In December or (December 20-22nd) I purchased $worth of wood flooringAt the time I purchased this flooring, the Mesquite location did not stock any of the matching trimI was told that another Floor and Décor location, (in Plano, TX) had the trim I neededNeedless to say, that store did not have the trim, and I had to special order the trim from the Mesquite locationAt the time I ordered the trim, I was told 2-weeks for it to come inBy the end of January, the trim had not arrived, and I contacted the store manager (***) about my orderHe explained that the wrong sku numbers had been used, and my order had not been placeAfter explaining to *** that I needed this trim ASAP, he replaced the order, and told me he would put a rush on itToday is March 20th, and I STILL do not have the trimI have called the store twice now to figure out what it going on, and both times I have left a message and no return callThis is simply unacceptableI cannot install the wo

Several weeks ago I made a purchase at floor several different types of tilewere available in the store, and I was told the other were already in route from Cincinnati and would arrive in no more than a weekI have called up and been up to the store several times since then, and the product has still not arrivedEach time I am told/assured that the product is on the dock being shipped that day, but the product has still yet to arriveThe bathroom at the house is the last thing we are waiting on so we can move inAt this point every day that my tile does not arrive is an extra day we are stuck paying two mortgagesWe are now three weeks in, and there is no sign of reliefHow can this be resolved?

I purchased tile to redo two bathrroms and a wash area for my new home I waited for almost one week to get the tike to no avail! My project was late and I had my contractor sitting around waiting for product from this store Buyer beware!! Schedule at least three weeks for your projectIt is guaranteed to be late due to gross understaffing I wasted a month of my life and was not offered ANYTHING in rerurn for my time, energy and money No one offered to rush to pull the product, no one offered and "inconvenience discoint" since Ive wasted money! I was very very disappointed

We purchased porcelain tile from Floor & Decor same die lots, sku's everything was identical, except the first pallet was 1/16" inch bigger than second pallet! We have pictures, samples and boxes showing the difference The lower floor was almost finished when they started using the second pallett and discovered the size difference When contacted they asked all stores to find if they had the larger, when discovering they did not stated that I had to contact and PAY a Certified Floor Inspector and go after the manufacture I will never purchase from them again! They do not stand behind there products, now I have two floors with two different size tiles, some of the smaller had to be used on the bottom because we have a time limit on finishing of this project No replacement tile and there is always breakage and chips that need to be replaced
Would appreciate any help that you can give us!

Our floor of months is delaminating per our installerWe have gone into the store, called the store, called corporate and no one will contact us

We requested un-sanded grout and had a sample of our marble wall tile in hand when we where looking for groutTheir sales staff recommended and indicated that Mapei Color CQ was the best product for this application Our contractor said, 'Hey this is sanded'We again returned to the store they again said this was the best product and contractor;s just complain about it as it is hard to clean upThe product starched both the glass and marble tileBot the store and the product manufrefused to do anythingAfter a a little research there are several complaints in the last few months, year about this product scratching glossy tile yet they continue to recommend it and have no product warnings

December 2017, went to Floors and Décor to buy laminate Very nice, older gentleman assisted us, with our decision He recommended an installer, who once managed the store, and left to start his own business We called him, he installed the flooring, and today, it is still not correct! For six months we have been texting this individual, who agreed that things were not done correctly but still, will not come, personally to fix Here is the twist, though? He sent out, the older gentleman, who sold us the flooring and works at Floor and Décor to come do the repairs? We purchased flooring from the Floor and Decor company in Hilliard Ohio on November We were looking for a floating floor system that our contractor suggested and he suggested that we go the to this companySo we purchased the flooring and hired a flooring contractor to install itI came home during the install and noticed that there were approximately full boxes of tile that were out of the box but not being usedI asked about them and he told me that they were all bad tiles due to the snap connections breaking off OUT OF THE BOXAnd he wanted to know what we wanted to do with themWe then opened another box and there were several in the new box that the snapping part of the tile was broken and just barely hanging onWe took a couple out and put a little pressure on the snap and it literally just fell offThat prompted us to look at the tile that was already laid and sure enough there were sections popping up and we had yet to finish or put any kind of a load on the floor

