Mel called me back after the call dropped, I can't remember that ever happening before. Most places just move on to the next customer if they lose your call.

I heard of Flex Shopper on a TV ad and thought it would be the perfect solution to getting a new washer and dryer. However, part of me figured it would be too good to be true. I visited their website and searched for a washer first. Found one at 17.00 dollars a week and knew that I'd have to (according to their commercial and guidelines) pay on it for 52 weeks before I could own it. I did the math and was shocked to learn that I'd be paying nearly 900 dollars for the same washer I could walk into Best Buy and purchase for only 399.99. I wondered who in their right mind would go through with a deal like that and figured surely I was misunderstanding. Then I saw a line below the weekly payment that said "Get it today & own it in 12 months or less." But there was nothing for me to click on to review the details on this certain washerred flag number one. I read the FAQ page and a lot of what was explained confused me so I did a live chat with some woman named [redacted]. I stated my concern and questions, which turned out to be a good sized paragraph. I kid you not, about 5 seconds passed before I received a link to the same place I'd read about their policies. The lady couldn't have read that whole paragraph in five seconds and the whole conversation felt rushed and like I was wasting her timered flag number 2. She told me that I would have to add my item to the cart AND check out before I could get the important detailsRed flag number 3. That's just sketchy af. According to [redacted], nothing would be set in stone until I e-signed. For [redacted] and giggles, I decided to see what would happen when I added it to my cart and clicked "check out" since Flex Shopper claims no immediate payment is asked. It took me to a page where I'd have to fill out every personal detail of my life, including my SSN, how much I make, my employer's name and number, routing and checking account number, and more that I was completely uncomfortable in giving out. Something told me to search reviews on Flex Shopper before I jumped the gun. Sure enough, I found they're not even credited by the Revdex.com and that more than half the reviews were terrible and left me horrified. After reading the reviews I feared Flex Shopper somehow could collect my info simply because I signed up. I also read the positive reviews and noticed that the majority of those were people who had yet to receive their item and only spoke favorably of how they were treated as a customer when they placed the order. Maybe I'm paranoid, I don't know, but I'd rather be paranoid than get ripped off and have my identity stolen, money drained from my account, or having to open up a law suit. Thank you, to all those who left the negative reviews, you more than likely just spared me from a huge stress in my life that I just don't need right now. And I'm terribly sorry for those who got duped by this so-called company.

I was denied back in August, mostly because of a bank error that just happened to occur right before I applied.I waited the 180 days which is a little too long to have to wait to apply again. So I applied again last night and was denied again, this time because my name and number was in the system already from the last time I applied. I received an email to contact Flex Shopper to submit more documents. When I called a women answered the phone and didn't even want to hear why I was calling. Just kept telling me I have to wait the 180 days again. I kept telling her that I was told in the email to contact this number, but that did not matter. I hung up the phone upset and frustrated and almost said forget it. I decided to call again, and this time was greeted politely. [redacted] let me explain my situation, explained to me why the email told me to call and also why I would have to wait again. Then she told me to hold on while she investigated the matter. [redacted] got back on the phone and told me she corrected the problem, which was my name and number already listed in their system. She removed my old info which gave me a fresh start. She explained I still would have to apply again and couldn't guarantee anything, but I hung up the phone satisfied and made me want to try and do business with Flex Shopper, rather than just forgetting about it. heres a reveiw most is will not understand even after I explain it, I don't care what flexshopper's policy says they have 2 obide by fed and state regulations, so what state your in is the regulations they must obide by so guess wat they state I live in if they send me something and I don't get I don't have 2 pay 4 it till I get it, and if they send me they wrong item guess wat I don't have 2 pay but in another state they regulations might be diff. 2nd if ur dumb enough 2 order from flexshopper which is the same thing as any rent2own in any state and price anywhere from 1.5-4x as much as it would 2 save ur money and buy it outright from bestbuy, lowes, or any other brick and mortor store than u have right 2 complain about paying 2 much u made your bed so lay in it, 2rd when u see that their not accredited by the Revdex.com and don't check reviews and u decide 2 go ahead with your purchase then u deserve what u get. And 4th any1 that advertises that u get instant credit no matter ur credit history guess what their a scam, their not in buisness 2 help u but themselfs in the long run.

She was so polite and very understanding took her time with me to make sure I understood what was happening and resolve my problem to the fullest she has extreme customer service wish everyone is like her

My experience with Flexshopper was postive. My customer service rep Ikeela was very prompt and very professional which is very important to me and makes me want to continue business with Flexshopper.

I purchased a Dell touch screen computer, computer arrived not a touch screen. Called the company they said they would investigate. Never called me back. When I called them back they called me a liar and said I have to keep paying for a computer I don't have. It's in their contact. This company is crooked and makes it where they hold all the cards and have nothing.they got one they won't get me again

Really great service.

I thank God for this company, without it I would not have been able to get my daughter a Christmas present. I was diagnosis with Breast Cancer and was off from work for 4 months on medical disability, which hardly pays anything. Without Flex pay we would of not been able to get her anything. She is going to school for Culinary and the mixer was a great surprise for her. Thank You Flex Pay.

I am providing a positive review actually an amazing review on a specific worker at flex shopper by the name of [redacted]
I have had many issues with payments deducted at different times both errors made on my end and Flexshoppers. She has been the only one to go above and beyond to contact me to explain everything to me and even at this very moment as I write this review she is still working with me to rectify my issue. Her efforts should definitely not go unnoticed as her services stellar and she should be commended and rewarded for them. I may not ever use flex shopper again but it was a pleasure dealing with her.

I love flex shopper they get your order to you with a level of urgency and when you call with question they go above and beyond to help you. And I've had to call quite a bit. I'm forever hooked on flex shopper.

They have you enter you as number and bank information then tell you you are not approved but you don't know why do much for bad credit or good credit I have good income and ok credit and got denied

False advertisement, rude costumer service and absolutely a horrible company stay away from them and tell your friends the same.
