irks me more than anything is the fact that that push their marketing so hard on Facebook and other social media sites, but they obviously can't keep up with their orders. I went to Flavor God's Facebook and Instagram pages to see if there was someone who could help me and was promptly banned from both pages within less than an hour. This is not how you treat customers and I will absolutely never order from this company again.

Placed an order in early September. Paid for order. Company didn’t attempt delivery until a little over a month later then it was mailed to incorrect address. Emailed more than 9 times correct address and had company confirm that they had correct address yet when sent tracking information.. address was listed without the street address which would again make it a failed delivery. THere is no number to contact anyone and I don’t understand how they could get an address incorrect that’s in black and white and has been emailed to them SEVERAL times unless it’s intentional which makes me list this as a customer service compaint. It’s going on 4 months I’ve been waiting for a paid order and I’m going into an entire new year. The company used DHL and could have easily rectified this situation by sending in *** overnight. This is ridiculous.

This company does not know the meaning of customer service. They do not have a phone number where customers can call to check the status of their order. I placed my order on 11/21/17 and it’s now 12/31/17 and I still have not received it and they already charged me for the products. I emailed several times regarding the status of my order but their response was delayed except for the last one where I cancelled my order and informed them that I would write a negative review in Revdex.com. They andswered promptly and cancelled my order. The products are really good but I DO NOT want to buy from a company with such poor customer service. I will not recommend to anyone to buy from them.

For the second time, I have made a large purchase to this company and they treated me like a number. Last time they failed to deliver an order I purchased 2 orders (two days in a row) because I decided to add to my order but they wouldn't allow me to make changes. Fair enough, I made a new order (even after I was told I was not going to be given the same discount as the first order, because it's for new customers only). 4 weeks go by, no delivery, no tracking number. I call and they have no record of my order, I give them the confirmation number. Still nothing. They simply say sorry, place the order again and wait for that order. I don't, I have to call paypal and do a stop payment. So paypal saves the day. Flavor God doesn't offer faster shipping, discount, nothing. Just pretty much let paypal deal with it or you deal with it. The end.
A year later ... I decide to get my husband stocking stuffers from Flavor God seeing as he's on a new "whole 30" body building kick. His Trainer is a close person to us after so many years and also my brother and my dad train with him. We got each one a couple of spices since their discount was good. AGAIN, WE RECEIVE ONE ORDER BUT NOT THE SECOND ORDER. One month goes by, 28 days, no tracking number, nothing. I ordered on black friday and waited until Christmas eve .... until I had to run to our local organic spice store and purchased new gifts....
We messaged paypal and opened a claim so the matter could me resolved. Paypal asked us to first speak to Flavor God to resolve before canceling, they did a pause on the order until we got word back.
The repose we received was, sorry, take it up with palpay. So we did, canceled the order and learned our lesson. I messaged again to tell them hoe disappointed we were to have this happen to use twice and on Christmas this time and informed them that we would be writing a review in the Revdex.com. And they didn't seem to care or offer any resolution. Pretty much ... go ahead , we'll deal with THEM once you do.
In a world of online orders and fast deliveries, this is a company that looks at the bottom line and not at their customer base. they care more about their instagram celebrities than their "word of mouth" customers.

I placed an order before Thanksgiving. FlavorGod charged my credit card immediately. I was originally told it’d ship in two weeks. Then it got pushed back to 21 business days. It takes them days to get back to the several emails I have sent. It’s now been a month since I placed my order. I received a shipping notification five days ago but the only update that’s been posted is “en route to dhl”. Dhl has not received the package and they certainly haven’t gotten it to usps so it can be delivered to my house. I emailed flavorgod after three days of no shipping updates and haven’t heard back. It’s now been five days with no shipping updates. I’d give FlavorGod zero stars if I could.

Ordered through FlavorGod, as well as FlavorGod on Amazon for a seasoning they were sold out of on their website. Received the Amazon order fast and was disappointed by the flavor—boring and overpriced, so I decided that the other seasonings I ordered probably weren’t good either. Requested a refund over a month ago. Checked in two weeks ago, was told their financial department was on it. Two more weeks has passed. Now my bank has to reverse the charges for me. Horrible company. Buyer beware.

This company is trying to trick me out of my money. After ordering their species 3 months ago they never arrived. My order tracking just kept saying processing over and over again. When contacting them about my missing spices they responded that they lost a lot of product and were waiting for more. They emailed me back every time within a day or two. When finally deciding to give up and cancel my order which must be done over email, my status says cancelled and no one said a word to me. They do not respond now to my many emails demanding a refund over the last month. They are trying to keep the money and move on and ice me out. Do not trust this company you will lose your money!

