The customer contacted Flosports Customer service after event end stating that they meant to sign up for the monthly plan and not the yearlyAt no time did they contact Flosports about the quality of the video or issues seeing streamThis account was charged the monthly price and credited the difference on 5/2/

The customer under the email of [redacted] was issued a refund back their account as compensation for technical issues during our live stream event

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: As you can see from the area on their website that I added a picture of, it is very deceiving and you would assume by selecting"SIMPLY cancel my account" that you are canceling it when you put in your info and hit submitI didn't receive anything further so I assumed my account was canceled as I had requested in April! I have located further information on this account This customer had account one under the email [redacted] which is not a paid account therefore would not have a cancellation button The customers actual account was under the email [redacted] The customers issues was that they kept using the wrong email to access accountHe will be billed month for January as per terms and Service and credited for the rest of the yearly account

Customer contacted Flosports on 6/25/that they could not access their account we reset the password and notified the customer by email within minutes of the ticket ( screenshot 2) On 7/3/customer contacted us again that they never received our email and that they were never able to access their account ( screenshot 3)Now in the current Revdex.com complaint customer is claiming that they had bad quality with stream and issues but never mentioned any issues with stream just that they were never able to watchThe customer is contradicting themselves that we did not respond and that they never watched the streamThe customer was billed for months of service at which time they canceled their accountThe monthly cost is and they are requesting a refund of $which is also incorrect

FloCheer part of our FloSports Network is a subscription based serviceWe do not offer a one-time option our a pay per view optionWe only offer a monthly subscription and a yearly subscriptionBoth subscription are auto-renewing unless they are canceled before their renewal dateThis is stated on our subscription page and in our terms and conditionsBefore a user can subscribe to our website, they will have to agree to our terms and conditionsThe customer, [redacted] , subscribed to a monthly subscription on April 30th and failed to cancel their subscription before its renewal dateThe first point of contact we received was on January 4th after their renewal date

DO NOT SUBSCRIBE FOR COLOR GUARD! all of the shows are silent! they don’t tell you that until after you spend 30 dollars for one month. I am so infuriated I feel like that is literally entrapment. HOW CAN YOU WATCH COLOR GUARD without MUSIC?!? absolutely ridiculous will be calling customer service becuase I would have NEVER spent that money if I knew there wasn’t any audio that’s just absolute insanity the music is 50% of the performance wow f you flomarching. if you can charge 150 a year you can afford to get copywrites

On FloMarching, part of our FloSports Networks, we have an app for our users to also stream on a Roku deviceWhen that customer was experiencing problems viewing our live stream, we suggested that they test viewing our live stream from a different device to see if they were experiencing the same
problemsThe customer let us know when they tested viewing our live stream on another device other than their Roku, they were able to stream without any problemsDuring our live stream, we did not have any issues or problems with our stream going down or losing connection as the user was able to view on another device other then their RokuSince the customer was able to stream on another device other than their Roku, we were able to pinpoint that the problems they were experiencing was an issues with their Roku device not with our streamThe customer created a yearly subscription on Aug29th and we only charged the customer two months of service and refunded the remaining amount per our terms and conditions

The customer signed up for a monthly subscription on our FloCheer website billed at $monthly and a monthly subscription on our Varsity.tv website billed at $under the email of *** Both subscription are auto-renewing unless canceled before their renewal dateThe
customer auto-renewed because it was not set to canceled before its renewal date per terms and conditionsWe contacted the customer via phone and also through email explaining about their subscription with us and why they were being charged by us

On FloMarching we offer a monthly subscription and a yearly subscription that are both auto-renewing unless canceled before its renewal dateThe first point of contact from the customer, ***, was on July 6thWhen a user cancels their subscription, we email them a cancellation
email letting them know that their subscription with us is canceled and how long they will have access to their paid content forWe asked the customer to forward a cancellation email they would have received and the customer could not provide a cancellation email. The customer never contacted us about any questions about their subscription or problems with self-canceling their subscriptionThe first point of contact was on July 6th

On Apr20th the customer reached out to us letting us know that they made a mistake and signed up for a yearly subscription billed at $annuallyWe changed their subscription to a monthly subscription billed at $and issued a credit back to their account of the remaining amount of $

Since this customer signed up on Roku he will need to cancel and request a refund through that AppWe have granted all request that that was done through our websiteThis request with the letter we sent in the response to customer will allow Roku to grant him a request for the the charge on

I contacted the customer to clear this misunderstanding upIt turns out customer was using the wrong email to loginOnce the mistake was discovered and customer notified of the actual email He used to create the account he was satisfied and able to login with no issues
