This is the product I ordered and have been very pleased with An additional order of boxes of flooring was delivered and installation began last week Only two of the boxes were correct The other had another product number Two boxes were opened by installers who immediately called our attention to the fact that the product was not the same as previously installed The finish is not the same and the wood is rough and splintery This product was repacked and I phoned Floor and Decor
From pictures I sent Floor and Decor determined that the flooring was the same and my only recourse was to ship the disputed flooring back to them at my expense--that the flooring was exactly the same, that the only change was the SKU number

My husband and I purchased x super sealed saltillo tile flooring from Floor and Decor in early We have been extremely disappointed and concerned with the product The tile is peeling, cracking, and breaking extensively This tile was supposed to have come with coats of sealer already applied to the clay We followed the installation recommendations and added a topcoat as well We love the uniqueness of saltillo tile and how no two pieces are the same These problems that we are experiencing however, go far beyond imperfections and occasional lime pops It affects our daily life We do not think that is is unreasonable to want to walk around our home barefoot without stepping on broken pieces of tile I have actually had to pull out pieces of tile stuck in my children's feet! This is simply unacceptable for product that is practically brand new

We purchase laminate flooring from Floor & Decor in March Since the flooring was installed our home has a horrible odor and my family has been sick (allergies and eye irritations)We've tried to figure out where this odor was coming from for over a year until we needed a smal repair done in JulyThe installer suggested the odor could be coming from the flooring, so I researched the SKU# and product info to find out that this particular flooring had a civil lawsuit against Floor & Decor and contained high levels of formaldehyde We were never notified and was not able to participate in the lawsuit since it ended right before we purchased the product They never pulled the product from the shelves until they were found liableWe filed a claim with the main headquarters this past JulyThey sent samples to a lab to be tested and a flooring inspector to the house to inspect the flooring and any other conditions that could be a concernI have ask for a copy of the reports, but

I bought laminate flooring in May, had it installed and went up north until September, came back down to find the floor cracking and falling apartCalled the store, they said they cant do anything about it, because we purchased the floor in MayThey told me I would have to call the manufacturer, I asked for the number, but nobody will give me the number, so I searched the manufacturer online and there is no number online eitherI called the store back and now they tell me I have to hire a licensed, profressional floor inspector to come out to inspect my floor and if he says it is the product, I have to file a claim and they will send a claim to their corporate office and if the corporate office okays the claim they will refund my money!!!! I dont have money for a floor inspector and in the meantime, my floor is falling apart

I spent a month looking at different floors took samples home decided on a new product from Armstrong went back to the store talk to the salesman he explained that there was a fee for shipping to the home but shipping to the store was freeHe knew exactly what floor I was going to purchased he wrote down the sku so I could order on lineThat night I ordered flooring cost $and shipping to the store was $ I figured it was a mistake since the guy in the store said theres no fee shipping to the storei called the following day and was told yeah you have to pay the shippingThere are no signs in the store, the salespeople never discuss the fee only stating shipping to a residence will incur a feeThat brings the price from $2.99/ft to $5.27/ft what a rip off
I did get a call back saying they would only charge me half the shipping fee, I refused its bait n switch

Floor and Decor recommended me to use this grout on the floor of the bathroom shower ,never seal bostik groutThe problem was with very hot water pieces of it started coming offWhen I called they said there was a problem with it and they would pay for me to have it taken out and grout to be put inIt was a hard process and my contractor charged I sent pictures and a receipt and returned the bostik groutNow they don't return phone calls and never sent the money

My wife and I came across a clearance sale on 3/16/while shopping at the Greensboro locationWe purchased two countertops @ $each, totaling $after taxThe CSR (***) had issues entering the transaction into the system and had to have a manager override the transaction several timesMy account had been charged twice, but She assured me that everything would be corrected and we left the store

I purchased two pallets of Stockbridge Espresso Wood Plank Porcelain Tile on February 5, and had them installed throughout February The tiles are supposed to have a luster to them, yet during the installation I struct me as odd that they appeared opaque and thought it was due to the dust generated during the installation However, after repeated cleanings with water, the tiles remain opaque and unfortunately also stain easilyAll the materials used to install them were purchased at Floor & Decor and installed as indicated The images on the website portray the tiles with rich deep color with shine; however, this is not how they look upon installation In speaking with the store, they advised they aren't sure why the tile looks opaque; they shouldn't Despite this, they said there's nothing they can do other than sell me a cleanser to see if this would somehow restore the tiles luster If that doesn't work, to purchase a sealer to provide it a shiny look This is not what
