Very irresponsible store an employeesOn June 3-I bought square feet of tiles for my living room,the Contractor I hired started installing the material on Wednesday June 6-On June 7-he noticed that the second pallet had different shade from the one he installedI contacted the store on June 7-18, talked to Mary and explained the situationShe said she will contact the Port to verify that they had the shade I neededOne day later she said the port confirmed the inventory and that she ordered the pallet I needed and it was going to be delivered to my house on Tuesday June 12-It never came on that date, I called the store and couldn't talk to Mary because now she was on vacationThen I was transfer to Julie, who in coordination with the operations manager, told me that my pallet was going to be deliver to the store by Friday June 15-because Mary didn't place the order and my new delivery date was June 18-Today June 18-18, I didn't receive the material neededNow I am talking to Scott, who says that the store doesn't have the confirmation from the Corporate Office about the availability of the material I need to finish my living roomThat he is waiting on that, so he can ordered from the Port and then schedule a new delivery to my house, if he finds it In the meantimeMy house is full of dust because the work can't continue until floor is installed, I have two small kids that can't live on the house because all the mess around, they are staying on friends house, something that was suppose to take a week, now it is starting the third week without a solutionEvery time I call the store my case gets handle by a new person that says the prior person didn't handle it correctly, so it is a new storyI have a lot of extra expenses involve in this situation, the project can't continue, my house is still a mess, contractors were scheduled to work according to the delivery dates that I have been giving and none of those dates the material cameSo I had to pay for their day of work, my kids are living somewhere else my house, I have spent a lot of time calling the store trying to get updates, a lot of time on hold waiting for someone to answer me, all this because of the incorrect way this store is handling an error on the shipment that got delivered to my house Extremely dissapointed on this store I thought was a serious business DO NOT BUY THEREDO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!

We purchased porcelain tile from Floor & Decor same die lots, sku's everything was identical, except the first pallet was 1/16" inch bigger than second pallet! We have pictures, samples and boxes showing the difference The lower floor was almost finished when they started using the second pallett and discovered the size difference When contacted they asked all stores to find if they had the larger, when discovering they did not stated that I had to contact and PAY a Certified Floor Inspector and go after the manufacture I will never purchase from them again! My husband and I purchased x super sealed saltillo tile flooring from Floor and Decor in early We have been extremely disappointed and concerned with the product The tile is peeling, cracking, and breaking extensively This tile was supposed to have come with coats of sealer already applied to the clay We followed the installation recommendations and added a topcoat as well We love the uniqueness of saltillo tile and how no two pieces are the same These problems that we are experiencing however, go far beyond imperfections and occasional lime pops It affects our daily life We do not think that is is unreasonable to want to walk around our home barefoot without stepping on broken pieces of tile I have actually had to pull out pieces of tile stuck in my children's feet! On 9/I bought Nucore Vinyl Crosswind flooring from store # [redacted] Upon checkout, their ONLY cashier incorrectly charged us for boxes instead of Luckily, my husband caught their mistake and we were successfully credited Upon installation of floor, defects were noticed and we presented physical pieces of the edging system to the store (Drew, the flooring manager) but were brushed aside and told it was a popular product and no problems were reported.The installation was completed with same breakage results and now there's noticeable spaces where the edges won't hold together and floor is separating You can see it's where the crumbled edges will not hold the planks together and this flooring is supposed to have a lifetime guarantee in household situations It hasn't even been a month and it's catching debris already I'd hate to think of what it will look like years from now.We returned to the store to speak with someone and finally, upon locating an employee
