We went to this store to purchase sqft of porcelaine tile for our Rec/Game roomAfter telling the salesman what we were looking for he switched us to a vinyl strip floor called NUCOREWe purchased it based on his recomendations and installed it in our home only to find that after laying 2/of it there were multiple scratches appearing on itWe used furniture pad movers on the pool table but it still scratched and we found scratches at all the entrance areasWe stopped what we were doing and took back all the unused floor back to the store for a refundAfter receiving the refund for the unused portion of the floor, they told us to send a copy of the receipt and pics to *** in order to file a claimWe later found out that *** was the store managerWe did so and after several weeks of unsuccessful attempts to reach her to verify she received our information she finally answeredShe told me she needed more pics and that she was going to attempt to get some credit

I placed an online order and needed it shipped I paid extra for the shippingWas told it would take 7-business days to arrive They charged me

While shopping at Floors and Decor in Downey, CA, an employee at the store got into an argument in the middle of the floor with my husband
While shopping for tile moldings at the store, my husband and I opened a box to find a matching piece to the items we had already selected, not knowing that opening boxes was against store policy, given the lack of signs and unsealed boxes stored directly behind the displayed piecesWhen this particular employee saw us, she very rudely stated that we could not open boxesMy husband then went on to explain that we had been looking for a matching piece and were done searchingThe employee insisted that it was against store policy to open boxes and walked away mumbling somethingMy husband then asked her if she had said somethingThe employee went on to argumentally call him rude and insist that he had violated store policyMy husband once again explained that he was not aware of that particular policyHowever, the employee continued to ask

I ordered some tiles that needed to be shipped from their Georgia location on January 6th, I was told that it would be 2-weeks before I rec'd my product I paid in full for the tile and my receipt states that my pick up date is 1/ I did a follow up call 1/to see what the status was on my order and I spoke to*** the manager I was told it had NOT shipped yet from Georgia and she could send them an email to see what the status was I was told the next day that it would ship on 1/ I then called on February 1st and spoke to both shipping/receiving and***Both said the truck isn't in yet and they have no idea when it is coming I called the corporate number and spoke to a *** at their call center on 2/ She could only tell me that the order shipped and it should only take 3-business days for the store to receive I called the store on 2/and spoke to*** She told me it should be on the truck for delivery that night and I could pick up the tile on 2/

I bought boxes of floor which is on clearance tiles on this store and have one box leftoverWhen I decided to return the one box, the store employee and store manager reject me with the reason that they sold out all the same clearance itemThere was no sign and any available information in the store saying that no return on the sold-out clearance itemsThe cashier didn't inform me when I purchased, and there is nothing about that on the their return policies printed on the receipt

I bought laminates from the Katy Store and my contractor opened the last box but he didn't use those, today I went to return that to store and they refused to return I and my wife both have accounts with Floor and Decor and this is the first store they refuse to take the merchandise back I bought lots of stuff from Home Depot and they take everything back that I don't use I am very disappointed with the service they provided me I will not recommend Floor and decor anyone in the future

Regarding my promotions
The store that I went to is in Florida but it is located in Boynton Beach which was not an option for me to choose from

I was sent to a store out of the area that promised to have the flooring in the color I needed, only to find I was lied to

Very irresponsible store an employeesOn June 3-I bought square feet of tiles for my living room,the Contractor I hired started installing the material on Wednesday June 6-On June 7-he noticed that the second pallet had different shade from the one he installedI contacted the store on June 7-18, talked to Mary and explained the situationShe said she will contact the Port to verify that they had the shade I neededOne day later she said the port confirmed the inventory and that she ordered the pallet I needed and it was going to be delivered to my house on Tuesday June 12-It never came on that date, I called the store and couldn't talk to Mary because now she was on vacationThen I was transfer to Julie, who in coordination with the operations manager, told me that my pallet was going to be deliver to the store by Friday June 15-because Mary didn't place the order and my new delivery date was June 18-Today June 18-18, I didn't receive the material neededNow I am talking to Scott, who says that the store doesn't have the confirmation from the Corporate Office about the availability of the material I need to finish my living roomThat he is waiting on that, so he can ordered from the Port and then schedule a new delivery to my house, if he finds it
In the meantimeMy house is full of dust because the work can't continue until floor is installed, I have two small kids that can't live on the house because all the mess around, they are staying on friends house, something that was suppose to take a week, now it is starting the third week without a solutionEvery time I call the store my case gets handle by a new person that says the prior person didn't handle it correctly, so it is a new storyI have a lot of extra expenses involve in this situation, the project can't continue, my house is still a mess, contractors were scheduled to work according to the delivery dates that I have been giving and none of those dates the material cameSo I had to pay for their day of work, my kids are living somewhere else my house, I have spent a lot of time calling the store trying to get updates, a lot of time on hold waiting for someone to answer me, all this because of the incorrect way this store is handling an error on the shipment that got delivered to my house

This is in regards to tiles we bought from Floor & Decor at NW Loop San Antonio, TX for the front entryway, laundry room, both bathrooms and was supposed to go in the kitchen tooWe installed the entryway, laundry room, both bathrooms; however, they were cracking due to excessive veins in the tilesOur contractor did not think there was anything that he could do about the tiles breaking, so he just kept using the tiles that were supposed to go in the kitchen to try and repair the ones breakingHe had used all but boxes when we stopped him and said no, something is wrong with this tile if you keep having to replace themHe showed us how the veins were coming through and cracking the tile when installedThe contractor even used the special glue recommended at the Floor & Decor StoreDue to the cracking problem, we had to stop the workThe contractor has over years of experience laying down tiles but has never had this problem beforeWhat should have been a few

I purchased flooring less than months ago and tried to return what I didn't use to the store The product was unopened and unused Their receipt states that they offer a day return policy, but they refused to issue the return because the item was on sale I was not made aware of this at the time of purchase and I feel that since it is in the day period stated on the receipt that they should issue the return I spoke to the manager on duty and left the flooring at the store with him He said that I needed to speak with the store manager to resolve the issue I've called at least times and left several messages for the store manager and he has not returned my call Additionally, I contacted the company's customer service line twice and they referred it to a supervisor that has also not returned my call

On June 2018, I called the store that I was picking the flooring up from (Alexandria, VA) to confirm that it was in stock and ready This call was made out of due diligence - I live roughly hours from the store and did not want to make a second trip The call was made at 17:and lasted minutes and seconds The end result was that I was given verbal confirmation that the flooring was on head and ready for pickup

Extremely disappointed with the quality of the tile I received The original entire order of boxes (pieces) were shipped to the *** store from Savannah in one lot Several of the boxes were found to be damaged on the exterior after the shrink wrap was removedThe damaged boxes had many tiles that were broken After a couple of days, we started to open a number of the other boxes and found many more tiles that were broken already or broke when you would pick them upAlso, the veins were completely through the material making them extremely fragile when using a wet saw or even handling them to installIn addition, it was obvious that a lot of tiles were broken or on the verge of breaking prior to ever being boxed and had been (glued) back together or glued to keep them from breaking I initially returned boxesThen a couple days later, I had to return more boxes and then after going through the rest of the original boxes, had to return more boxes and then mor

We paid $for countertops and were delivered damaged and warped woodTheir day return policy doesn't cover specialty itemsI guess by specialty they mean items that they damaged!!!!! Terrible way to treat customers who spend their hard earned money on a bad product sold by a sorry company
