I love flex shopper they get your order to you with a level of urgency and when you call with question they go above and beyond to help you. And I've had to call quite a bit. I'm forever hooked on flex shopper.
Speaking with the young lady (customer service rep) was a very comfortable experience...She was very helpful especially walking me through on how to fill out the forms etc....
They have you enter you as number and bank information then tell you you are not approved but you don't know why do much for bad credit or good credit I have good income and ok credit and got denied
Well let me first state , I put an order in on dec 17 th, and was told I would receive a tracking number in 24 hrs, well it's dec 27 and still nothing?? I ordered a buffet for our dinning rm, that my order said would arrive between dec 23 and dec 28th , I have called talked to people on live chat , well let me tell you how very very RUDE all theses people were, let me tell you something if it was not for us customers you would be out of a job! It's called respect !! Finally Julie I just talked to finally gave me the truth! Very very nice woman 1 out like 20, not very good odds!! Everything this company says is a lie!!!

I just wanted to share my experience on Flexshopper. The process itself is very easy. I found the item I needed and submitted my application and received an instant decision. The companies customer service department is exceptional.
I had a couple of questions pertaining to my application and decided to utilize the chat function on the website. Albert was the representative who responded to my chat. He was able to answer all my questions and even provided some alternative options to my questions and concerns.
Albert went the extra mile and followed our chat with a phone call. I was so impressed by Flexshoppers concern to make sure that all my questions and issues were answered and resolved.
The Customer Service department is awesome. My representative Brian D., has gone out of his way to be helpful and kind in alleviating all of my concerns. I have reccommended this company to four of my friends, and will continue to do so as the opportunity presents itself. Flex Shopper is Awesome
