On FloHoops, we offer a monthly subscription billed at $monthly and a yearly subscription billed at $annuallyThe customer subscribed to a yearly subscription when the meant to subscribed to a monthly subscriptionThe customer viewed our live stream as shown in the second screenshotSince the customer viewed our paid content, we only have charged them one month of service billed at $and refunded the remaining amount of $per our terms and conditions

The Customers subscription with us has been set to cancel to ensure no further charges from us, based on their request

When the customer first contacted us on June 14th, we asked which sport they signed up for and also and an email address that could be associated with their account.The customer's daughter provided the email as address of [redacted] We explained that the reason they received charges from us was because the they purchased a monthly subscription on Feb11th and the subscription auto-renewed because the account was not canceled prior to the renewal date per terms and conditionsWe canceled their subscription under the email of [redacted] based on their requestThe next point of contact was on July 5th when the customer contacted us again letting us know that they are still receiving charges from usWe were able to find a second account under the email of [redacted] and canceled this subscription based on upon their requestWe were able to find the customer second account because our representative asked for the last digits and the expiration date of the card that they were being charged on since the customer let us know they are still receiving charges from us even though we canceled their subscription under the email of [redacted] on June 14thThe customer created two accounts under two different emails, one on Jan15th under the email of [redacted] and one on Feb11th under the email of [redacted] and failed to cancel either account prior to their renewal date

On FloMarching, we offer a monthly subscription billed at $monthly and a yearly subscription billed at $annually which averages out to $a monthWhen the customer, [redacted] contacted us on Aug14th, it was after our live stream event that took place on Aug12th letting us know that they signed up for a yearly subscription when they wanted a monthly subscriptionBased on their request, we changed their subscription from a yearly subscription to a monthly subscription and refunded the remaining amount per our terms and conditionsThe monthly subscription is billed at $monthly not $

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I think it is undeniable that NOTHING will be done to correct this wrong for myself and for many other that have been scammed by FLO sport INCI think they even admitted as much in a Facebook post or Twitter post after the failed attempt to stream a match between PSU and OSU They continue to FAIL in streaming live feed to this day Just cancel my subscription Delete my name out of your registry Flo Sports is a continuous bad actor in this arena Revdex.com will do nothing in the end and life will go on Regards, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: As I have stated in the past I was double charged, and therefore had a double subscription under my name I did cancel the first subscription as soon as I was done watching the event The second subcription kept charging me Proven by my submitted screenshots of my credit card billing Regards, [redacted]

The customer, [redacted] , created a monthly subscription on April 27th and received a monthly charge from us until Dec27th when they contacted us to cancel their subscription on Dec31stThis was the first point of contact from the customer to cancel their subscription with usWhen subscription is canceled with us a cancellation email is automatically emailed to our customers letting them know their subscription has been canceledIf the costumer has a cancellation email from us, we would accommodate them accordingly

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: at no time was it indicated to me it was a SUBSCRIPTION ONLY service I indicated at the time I DID NOT want a subscription, it was foolish as my daughter was performing ONCE for Nationals I have never had a need for such a service I was not discouraged from viewing that day for to watch my daughter in a one time only Nationals show I was taken advantage of and forced into a subscription I never wanted and stated initally Calls to this organization has been met with disregard; they have my credit card number and "too bad, lady" attitudeFurther, I would imagine they are QUITE aware people want only one day viewing, as in the few previous years Varsity TV had a day viewing, which I had used and NEVER had a problem with subscription foolishness (was another organization used by Varsity TV previously?...if so, they would be wise to get them back) Regards, [redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: it is false As previously stated, I attempted to register for something advertised as $a month (something that has continued in these emails) This is clearly done in a deceptive manner, to lure someone into registering for the annual membership I was under the impression the $rate was the annual rate I would NEVER register for an event the was OVER and pay $for it I would also never register for an annual service membership for a service such as this When I saw the $charge, as previously discussed, I immediately cancelled my registration business contracts with ethical companies allow you three days to cancel, by the way This is quite simply and overt money-grab by an unethical company who operates with deceptive business practices At no time did I every authorize a $payment - ever I have never, ever dealt with a company with such horrible business practices/customer service I remain completely dissatisfied and disgusted with this sham Regards, [redacted] ***

The customer signed up for a yearly plan on our websiteThe customer failed to cancel there plan before the renewal dateThe customer was billed for month and refunded the differenceCustomers can cancel their account at any time in their account setting to prevent account from auto renewing,

The customer's parents first contacted us on June 12thWe were able to find the customer account under the email of [redacted] We explained to the customer's parents that a subscription with us is auto-renewing unless canceled before its renewal date per terms and conditionsThe customer mother said that her son did sign up for a subscription on our FloHoops website and the charge is acceptableWhen a customer subscribes to our website, we do send out an welcome email, thanking the user for subscribing to our website and also explaining to them that they have a subscription with us and when their subscription will auto-renew
