Placed online orders for in-store pick-upBoth orders have been mishandled, employees are unable to assist or resolve issues & I was charged twice I placed my first online order for in-store pion 2/21/for approximately $3,When the order was placed, the item was in stock and showed it was available for same day pick-up Upon arrival at the store hours later, employees could not find my order in the system & we were instructed to call the corporate office to cancel the order so they could run the purchase through the storeThis resulted in charges to our bankSeveral days later I had to contact my bank & report it as a fraudulent charge & was eventually refunded the money I assumed this was a fluke in Floor & Decor's system since it was a same day order I placed my second online order for in-store pion 3/16/and was charged $on 3/19/ When the order was placed, it showed an arrival date of 3/23-26/& said I would receive an email reg

Engineered wood flooring - corresponding product numbers below This is the product I ordered and have been very pleased with An additional order of boxes of flooring was delivered and installation began last week Only two of the boxes were correct The other had another product number Two boxes were opened by installers who immediately called our attention to the fact that the product was not the same as previously installed The finish is not the same and the wood is rough and splintery This product was repacked and I phoned Floor and Decor From pictures I sent Floor and Decor determined that the flooring was the same and my only recourse was to ship the disputed flooring back to them at my expense--that the flooring was exactly the same, that the only change was the SKU number Thank you in advance for your help in resolving this issue Product_Or_Service: [redacted]

Attempted to contact a store in Sarasota, FL. Phone rang with no answer and after a few hundred rings system disconnects with no warning. Impossible to get anyone on the phone and absolutely no customer service at all. The inability to contact a store in a timely manner is unacceptable and reason not to do business with Floor and Decor. Tried to call their headquarters in Atlanta and received the same treatment, system answered, rang and finally hung up. No one ever answered. I'll find somewhere else to buy my flooring.

On 3/19/17 I purchased ceramic tile and whisper sound proofing products from Floor $ decor ' riviera beach location. I was told that whispermat was the best product for sound. I filed a complaint with the company and they said I Needed a floor inspection. The inspection report that I paid for stated that floor & decor had sold us the wrong products and misled us to thinking we were buying the best underlayment. Ever since the floors were put in we have had nothing but complaints from the downstairs unit. Before the floors we never had any complaints. It has been 3 different people living under us that have been complaining since the floor was put in. I am very uncomfortable living in my own home. I can't keep getting knocks on my door and stopped in the hallway being told how loud it is when there is nothing I can do about it. The tile did not arrive by June 5th (More than a week late) I made several attempts to call the Jacksonville store; however, couldn't get an answer

We purchased and installed ft.' of timber click real hardwood fast floors They come with a year warranty, costing a little over $We noticed the some of the wood planks splitting When I stopped in at floor and Decour on pioneer in Arlington Texas and talk to *** the service manager, he said that it was not covered under the warranty due to the Texas extreme Cold and hot weather *** said that we were the only person to complain about the splitting problemI started looking at online complaints about timber click,l noticed that several people are having problems with the floor planks splitting I don't understand why this product is being sold here in Texas if the weather voids the year warranty?

an employee wrote down the wrong SKU number for the tile I ordered and I had to pay for another delivery of different tile that was not what I wanted