I placed an order for two in-stock spices. Seemed reasonable. They posted a processing time of 2 weeks. Again okay. After 4 weeks and no follow up on my order, I requested a refund. Never received my refund. I had to dispute the purchase with my credit card. The email response was that they would issue me a refund. 10 business days later, no refund. I followed up with them again, they said they'd look into it with their account team and return my message. I haven't heard a word from them. Do not provide them with any money. Scam and they obviously have production/cost concerns and they are using customers as a source of funding - or so it appears.

I placed an $80 order on 9/29/17 and have yet to receive it. I reached out to them on 10/18 and was told they were having production issues and my order should ship shortly. I reached out again on 10/25 and still did not get an expected ship date but they offered to add a free spice to my order for the inconvenience. On 10/31 I once again inquired as to the status of my order and was told it should ship "early next week". On 11/8 I requested my order be canceled and my card refunded to which I received a prompt apology and acknowledgement that they were canceling the order. On 11/17, I had yet to receive a refund so again contacted Flavor God and was told by Elly that it she should have a response by Wednesday from the accounting department. I have had it with this company and their excuses....absolutely horrible. The sad part is that I know people who really enjoy their product and I was very hopeful. I have never been given a bigger run around and feel foolish for all the wasted time.

I ordered from FlavorGod over a month ago. I kept in contact with them and every time I contacted them they said "Oh you will get your shipping in 24 hours". However, this never happened. I finally emailed PayPal to see what they could do. After emailing PayPal FlavorGod told me that they cancelled my order and would not refund my money. This makes zero sense to to me. I'm still waiting to hear back from PayPal, but I feel like this is classic they got offended I took further action so they cancelled my order. When I contacted PayPal they had the option to communicate and respond to messages via PayPal and they never did. I also find this extremely suspicious. Why would you not respond back? I wish I would have done a little research on them and read these comments first. I am probably out the 43 dollars. Do not do business with these people! They need to be shut down!

I ordered for the labor day sale 9/2 and I received an email on 9/22 saying they will send out spices 10/16 due to lost of products 10/17 came the kept saying oh next week when next week came next week. so I ask can I get a refund and corporate number and FAILED to give me my refund so now I have to put matters in my own hands with this INSTAGRAM SCAM!!!!

Placed an order September 2nd. Have been given run around since a week after and no shipping confirmation. 2 months later and my requests to refund have been ignored. Elly in customer service main job is lying to people. Buyer beware.

Horrible experience with this company. I placed an order on 9/4 but never received my items. I asked to have the order cancelled after 2 months of waiting. I was told I would receive a refund within 7-10 business days. It has been 13 days an STILL no refund!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They market with Facebook and Instagram to sell their products, yet do not have the bandwidth to complete these larger orders on these platforms. SCAM!

I placed an order, was billed $18.64 on Oct. 4th, never received an order confirmation, but received an email Oct 6 that items/supplies were on back order and would ship 10/16. I have emailed, with no response, and complained on their social media to which they sent me a direct message asking for my info but haven't responded to that. They are still placing ads all over social media (*** & ***) for a sale on their website but they are not shipping customers their orders, they are just robbing them of their money.

They ONLY accept cancelations via email of orders. I have submitted multiple emails to cancel an order that did not ship and no one will respond. I spoke to a customer service rep via chat and they refused to give a phone number or another manner of contact.

Over a month and a half and they have not responded to emails or requests for An update.

Placed an order September 2nd, and like everyone else, was told they were having production problems. When I emailed them after 7 weeks,I never got a response. I went on their social media to politely asked them to check their email and respond, and my comment was deleted and I got blocked. Had to file a claim on paypal and they waited until the last day to refund my money. NEVER do business with them! Horrible customer service who blocks and deletes comments so others won’t see their unsatisfaction with them and how incompetent they are.

I placed an order with Flavor God on September 6, 2017. I received a confirmation email stating the the processing time was two weeks. Two weeks went by and I had not received a shipping confirmation. I contacted the company via email and was told they there would be an additional two week delay due to some spices being on back order. I waited another two weeks and still did not receive a shipping confirmation. I contacted the company again and was told that the orders were still on back order. I then requested a refund on October 7, 2017. They contacted me back on October 10 via email and I was told that I would receive my refund in 7-10 business days or sooner. That was 20 days ago and I still have not received my money back. I want my money back from this company. They have deceptive business practices and I am tired of them playing games with me.

I placed an order on 9/7/17 and my card was charged the full amount. I emailed them on 9/18/17 asking for an estimated date of when the order would ship. 9/20/17 got an email from them stating that the current processing time is two weeks from date of purchase, and the products I ordered are to be completed in the production cycle the week of 9/25/17 and should ship then. 10/7/17, a month after I placed the order, and I still had no product. I got an email from them saying they'll need another two weeks to ship because there is a shortage of an ingredient. I email them back to cancel the order instead of waiting. I am told that they will process the cancellation and will refund me within the next 7-10 business days. 10/26 sent them an email since I hadn't seen a refund yet. I was told they would escalate the request. 10/30 and still no refund.
