I bought boxes of laminateMy professional installer went to install the flooring and it was defective and advise me to return itOf course he opened some of the boxes because he was installing the floor!! When I went into the store I told them that some of the boxes had been opened but the product was defective and it should be refunded in fullFirst thing is, there was only one cashier and five other employees standing around while the line of customers grewThen a "manager" came over and I explained the situation he said to bring the flooring to the back of the store so he could inspect itI had a professional installer that has been doing this type of work for more than years tell me this was defective and you're telling me that some high school kid is going to inspect it properly and give it a fair evaluationI showed him texts messages and even offered to call the guy because I don't really know the situation from a professional perspective
We took the truck to the back of the warehouse to drop off the laminate and we met two other employees who came out to remove it with a fork liftThey moved it off the truck and put it on the groundAt that point, my father backed the truck up and hit the side of laminate and supposedly damaged boxesYes, you may at first think it's my father's fault for hitting it but the laminate was in the procession of a floor and decor employee who did not properly move the product a safe distance away from the truckThey in fact lowered it behind the truck and nobody would be able to see if something was behind thereAt that point, they laughed and made a joke about the situation and told me they would refund out of boxes because they were "damaged"When we asked to see the damaged pieces the manager brought out damaged pieces out of boxesAll boxes should have been refundedThe reason I was returning the product in the first place was not because I decided I didn't like or I found something else it was because it was defective (the manager did test it and find that the product was defective after putting pieces together) and I should have not been responsible for the damaged boxes because of the negligence of your employeeI will never shop at this store againAny future customerbeware!!

Flooring manager misrepresented that the wood flooring that I purchased was pre-finished ready to go out of the box when actually that was wrong

I needed about boxes of engineered hardwood floorboards On June 25th, I went to Floor and Décor in San Antonio and bought boxes from them on the assurance that more boxes of this specific make and color would be coming to their store in JulyI spoke to three different store workers that day, and each one assured me that a shipment would be delivered to their store in July, they just didn't know what dayOne told me to call the store around July 5th to check if the shipment had arrivedI did call that day, and the person said that it had not come in yetI called again on July 11th, and this time the person with whom I spoke said that the boxes of boards that I needed were not going to be shipped to their store anymore because corporate decided to cut it off from that locationAlso, he suggested that I order them online because they are available at other Floor and Décor stores, and I could have them delivered to their store or my home by paying a shipping costIf I knew tha

We order approx$in flooring from Floor & Decor When we received the boxes of flooring of them were unlike the rest They have different production and manufacturing dates and have a different finish on the pieces We hired a contractor to lay the floor and 1/was laid thus far The store has been very courteous but we have to make a claim through floor and Decor in GA and that has been painful The complaint was started on 1/and to date, I have not heard an update At the store level, the operations manager has escalated it to the regional manager and we still have not been given an update The Operations Manager is the only one that is responsive I was told by the claims department to stop installation so currently, I have 1/the floors in my house mismatched floor and the other half concrete Furniture has been removed from the living area to accommodate the renovation Attached are photos, receipts, pictures of the state of living here and correspondenc
