I am rejecting this response because:Wow Again you people at "FLO" are tone deaf The PSU OSU match was live streamed by your company I only wanted that month subscription I saw nothing anywhere stating that it was auto renewing or I would have unsubscribed immediately knowing full well the deficiencies of FLO For some reason the subscription came in as a yearly subscription and I was charged a large fee I contacted to get the ONE TIME subscription for the MATCH YOU COULD NOT EVEN STREAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You're a bunch of criminals You should never stream wrestling events as you are continuously providing HORRIBLE SERVICE I WANT MY MONEY BACK Did your company provide a product in which I paid good money to see and did that product meet the deal? NO the stream was provided for free AFTER I PAID FOR IT This is like the last encounter I had with you criminals You DOUBLE subscribed me and I got nowhere with you.Do the wrestling community a favor and leave this streaming stuff to the people that can handle it I cant wait for a class action lawsuit COUNT ME IN.

On FloTrack, part of our FloSports Networks, we did not have The Rights to live stream the Pole Vaults eventAny questions about our live events or what we will be streaming can be asked at anytime before sign upAfter viewing our paid live stream event, we have refunded the customer subscription
under their email of *** and *** the full amount of their monthly subscription

I am rejecting this response because: I should receive a discount since this was not listed on the WGI website for the particular eventThe event for WGI was a one time show and would not have a need for renewing eventsThe company was not transparent at the time of purchase therefore should constitute as a refund of The gentlemen that I spoke with in May 11th was rude and had no intention of helping rectify this issueI am still requesting a in return for this misleading purchase.

The customer reached out to us on July 7th We responded back to them on July 8th letting them know that we are unable to find a paid account under their email of ***Could they have another email associated with their accountThe customer did not reply back to our email
asking them if the have another email associated with their paid account to help cancel their accountWe offer three ways for our customers to cancel their accounts to ensure no further billingThese three ways are contacting our Customer Support Team via phone, contact Customer Support via email or canceling the account themselves in their account settingsThe customers account under their email of *** is a basic account which mean its free account that has not been charged

I am rejecting this response because: it is ridiculous that I would have to sign up for a monthly subscription to watch days of diving, this needs to be changedI sincerely hope that this company does not have anything to do with next years conference championshipI’m going to contact the NCAA and the Mountain West Conference and let them now what a poor system is in placeThis company could do the right thing and refund my money but instead is deciding to tell me there is nothing they can doThank so much!

On FloHoops part of our FloSports Network is a subscription based websiteWe do not offer a pay per view or a one-time optionThe customer ***, had a monthly subscrption and failed to cancel their subscription in their account settings before its renewal dateOne the customer
first contacted us on Nov23rd, we changed their subscription to a monthly subscription based on their request, refunded the remaining amount and also let the customer know they would have to cancel their subscription and explained how to do soWe did not receive an contact from the customer about any problems or issues with canceling their subscription until after their renewal date

business used a different payment systemTherefore, we do not have access to the charges that far backWe are not able to produce receipts from our system for transactions before January Nor can we verify payments in from before that time, so we are not legally permitted to generate a receipt for the customerIf we were able to locate the charges we would not authorize refunds due to the fact that it states in our Terms of Service Agreement, "You may cancel at any time by going to the cancel settings under your account managementUpon cancellation, a refund will only be issued if requested within days of canceling only on yearly subscription." Mr*** did not contact our business about any cancellation or refunds until April 11, We responded in less than hours requested any possible information that would link us to the charges and look into his situationAfter many attempts of trying to locate, we could not find his account therefore assuming they are linked to our old payment system, not allowing us any access to themYet, as previously stated, he would not be refunded due to the fact that is has taken Mr*** considerably longer than days to contact us about the matter Thank you for your time and consideration of our part in this dilemma Sincerely, FloSports Support

On our FloCheer website, we offer a monthly subscription billed at $monthly that is auto-renewing unless canceled before its renewal dateWhen the customer contacted us on Apr30th, they did not provide us with the correct information to find their paid accountThey also ended the live chat
session and never return for us to assist them furtherThe next point of contact is when the customer contacted us via phone on Aug1st and provide us with information to find their paid account and assist themWe are unable to issue a credit back to the users account because their subscription was not canceled before its renewal date per Terms and ConditionsAnytime a subscription is canceled with us, we email out a cancelation email to the user letting them know their subscription is canceled with usWhen asked for a cancelation email, the customer was unable to provide us a cancelation email

This customer did contact us on 5/28/to cancel his account under email *** We responded to him on that date that he did not have a paid account under that email and how to cancel his paid accountCustomer stated that he never received our Stated that he never received
the he mail on how to cancel but was able to create a follow up email based on that ticket meaning he would have had to receive the original emailWe would not have been able to cancel this account as stated in the email since customer provide wrong emailHis account was actually under the email ***yahoo.com which was cancelled from the point that we were given the correct informationBased on these facts customers request for a refund has been denied

complaintCustomer stated that an agent admitted that the event had started late which was also a statement this event started on timeCustomer did not contact any of our live customer service agent until after the eventI have went ahead and closed this account and refunded this customerOur Goal is to always keep our customers happy

I am rejecting this response because: the website was not clear with purchase options at time of purchaseWe were thought we were signing up for a single event, or single month subscriptionThis is misinformation to the publicBy the time we saw the multiple charges we were months in and had paid out $If we were going to watch it regularly, we would have signed up for an annual subscription as it would have been cheaperIf Flo Sports looks at our account, it has not been accessed since the single event that we signed up for. We are still requesting reimbursement of the $for the months that we did not sign up or use the service.