Order placed and cancelled same day April Then months later they hit my charge card for the order?
I purchased on line Order Number *** April 25th, $worth of tileOn the same day, I called in to the line a 100% cancellation of the online orderThey didn't have what I wanted in my local storeFloor and Decor charged and, within a few days, applied back my full creditNow months later, Floor and Decor out of nowhere decides to charge my credit card, on Feb 16, for the full amountKeep in mind I purchased nothing from Floor and Decor since that online visit in April of By law I have given no consent for Floor & Decor to retain my Credit Card for Billing and find that this might be a PCI Compliance Violation in tandem with FraudEither way Floor and Decor has an immediate responsibility to credit my account back 100% immediately

Hollow spots on newly installed floor, indicating subfloor deficiency the contractor failed to address

I tried to return tile to the Floor and Decor in Buford, Ga within the days/any location policy I have never been treated so rudely and by the store manager no less He absolutely refused to take back my $purchase, telling me they no longer had the tile and couldn't resell it Let's just say he humiliated me and I had never experienced such discourteous behavior at any place of business beforeWhat happened to their ANY LOCATION, day return policy? The tile was exactly in the condition I purchased it and I was totally within their return policy parametersWhen I purchased it they of course assured me that there were no conditions to our returning it and I knew enough to stay within their stated return policyMy experience was totally unacceptableI did decide to drive miles to another location which did have the tile and was able to return it Should I have had to be inconvenienced that way? Should customers be treated so rudely and humiliated as I was? Absolutely not! I was going to purchase porcelain tile instead at Floor and Decor, but I assure you I will never darken the door of one of their stores nor spend a dime of my money there

My wife & I were in the NE Expwy location a few weeks ago on a Saturday afternoon in order to get laminate, vinyl or tile flooring ideas on our upcoming projectSince we are in the beginning phase, we had a lot of questions and required the expertise of the sales staff at the store as well as the consultants at the Design Center next doorWow!! We were impressed with the time which Adam spent with us at the store and the excellent Customer Service experience which he deliveredHe spent well over an half hour in order that we could bounce ideas and he would provide suggestions/recommendations of what work potentially work the bestAll of the employees which we came in contact with were a pleasure to deal with and it was a nice, pleasurable no stress/pressure shopping experienceWe are still in the process of finalizing of choices of material/vendor, but I wanted to take the time to share my positive experience encounter from this business

In Jan/I purchased 1,sq ft of flooring for my house renovation I spent significant time with the salesman (Larry) after being told by another less experienced salesman that Larry was the one I needed to speak with regarding the questions I had Larry and I discussed a vinyl flooring (NuCore) that could be laid over an existing tile floor I liked everything he said about the product but told him my biggest concern was any noticeable noise from walking on a floating floor He told me an underlayment was not required for this particular product I then specifically asked him a black and white question..."If I lay a section of this flooring with an underlayment and another section without an underlayment, would I be able to tell a noise difference when I walk on it'" His pointed and simple answer was, "No." I bought the flooring and began installation on 1/17/after also having a leveling product applied to the tile floor to further prevent any possible issues of contac

On 9/I bought Nucore Vinyl Crosswind flooring from store #*** Upon checkout, their ONLY cashier incorrectly charged us for boxes instead of Luckily, my husband caught their mistake and we were successfully credited Upon installation of floor, defects were noticed and we presented physical pieces of the edging system to the store (Drew, the flooring manager) but were brushed aside and told it was a popular product and no problems were reported.The installation was completed with same breakage results and now there's noticeable spaces where the edges won't hold together and floor is separating You can see it's where the crumbled edges will not hold the planks together and this flooring is supposed to have a lifetime guarantee in household situations It hasn't even been a month and it's catching debris already I'd hate to think of what it will look like years from now.We returned to the store to speak with someone and finally, upon locating an employee
